Description

【0001】

In addition, even if there is no pachinko ball in the pan, sliding the open / close plate stops the ball at the ball removal position, so a stop release operation must be performed to release the open / close plate stop state. . For this reason, forgetting to perform the release operation even after the pachinko ball is removed from the ball tray, the ball tray remains in the ball-free state, causing inconvenience to the next player and the store clerk releasing each time There was a problem that had to be operated.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to make it possible to stop and hold the opening / closing plate at the ball removal position with a simple structure. An object of the present invention is to provide a ball draining device for a ball tray in a pachinko machine that automatically releases the stop state when the pachinko ball of the ball tray is pulled out and can return the open / close plate to the ball release release position. .
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a hole for extracting a pachinko ball in the dish part and a recess hole in which the pachinko ball in the dish part falls into the bottom wall of the dish part in which the pachinko ball is stored. An opening and closing plate that opens and closes the ball hole and supports the pachinko ball that has fallen into the drop hole is biased to the bottom surface of the plate portion by a biasing member in a direction to close the ball hole. An engagement portion that is movably attached to a support frame that is provided and that is engaged with the support frame at a position where the opening / closing plate opens the ball hole is formed through a step, and the opening / closing plate is formed by the ball opening hole. The pachinko ball is moved downward by the ball weight of the pachinko ball that has fallen into the drop-in hole when it is opened to form a locking portion that engages with the engagement portion, and the pachinko ball in the dish portion flows out of the ball removal hole and the ball weight is automatically returned to engagement closes the release by ball vent hole positions of the engaging portion to be released from Was Unishi.
[0006]
Then, in order to reliably receive the weight of the pachinko ball on the opening and closing plate, a pachinko ball into which the pachinko ball is dropped is formed in the dish part in which the ball opening hole is opened, and the pachinko ball is dropped into the drop hole. Therefore, it is preferable that the opening / closing plate is locked and held at a position where the ball hole is opened.
[0007]
Further, in order to securely hold the opening / closing plate at the position where the ball hole is opened, a locking portion is provided on the opening / closing plate, and the locking portion is engaged at the position where the ball hole is opened on the support frame. It is good to provide the engaging part which stops.
[0008]
Furthermore, it is preferable to provide the drop hole in communication with the ball removal hole so that no pachinko balls remain in the drop hole.
[0009]
Also, it is preferable to provide a plurality of ball removal holes so that a small amount of ball removal can be easily performed during the game and the ball removal can be performed quickly.
[0010]
In addition, it is preferable to provide a plurality of engaging portions that are engaged with different opening / closing degrees of the ball punching holes so that the opening and closing plates are locked in stages so that pachinko balls do not remain in the dish portion.
[0011]
Furthermore, it is preferable that the drop-in hole is provided on the closed side of the ball removal hole so that the last one pachinko ball can be removed.
[0012]
Moreover, it is preferable to make the upper surface of the said opening-and-closing plate into the inclined surface which faces a ball extraction hole at the time of closure of a ball extraction hole so that the pachinko ball of a dish part may be extracted early.

[0018]
The ball removing device of the present invention can also be applied to a device in which an opening / closing plate for opening and closing the ball removing hole is provided so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction or the left-right direction, or to be provided so as to be rotatable.
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A first embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. 1 is a front view of a pachinko machine, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a lower ball tray, and FIG. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the lower ball tray. A frame-shaped front frame 2 is provided on the front surface of the pachinko machine 1 so as to be openable and closable, and a glass door frame 3 and a front plate 4 are mounted on the front frame 2. A game board 5 is provided on the rear side of the glass door frame 3, and an upper ball tray 6 is attached to the front surface of the front plate 4. In addition, a lower sphere tray 7 for storing excess spheres of the upper sphere tray 6 is mounted on the lower front surface of the front frame 2.
[0020]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lower ball tray 7 is divided into two parts, a dish part 8 that stores a large amount of pachinko balls and a cover member 9 that is attached to the upper part of the dish part 8. Then, a ball punching hole 11 for dropping a plurality of pachinko balls simultaneously at the substantially central position of the bottom wall 10 of the dish portion 8 is opened, and a plurality of pachinko balls are provided in the vicinity of the ball punching hole separately from the ball punching hole 11. An intrusion hole 12 is formed. Further, the bottom wall 10 is inclined downward toward the ball extraction hole 11 so that all the pachinko balls stored in the dish portion 8 are directed to the ball extraction hole 11. Reference numeral 13 denotes an opening / closing plate that opens and closes the ball hole 11 in the bottom wall 10 of the plate portion 8, and the opening / closing plate 13 is screwed to the bottom surface of the bottom wall 10 and the bottom surface of the bottom wall 10. And is urged in a direction to close the ball hole 11 by the elasticity of a spring 15 as an urging member built in the support frame 14.
[0021]
An operating portion 16 that protrudes outward from the notch recess 14a of the support frame 14 protrudes from the front edge of the opening / closing plate 13, and the opening / closing plate 13 can be moved by operating the operating portion 16 by hand. I am doing so. The opening / closing plate 13 has a closing plate portion 17 that closes the ball removal hole 11 and a ball receiving plate portion 18 that closes the drop-in hole 12 when the ball removal hole 11 is closed, and a locking portion 19 is provided at the right edge. Provided. The lower end edge of the locking portion 19 is a rounded surface to facilitate disengagement.
[0022]
As shown in FIG. 3, the support frame 14 is provided with a through hole 20 having a size substantially the same as that of the ball hole 11 at a position facing the ball hole 11. In addition, a support portion 21 that supports the opening / closing plate 13 when the ball hole 11 is closed and an engaging portion 22 that engages the locking portion 19 at a position where the opening / closing plate 13 opens the ball hole 11 are provided via a step 23. Is formed. The step 23 has a tapered surface so that the opening / closing plate 13 is smoothly closed.
[0023]
Next, the action of removing the balls from the ball tray will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 4, the normal opening / closing plate 13 closes the ball release hole 11 with the closing plate portion 17 and the drop hole 12 with the ball receiving plate portion 18 by the bias of the spring 15. In this state and when a large amount of pachinko balls are stored in the plate part 8 as shown in FIG. 6A, the operation part 16 is put on the finger to resist the bias of the spring 15. When the ball release hole 11 is moved to the opening side, the opening / closing plate 13 is detached from the support of the support portion 21 and moves downward along the tapered surface of the step 23 by the ball weight applied to the pachinko ball located in the drop-in hole 12. The ball hole 11 is opened while the pachinko ball of the dish 8 starts to fall from the ball hole 11 due to the inclination of the bottom wall 10. Then, as shown in FIG. 6B, when the opening / closing plate 13 is moved to a position where the ball removal hole 11 is opened, the opening / closing plate 13 is moved down by the ball weight applied to the pachinko ball located in the drop-in hole 12. The locking part 19 engages with the engaging part 22. Accordingly, even if the hand is released from the operation unit 16, the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 13 is greater than the urging force of the spring 15, and the opening / closing plate 13 stops to open the ball hole 11 as shown in FIG. Will be retained. Then, the pachinko balls in the dish portion 8 are extracted by dropping through the through holes 20 from the ball extraction holes 11.
[0024]
When the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is extracted in this manner and the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 13 from the drop-in hole 12 is reduced, the biasing force of the spring 15 is opened and closed as shown in FIG. The engagement between the locking portion 19 and the engaging portion 22 is released over the weight of the ball applied to the plate 13, and the opening / closing plate 13 moves backward to close the ball removal hole 11. At this time, the pachinko balls in the drop-in hole 12 are bounced up and returned to the plate portion 8 with the return force of the opening / closing plate 13.
[0025]
As described above, according to the first embodiment described above, when the opening / closing plate 13 is moved to the side where the ball hole 11 is opened, the opening / closing plate 13 is lowered by the weight of the pachinko ball located in the drop-in hole 12. The engaging portion 19 can be engaged with the engaging portion 22 and stopped and held at the ball removal position. Moreover, since the pachinko balls are extracted and the weight of the balls applied to the opening / closing plate 13 is reduced, the engagement of the opening / closing plate 13 is automatically released, so that an unnecessary open state of the opening / closing plate 13 can be prevented. Further, when it is desired to stop the ball removal in the middle, the operation portion 16 is slightly moved up against the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 13 to disengage, and the ball removal hole 11 is blocked by the urging of the spring 15. It is possible to easily remove a small amount of pachinko balls from the dish portion 8.
[0026]
Even if either one of the locking portions 19 or the engaging portion 22 is worn and cannot be engaged, the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is sphered without any trouble in the opening / closing operation of the ball punching hole 11. Can be removed. The engaging portion 22 may be a concave hole as shown in FIG. 7, and the engaging portion 19 protruding from the lower surface of the opening / closing plate 13 may be engaged.
[0027]
Next, with reference to FIG. 8 thru | or FIG. 10, the ball removal apparatus of the ball tray which concerns on 2nd Embodiment is demonstrated. The same components as those in the first embodiment will be described with the same reference numerals. In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 8 and FIG. 9, the drop-in hole 12 has a size that allows a large number of pachinko balls to drop in at the same time. I am letting. Further, the rear right side of the opening / closing plate 13 is set as a locking portion 19, and the engaging portion 22 with which the locking portion 19 engages at the position where the opening / closing plate 13 opens the ball hole 11 at the rear of the support frame 14. As shown in FIG. 10, when the opening / closing plate 13 is opened, the rear of the opening / closing plate 13 is moved downward, and the locking portion 19 is engaged with the engaging portion 22 to open the opening / closing plate 13. Is held in a position where the ball hole 11 is opened.
[0028]
Thus, by providing the drop hole 12 in communication with the ball hole 11, no pachinko ball remains in the drop hole 12, and the opening / closing plate 13 is removed before the ball hole 11 is dropped. When the hole 11 is closed and the pachinko ball remains in the dish portion 8, if the opening / closing plate 13 is moved again in the opening direction, the opening / closing plate 13 does not have a ball weight superior to the urging force of the spring 15, The open / close plate 13 can reliably extract the remaining pachinko balls without locking. In the present embodiment, it has been described that the locking portion 19 is provided at the rear right end of the opening / closing plate 13, but the locking portion 19 may be used, for example, by using the operation portion 16 protruding outward from the support frame 14. The engagement portion 22 may be cut out and provided in the cutout recess 14 a of the support frame 14.
[0029]
Next, with reference to FIG. 11, a ball removal device for a ball tray according to a third embodiment will be described. In this embodiment, the drop hole 12 is provided in communication with the ball hole 11 in the front-rear direction, and a ball hole 11a is provided separately. The support frame 14 is provided with a through hole 20a corresponding to the ball hole 11a, and a T-shape provided on the lower surface of the open / close plate 13 at a position where the open / close plate 13 opens the ball holes 11, 11a. An engaging portion 22 that engages with the locking portion 19 is provided. Since the engaging portion 22 has an arc shape and is always engaged with the locking portion 19 at one point, adjustment can be easily performed even if the open / close plate 13 is rattled during molding.
[0030]
Next, the action of ball removal will be described with reference to the drawings. Normally, as shown in FIG. 11A, the opening / closing plate 13 is supported by the support portion 21, and the ball removal holes 11, 11 a and the drop-in hole 12 are closed by the bias of the spring 15. When the opening / closing plate 13 is slid against the bias of the spring 15 as shown in FIG. 11B, the ball punching hole 11a is opened, and the pachinko ball is dropped from the through hole 20a. At this time, the opening / closing plate 13 is supported by the support portion 21 and the ball removal hole 11 and the drop-in hole 12 are closed. Further, when the opening / closing plate 13 is slid against the urging force of the spring 15, the opening / closing plate 13 is detached from the support portion 21 as shown in FIG. 11C, and a step is formed by the ball weight of the pachinko sphere located in the entrance hole 12. The locking part 19 engages with the engaging part 22 by moving down the taper surface of 23, and is stopped and held in a position where the ball punching holes 11 and 11a are opened, and the pachinko balls fall from the ball punching holes 11 and 11a. The balls are removed from the through holes 20 and 20a.
[0031]
In this way, when the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is extracted and the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 13 of the drop-in hole 12 is reduced, the engagement between the locking portion 19 and the engaging portion 22 is released, and FIG. The opening / closing plate 13 moves backward to the position shown in (a) and closes the ball removal holes 11 and 11a. At this time, the pachinko ball located in the drop-in hole 12 falls and is extracted from the ball-opening hole 11 communicating therewith. In this embodiment, if a small amount of pachinko balls are removed when exchanging premiums such as cigarettes during a game, if the state is removed in the state shown in FIG. 11B, the opening / closing plate 13 does not move down and does not lock. The pachinko ball can be pulled out without any extra effort. Further, since the pachinko balls are extracted from the plurality of ball extraction holes 11 and 11a, the pachinko balls of the dish portion 8 can be extracted quickly as a matter of course.
[0032]
FIGS. 12 to 15 show a fourth embodiment. Since the difference from the above embodiment is mainly the locking structure of the opening / closing plate 13, the same components will be described with the same reference numerals. . In this embodiment, the opening / closing plate 13 is provided with a plurality of first locking portions 19a and second locking portions 19b. The first locking portion 19a is formed to hang from the lower surface of the left end edge of the opening / closing plate 13, and the second locking portion 19b is formed to the right end edge of the opening / closing plate 13 as in the first embodiment. And the lower end edge of the 1st latching | locking part 19a and the 2nd latching | locking part 19b makes it easy to cancel | release engagement as a rounded surface. Further, the upper surface of the opening / closing plate 13 is an inclined surface facing the ball extraction hole 11 when the ball extraction hole 11 is closed.
[0033]
In addition, the first locking portion 19a and the second locking portion 19b are locked to the support frame 14 stepwise depending on the weight of the sphere on the opening / closing plate 13, with the ball release hole 11 being opened differently. The engaging portion 22a and the second engaging portion 22b are formed with a step difference in position.
[0034]
Next, with reference to the drawings, the action of ball removal of the ball tray of the fourth embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 13, the normal opening / closing plate 13 closes the ball release hole 11 with the closing plate portion 17 and the drop hole 12 with the ball receiving plate portion 18 by the bias of the spring 15. In this state and when a large amount of pachinko balls are stored in the plate portion 8 as shown in FIG. 15A, a finger is put on the operation portion 16 to resist the bias of the spring 15. When the ball punching hole 11 is moved to the opening side, the pachinko ball of the dish portion 8 starts to fall from the ball punching hole 11 while rolling on the upper surface of the inclined opening / closing plate 13. Then, as shown in FIG. 15B, when the opening / closing plate 13 is moved to a position where the ball punching hole 11 is almost fully opened, the weight of the pachinko sphere located in the drop-in hole 12 is applied to the opening / closing plate 13, whereby the opening / closing plate 13. Moves downward, and the first locking portion 19a engages with the first engaging portion 22a. Therefore, even if the hand is released from the operation unit 16, the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 13 is greater than the urging force of the spring 15, and the engagement between the first locking portion 19a and the first engagement portion 22a is maintained. As shown in FIG. 14, the opening / closing plate 13 is stopped and held in a state where the ball hole 11 is almost fully opened. Then, the pachinko balls in the dish portion 8 are extracted by dropping through the through holes 20 from the ball extraction holes 11.
[0035]
Thus, when the pachinko ball of the plate part 8 is extracted and the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 13 decreases, the biasing force of the spring 15 prevails over the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 13, and the first locking portion 19a and the first locking portion 19a. The engagement with the first engaging portion 22a is released, and the opening / closing plate 13 moves backward. As shown in FIG. 15C, the backward movement increases pachinko balls placed on the ball receiving plate portion 18. When the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 13 exceeds the urging force of the spring 15, the second locking portion 19 b engages with the second engaging portion 22 b, and the opening / closing plate 13 is stopped at a position where the ball extraction hole 11 is opened again. Hold. Further, when the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is extracted and the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 13 decreases, the biasing force of the spring 15 prevails over the ball weight applied to the opening / closing plate 13, and the second locking portion 19b and The engagement with the second engagement portion 22b is released, and the opening / closing plate 13 moves back to the position where the ball hole 11 is closed as shown in FIG.
[0036]
Thus, the pachinko balls can be made difficult to remain in the dish portion 8 by engaging the opening / closing plate 13 in a stepwise manner. Further, even if one of the locking portions 19a, 19b or the engaging portions 22a, 22b is worn and cannot be engaged, the other is engaged so that the opening / closing plate 13 is opened to the ball hole 11. Can be held in.
[0037]
FIG. 16 and FIG. 17 show a fifth embodiment. The drop-in hole 12 is provided in communication with the opening / closing plate 13 in the direction of closing the ball-out hole 11, and the ball-out hole 11 is formed in the ball-receiving plate portion 18. Is provided with an opening 24 of approximately the same size. A locking portion 19 is provided below the closing edge of the opening / closing plate 13, and an engaging portion 22 is provided at the opening end of the through hole 20 of the support frame 14. Note that the through hole 20 is formed in the same size as the ball hole 11 and the drop hole 12.
[0038]
Next, the action of removing the balls of the ball tray according to the fifth embodiment will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 16, the normal opening / closing plate 13 closes the ball removal hole 11 with the closing plate portion 17 by the bias of the spring 15, and closes the drop-in hole 12 with the ball receiving plate portion 18. In this state and when a large amount of pachinko balls are stored in the plate portion 8 as shown in FIG. 17A, the operation portion 16 is put on a finger to resist the bias of the spring 15 and the opening / closing plate 13 is moved. When the ball hole 11 is moved to the opening side, the pachinko ball of the dish portion 8 starts to fall from the ball hole 11 while rolling on the upper surface of the inclined opening / closing plate 13. Then, as shown in FIG. 17 (b), when the opening / closing plate 13 is moved to a position where the ball removal hole 11 is opened, the opening / closing plate 13 is moved down by the weight of the pachinko ball located in the drop-in hole 12, and the locking portion 19. Engages with the engaging portion 22 to stop and hold the open / close plate 13 in a state in which the ball hole 11 is opened. Then, the pachinko balls in the dish portion 8 are extracted by dropping through the through holes 20 from the ball extraction holes 11 through the openings 24.
[0039]
When the pachinko ball of the plate portion 8 is extracted in this way, the weight of the ball applied to the opening / closing plate 13 is reduced, and the urging force of the spring 15 prevails, as shown in FIG. The engagement with the joint portion 22 is released, and the opening / closing plate 13 moves backward to close the ball removal hole 11. At this time, the pachinko ball located in the drop-in hole 12 and received in the ball receiving plate portion 18 is pushed by the opening edge of the drop-in hole 12 along with the movement of the opening / closing plate 13 and through the through-hole 20. And is surely extracted without leaving a pachinko ball on the plate portion 8.
[0040]
As described above, the weight of the sphere applied to the opening / closing plate 13 can be adjusted by changing the shape and size of the drop-in hole 12, and the timing of disengaging the opening / closing plate 13 can be adjusted. It can also be adjusted by adjusting the urging force of the spring 15.
[0041]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the ball removing device for the ball tray in the present invention uses the ball weight of the pachinko ball applied to the opening / closing plate to stop and hold the opening / closing plate at the ball removal position, and Since the ball weight of the pachinko ball applied to the opening / closing plate is reduced by the removal of the ball and the stop state of the opening / closing plate is automatically released, there is no need to perform a stop releasing operation. Therefore, it is possible to reliably prevent a situation in which the ball tray is left in a ball-out state due to mischief or carelessness.
[0042]
Furthermore, it can be configured with the conventional number of parts, and the structure is simple because no extra moving parts are required, and even if the open / close plate cannot be kept open due to some trouble, It is possible to remove the ball without any trouble.
