Description

【0001】

[0017]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower ball receiving tray 7 is formed by a tray portion 8 that stores a large amount of surplus balls and a cover member 9 that is attached to the upper portion of the tray portion 8. Then, a ball punching hole 11 for dropping a plurality of pachinko balls simultaneously at the substantially central position of the bottom wall 10 of the dish portion 8 is opened, and a number of pachinko balls are simultaneously communicated with the ball punching hole 11 in the ball pulling direction. A drop hole 12 having a size to be dropped is formed. Further, the bottom wall 10 is inclined downward so that all the pachinko balls stored in the dish portion 8 are directed toward the ball removal hole 11. In addition, a triangular engaging portion 13 is provided on the bottom surface of the bottom wall 10, and the engaging surface is inclined so as to be easily engaged and disengaged. Reference numeral 14 denotes an opening / closing plate that opens and closes the ball hole 11 in the bottom wall 10 of the plate portion 8. The opening / closing plate 14 includes a bottom wall 10 of the plate portion 8 and a support frame 15 screwed to the bottom surface of the bottom wall 10. The ball hole 11 is always urged in the closing direction by a spring 16 as an urging member.
[0018]
An operation portion 17 is provided at the front edge of the opening / closing plate 14 so as to protrude from the cutout recess 15a of the support frame 15 to the outside of the plate portion 8. By operating the operation portion 17 by hand, the opening / closing plate 14 is provided. To be able to move. The opening / closing plate 14 includes a closing plate portion 18 that closes the ball hole 11 and a ball receiving plate portion 19 that closes the drop hole 12, and a storage portion 20 into which one end of the spring 16 is fitted on the lower surface of the opening / closing plate 14. A locking portion 22 that is formed and engages with the engaging portion 13 is provided at the left end. The locking portion 22 is formed so as to protrude from the upper surface of the opening / closing plate 14, and the locking end edge is a rounded surface to facilitate the release of the engagement. Further, the upper surface of the opening / closing plate 14 is inclined toward the ball extraction hole 11 even when the ball extraction hole 11 is closed, so that the pachinko balls can be easily extracted. In addition, the latching | locking part 22 is not restricted to what was protrudingly formed, You may drill the latching hole which the engaging part 13 fits.
[0019]
As shown in FIG. 3, the support frame 15 is provided with a through hole 23 having a size substantially the same as that of the ball hole 11 at a position facing the ball hole 11. Further, support portions 24a and 24b for supporting the opening / closing plate 14 through the through holes 23 are formed with a step, and a boss 25 is formed in which the one end of the spring 16 is fitted in the central groove portion of the support portion 24b. Has been. The support portion 24a that supports the tip of the opening / closing plate 14 has a tapered surface on the side of the ball hole 11 so that the opening / closing plate 14 is smoothly closed when the ball hole 11 is closed.
[0020]
Next, the action of removing the balls from the ball tray will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 4, the normal opening / closing plate 14 closes the ball removal hole 11 with a closing plate portion 18 by the bias of a spring 16, and closes the drop-in hole 12 with a ball receiving plate portion 19. In this state and when a large amount of pachinko balls are stored in the plate portion 8 as shown in FIG. 6 (a), the operation portion 17 is pushed by the finger against the urging force of the spring 16, and the hole 11 is opened. When the opening / closing plate 14 is moved to the opening side, the opening / closing plate 14 comes off the support of the support portion 24a, and rolls on the upper surface of the opening / closing plate 14 tilted around the corner portion 26 of the support portion 24b by the ball weight of the pachinko ball of the dish portion 8. It begins to fall from the ball removal hole 11. Then, as shown in FIG. 6B, when the opening / closing plate 14 is moved to a position where the ball hole 11 is opened, the opening / closing plate 14 tilts with the corner portion 26 as a fulcrum by the weight of the pachinko ball located in the drop-in hole 12. In this state, the locking portion 22 engages with the engaging portion 13. Accordingly, even if the hand is released from the operation unit 17, the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 14 is greater than the urging force of the spring 16, and the opening / closing plate 14 is in a state where the opening hole 11 is almost fully opened as shown in FIG. It will be held stopped. Then, the pachinko balls of the dish portion 8 are extracted by dropping through the hole 23 from the hole 11.
[0021]
In this way, the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is extracted, the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 14 is reduced, and the urging force of the spring 16 is superior to the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 14 as shown in FIG. ), The engagement between the engaging portion 22 and the engaging portion 13 is released, and the opening / closing plate 14 is automatically moved back to the position where the ball hole 11 is closed.
[0022]
In addition, when the pachinko ball located in the drop-in hole 12 drops from the ball hole 11 and the opening / closing plate 14 closes the ball hole 11 and the pachinko ball remains in the dish portion 8, The pachinko ball is located on the side of the ball hole 11 due to the inclination of the opening / closing plate 14, and if the opening / closing plate 14 is moved again in the opening direction, the opening / closing plate 14 does not have a ball weight that is superior to the urging force of the spring 16; The board 14 can extract the remaining pachinko balls without being locked.
[0023]
Although the drop hole 12 is provided in communication with the ball hole 11, it may be provided separately from the ball hole 11. Further, a ball opening structure that opens and closes the ball opening hole 11 by rotating the opening and closing plate 14 around the support shaft, or a ball that opens and closes the ball opening hole 11 by sliding the opening and closing plate 14 in the front-rear direction. Even in the case of the punching structure, it can be similarly applied by changing the shape of the opening / closing plate 14 and the positional relationship between the ball punching hole 11 and the drop-in hole 12.
[0024]
7 (a) to 7 (c) show a ball remover provided with a support piece 27 on the lower surface of the open / close plate 14. As shown in FIG. When the hole 11 is closed, it is positioned substantially at the center of the support portions 24a and 24b, and prevents the opening / closing plate 14 from being bent by the pachinko balls of the ball removal hole 11 and the drop-in hole 12, and FIG. As shown in b), when the ball hole 11 is opened, the opening / closing plate 14 tilts with the support piece 27 as a fulcrum, so that the inclination angle of the opening / closing plate 14 can be adjusted by changing the position of the support piece 27. .
[0025]
Next, with reference to FIG. 8 thru | or FIG. 10, the ball removal apparatus of the ball tray which concerns on 2nd Embodiment is demonstrated. The difference between the ball punching device of the second embodiment and the first embodiment is mainly the tilting direction of the opening / closing plate 14. Therefore, the same components as those of the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and described. To do. As shown in FIG. 8, the opening / closing plate 14 is always urged by the spring 16 so that the projecting pieces 28 and 28 formed on the rear side are supported by the support portions 24a and 24b so that the ball hole 11 is closed. Further, the front wall 29 of the dish portion 8 is provided with a concave groove 30 as an engaging portion, and when the opening / closing plate 14 is slid to the position where the ball opening hole 11 is opened on the upper surface of the operation portion 17. A protrusion 31 is provided as a locking portion that engages with the groove 30.
[0026]
In the ball removing device of the second embodiment configured as described above, when both the ball removing hole 11 and the falling hole 12 are closed by the opening / closing plate 14 as shown in FIGS. 8 and 10 (a). If the pachinko ball stored in the dish portion 8 is removed from the operation portion 17 and the opening / closing plate 14 is slid to a position where the ball removal hole 11 shown in FIG. Is detached from the support portions 24a and 24b. For this reason, when the finger is released from the operation unit 17 in this ball-extracted state, the opening / closing plate 14 attempts to move backward in the direction to close the ball-extract hole 11 by the bias of the spring 16, but the pachinko ball that enters the entrance hole 12. As shown in FIG. 10B, the opening / closing plate 14 tilts with the notch recess 15 a as a fulcrum as shown in FIG. Accordingly, the opening / closing plate 14 is securely held and held at a position where the ball punching hole 11 shown in FIG. 9 is opened, and the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is removed in a state where the hand is released from the operation unit 17. be able to.
[0027]
On the other hand, when the pachinko ball of the plate part 8 is extracted and the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 14 is reduced, the opening / closing plate 14 is tilted with the notch recess 15a as a fulcrum and returned to the position shown in FIG. For this reason, the operation part 17 of the opening / closing plate 14 moves downward, the engagement between the concave groove 30 of the plate part 8 and the projection 31 of the operation part 17 is released, and the opening / closing plate 14 is moved to FIG. It will automatically return to the position where the indicated ball hole 11 is closed.
[0028]
In the case of the second embodiment, for example, when the opening / closing plate 14 is slid into a half-open state in which the ball can be removed, the protruding piece portions 28 and 28 are prevented from being detached from the support portions 24a and 24b. The game can be performed while removing the pachinko balls stored in the ball 8 little by little without tilting the opening / closing plate 14.
[0029]
Further, in the second embodiment described above, by engaging the concave groove 30 of the plate portion 8 and the projection 31 of the operation portion 17 of the opening / closing plate 14, the opening / closing plate 14 is brought into a position where the ball hole 11 is opened. Although described as being held and held, as shown in FIGS. 11 (a) and 11 (b), by making the groove 30 substantially equal to the lateral width of the operation portion 17 of the opening / closing plate 14, May be directly engaged.
[0030]
As described above, according to the first and second embodiments described above, when the opening / closing plate 14 is moved to the side where the ball hole 11 is opened, the opening / closing plate 14 comes off from the support of the support portion 24, and enters the drop-in hole 12. The opening / closing plate 14 is tilted downward by the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 14 of the pachinko ball located. And the latching | locking part 22 engages with the engaging part 13 in the position which fully opens the ball | bowl hole 11, and the opening-and-closing board 14 can be stopped and held. In addition, the pachinko balls are extracted and the weight of the balls applied to the opening / closing plate 14 is reduced, so that the engagement of the opening / closing plate 14 can be automatically released, and an unnecessary opening state of the opening / closing plate 14 can be prevented. Further, when it is desired to stop the ball removal halfway, if the operating portion 17 is moved up slightly against the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 14, the engagement of the opening / closing plate 14 is disengaged, and the spring 16 biases the ball removal hole. 11 can be occluded. By changing the shape and size of the drop-in hole 12, the weight of the sphere applied to the opening / closing plate 14 can be adjusted, and the timing for releasing the engagement of the opening / closing plate 14 can be adjusted. The timing of disengaging the opening / closing plate 14 can also be adjusted by changing the strength of the spring 16.
[0031]
FIG. 12 shows a third embodiment. Since the difference from the above embodiment is mainly the locking structure of the opening / closing plate 14, the same components are described with the same reference numerals. In the third embodiment, a plurality of first engaging portions 13 and second engaging portions 13a are provided on the bottom surface of the bottom wall 10 of the plate portion 8, and the locking portion 22 is a ball by the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 14. The opening of the punch hole 11 is changed in a stepwise manner.
[0032]
Next, with reference to the drawings, the action of ball removal of the ball tray of the third embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 12A, the normal opening / closing plate 14 closes the ball release hole 11 with the closing plate portion 17 and the drop hole 12 with the ball receiving plate portion 18 by the bias of the spring 16. Then, when a large amount of pachinko balls are stored in the dish portion 8, a finger is put on the operation portion 17 to move the opening / closing plate 14 to the side of opening the ball removal hole 11 against the bias of the spring 16. Then, the pachinko balls of the dish portion 8 begin to fall from the ball removal holes 11 while rolling on the inclined upper surface of the opening / closing plate 14. Then, as shown in FIG. 12B, when the opening / closing plate 14 is moved to a position where the ball punching hole 11 is almost fully opened, the opening / closing plate 14 is tilted by the weight of the pachinko balls located in the drop-in hole 12, and the locking portion 22 is engaged with the first engaging portion 13. Therefore, even if the hand is released from the operating portion 17, the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 14 is greater than the urging force of the spring 16, and the engagement between the locking portion 22 and the first engaging portion 13 is maintained. As shown in FIG. 12B, 14 is stopped and held in a state where the ball hole 11 is almost fully opened. Then, the pachinko balls of the dish portion 8 are extracted by dropping through the hole 23 from the hole 11.
[0033]
Thus, when the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is extracted and the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 14 decreases, the biasing force of the spring 16 prevails over the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 14, so The engagement with the joint portion 13 is released, and the opening / closing plate 14 moves backward. As shown in FIG. 12C, the opening / closing plate 14 opens and closes due to an increase in pachinko balls placed on the ball receiving plate portion 18. The ball weight applied to the plate 14 overcomes the urging force of the spring 16, and the engaging portion 22 engages with the second engaging portion 13 a, and the opening / closing plate 14 is stopped and held at a position where the ball extraction hole 11 is opened again. When the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is further extracted and the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 14 is reduced, the biasing force of the spring 16 prevails over the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 14, so The engagement with the engaging portion 13a is released, and the opening / closing plate 14 moves back to the position where the ball hole 11 is closed as shown in FIG.
[0034]
In this way, the pachinko balls can be made difficult to remain in the dish portion 8 by engaging the opening / closing plate 14 in a stepwise manner. Further, even if one of the engaging portions 13 and 13 a is worn and cannot be engaged, the opening and closing plate 14 can be held at the open position of the ball extraction hole 11 by engaging the other.
[0035]
FIG. 13 and FIG. 14 show a fourth embodiment, and the same components as those in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals for explanation. In this embodiment, the drop-in hole 12 is provided in communication with the closed side of the ball hole 11, and the ball receiving plate portion 19 is provided with an opening 32 having substantially the same size as the ball hole 11. It has been. The through-hole 23 is formed in the same size as the ball hole 11 and the drop-in hole 12.
[0036]
Next, with reference to the drawings, the action of removing the balls of the ball tray of this embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 13, the normal opening / closing plate 14 closes the ball removal hole 11 with the closing plate portion 18 by the bias of the spring 16, and closes the drop-in hole 12 with the ball receiving plate portion 19. As shown in FIG. 14 (a), when a large amount of pachinko balls are stored in the plate portion 8, a finger is put on the operation portion 17 to resist the bias of the spring 16, and the opening / closing plate 14 is removed from the hole 11. When moved to the opening side, the pachinko ball starts to fall from the ball hole 11. Then, as shown in FIG. 14B, when the opening / closing plate 14 is moved to a position where the ball punching hole 11 is almost fully opened, the opening / closing plate 14 becomes a corner portion of the support portion 24b by the weight of the pachinko ball located in the drop-in hole 12. 26, the locking portion 22 is engaged with the engaging portion 13, and the opening / closing plate 14 is stopped and held in a state where the ball hole 11 is almost fully opened.
[0037]
Then, when the pachinko ball of the dish portion 8 is dropped from the ball hole 11 through the opening 32 and pulled out, the opening / closing plate 14 is released from the ball weight, as shown in FIG. 14 (c). Thus, the engagement between the locking portion 22 and the engaging portion 13 is released, and the opening / closing plate 14 moves backward to close the ball removal hole 11. At this time, the pachinko balls located in the drop-in hole 12 and received in the ball receiving plate part 19 are pushed by the opening edge of the drop-in hole 12 along with the movement of the opening / closing plate 14, and the through-hole 23 through the opening 32. And is surely extracted without leaving a pachinko ball on the plate portion 8.
[0038]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, according to the ball removing device for the ball receiving tray in the present invention, the opening / closing plate is stopped and held at the ball removing position using the ball weight of the pachinko balls stored in the dish portion of the ball receiving tray. In addition, when released from the ball weight, the opening / closing plate is automatically returned to the position where the ball hole is closed, so that the ball tray can be easily removed. Therefore, it is not necessary to perform a stop release operation, and it is possible to prevent a situation in which the ball tray is left in a ball-out state.
[0039]
Furthermore, it can be configured with the conventional number of parts, and the structure is simple because no extra moving parts are required, and even if the open / close plate cannot be kept open due to some trouble, It is possible to remove the ball without any trouble.
