Description
(実施の形態1)
図1に、本発明が適用された一実施の形態のX線管の陰極ステム部の拡大断面図を示し、図2に一般的なX線管の全体の断面構成図を示す。
(実施の形態2)
本発明の特徴部に係る他の実施の形態のX線管の陰極ステム部の構成を、図5を参照して説明する。図5の陰極ステム部の構成は、図1と若干異なり、陰極ステム部21の全体がガラス絶縁体で形成されている。すなわち、陰極ステム部21は、主電極22とヒータ電極23を支持する中空円筒状のセンターステム21aを備えて構成されている。このセンターステム21aは、釣鐘のように、下端部を拡径し、さらに下端から折り曲げて、センターステム21aを取り囲むように立ち上げられた外筒ステム21bを有して構成されている。センターステム21aおよび外筒ステム21bを含む陰極ステム部21は、例えば、ほう珪酸ガラスで形成されている。

Claims (4)
- 電子を放出する陰極と、該陰極から放出される電子を照射することによりX線を放出する陽極と、前記陰極を支持するステムとを真空容器に収納してなるX線管において、前記ステムを構成する陰極側の導体と接地電位側の導体との間を接続するガラス絶縁体の真空側の表面に、一定範囲にわたって算術平均粗さ10μm以下の凹凸が形成されてなることを特徴とするX線管。
- 請求項1に記載のX線管において、
前記凹凸の形成部は、算術平均粗さ1.0μm以上10μm以下の凹凸であることを特徴とするX線管。 - 請求項1に記載のX線管において、
前記凹凸の形成部の幅が2mm以上で前記ガラス絶縁体の全範囲以下であることを特徴とするX線管。 - 請求項1に記載のX線管において、
前記凹凸の形成部が前記陰極側の導体の端から形成されていることを特徴とするX線管。
