【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、パチンコ球を貯留する球受皿の底壁に球抜き孔を開設し、該球受皿の底壁の下面に設けた開閉体を摺動又は回動させることにより球抜き孔を開放して球抜きするようにしたパチンコ機における球受皿の球抜き装置に関し、特に開閉体を球抜き孔を開放する位置に係止保持させるようにしたパチンコ機における球受皿の球抜き装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、開閉体を球抜き孔を開放する位置に係止保持するようにした球受皿の球抜き装置は、例えば特公平３−５３９５４号，実開平５−９５８３号等に開示されるものが有る。前者公報に記載の球抜き装置は、ばね作用により係合部に係合する係止部材とスプリングにより常時先端押圧部が操作部の外方に突出され、その押圧部を押すことにより係止部材の係合を外すようにしている。また、後者公報の球抜き装置は、球受皿の底壁下面に装着したガイドカバーに横方向の貫通溝が設けられると共に、該貫通溝の終端が屈曲され停止部が設けられており、スプリングの弾性により直接押されて摺動し球抜き孔を開閉させるシャッター板には前記貫通溝に嵌入するピンが突設され、またシャッター板と一体に操作片が設けられて構成されている。そして、スプリングの弾性に抗して操作片を横方向に押し、シャッター板を貫通溝に沿って摺動させて球抜き孔を開放させ、しかもピンを屈曲した停止部に位置させてシャッター板を球抜き孔が開放される位置で停止保持させるようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、前者公報の球受皿の球抜き装置では、摺動体を球抜き孔を常時閉塞するする位置に付勢するスプリングの他に、係止部材および操作部を付勢するスプリングが必要であり、部品点数が増えコスト高になると共に組付けが面倒であった。

また、後者公報の球受皿の球抜き装置では、摺動体を球抜き孔を常時閉塞するする位置に付勢するスプリングを使用しているものの、通常貫通溝が途中で屈曲していることが外から見えないので、遊技者は操作に戸惑い、仮に操作片を横に摺動することができたとしても、途中で手前に引くという動作まで瞬時に理解することは困難であり、馴れるまでは球抜き操作をスムースに行い得ず、ともすると故障の原因になりかねないという課題があった。さらに、スプリングの弾性がシャッター板に直接加わり、しかもシャッター板を横方向に押してから、更に手前に引いて球抜き孔を開放せねばならないので、比較的長い距離シャッター板を動かすこととなり、面倒であるばかりでなく、遊技者に不快感を与えるという課題があった。

そこで、本発明は上記課題を考慮してなされたもので、開閉体を球抜き孔を開放する位置に移動させるだけで開閉体を停止保持できるようにしたパチンコ機の球受皿の球抜き装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項１記載の発明は、パチンコ球を貯留する球受皿に球抜き孔を開設すると共に、前記球抜き孔を閉じる方向に付勢部材で付勢した開閉体を移動自在に設け、前記球受皿に回動自在に軸支した係止部材と前記開閉体に設けられる係合部とを係合させて、前記開閉体を球抜き孔が開放する状態に保持するパチンコ機における球受皿の球抜き装置であって、前記係止部材はコ字状に形成され前記開閉体の摺動方向に突出して形成される鉤状の係止部と内面に形成されるガイド部とを備え、前記開閉体の係合部には前記ガイド部と対向して押圧部を形成し、前記開閉体を球抜き孔が開放する位置に移動させることにより、前記押圧部がガイド部に接触して前記係止部材を回動させ該係止部材の係止部が前記開閉体の係合部に係止するようにしたことを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に本発明の第１実施の形態を図面と共に説明する。図１はパチンコ機の正面図、図２は下部球受皿の斜視図、図３は分解斜視図である。パチンコ機１の前面に開閉自在に前面枠２が設けられ、該前面枠２の後部に遊技盤３が位置する。４は遊技盤３の上方部分を覆うガラス枠、５は遊技盤３の下方部分を覆う前面板で、その前面に上部球受皿６が取付けられている。また、前面枠２の下方部前面には上部球受皿６の余剰球を貯留する下部球受皿７が装着されている。

下部球受皿７は、図２および図３に示すように皿部材８と該皿部材８の上部に被着させるカバー部材９とに二分割して形成されている。そして、皿部材８はパチンコ球を貯留する皿部８ａの底壁１０のほぼ中央位置に多数のパチンコ球を同時に落下させる球抜き孔１１を開設している。また底壁１０は球抜き孔１１に向かって下傾しており、皿部８ａに貯留されたパチンコ球がすべて球抜き孔１１に向かうようにしている。１２は前記皿部８ａの底壁１０の球抜き孔１１を開閉する開閉体であり、該開閉体１２は皿部材８の底壁１０下面と該底壁１０下面にビス着される支持枠１３との間に摺動自在に装着されており、後述する付勢部材としてのスプリング１４の弾性により常時球抜き孔１１を閉じる方向に付勢されている。支持枠１３には前記球抜き孔１１に連通する円形の通孔１３ａが開設され、付勢部材としてのスプリング１４の止め部１５およびガイド溝１６が形成されている。

しかして、支持枠１３の前側壁に、球抜き孔１１を開放する位置で開閉体１２を係止する係止部材２１が支持部２２を介して水平方向に回動自在に設けられており、該係止部材２１は、図３に示すように鉤状の係止部２３と操作片２４が支軸２５を介して全体形状を略コ字状に形成され、支持部２２の開口２９により回動規制され、操作片２４が図４に示すように皿部８およびカバー部材９の前面とほぼ同一面に位置している。一方、前記操作部１８には前記係止部２３が係合する鉤状の係合部２６が設けられている。また、前記係止部材２１にはガイド部２７が形成され、操作部１８の押圧部２８に押圧されることにより、係止部材２１を回動するようにしている。また、係止部２３および係合部２６の相対面はテーパー面として、係止部材２１を正規な位置に規制する規制手段としている。なお、係止部材２１は、支持枠１３に限ることなく皿部材８またはカバー部材９に設けるようにしてもよく、係合部２６も必ずしも操作部１８に設ける必要はなく、可動する開閉体１２に設けるようにすればよい。

次に図面を参照して球受皿の球抜きの作用を説明する。通常開閉体１２はスプリング１４の付勢により図４に示すように球抜き孔１１を閉塞している。この状態で、図５に示すように操作部１８に指を掛けてスプリング１４の付勢に抗して開閉体１２を球抜き孔１１を開放する側へ摺動させると、操作部１８の押圧部２８が図４および図５鎖線に示すように係止部材２１のガイド部２７を押圧し、係止部材２１を回動させて、係止部２３が係止部材２１の揺動に伴って係合部２６に係合可能な状態に臨み操作片２４が前方に突出する。なお、球抜き孔１１の閉塞時に係止部材２１が回動して操作片２４が前方に突出する状態にあっても、係止部２３および係合部２６の相対する面がテーパー面であるため、該テーパー面により一旦係止部材２１が図４に示す正規な位置に戻され、操作部１８の押圧部２８が係止部材２１のガイド部２７を押圧するようになっている。

そして、その状態で操作部１８から手を離すと開閉体１２がスプリング１４の付勢により球抜き孔１１を閉じる方向に復動しようとするが、図５に示すように係止部２３が係合部２６と係合してその復動が阻止される。従って、操作部１８から手を離しても、開閉体１２は球抜き孔１１をほぼ全開する状態に係止保持されることになる。そして、皿部８のパチンコ球は球抜き孔１１から通孔１３ａを落下して確実に球箱等に抜き取られる。

また、図６および図７は操作部１８にガイド部２７ａを設けた実施の形態を示し、前記実施の形態と同じ構成には同一符号を付して説明する。まず、球抜操作として開閉体１２を図６鎖線に示すように球抜方向に摺動させると、係止部２３のテーパー面が凹状に形成されたガイド部２７ａに当接し、図７鎖線に示すように該ガイド部２７ａによってガイドされ、係止部材２１を回動させて係止部２３を係合部２６に係合可能な状態に臨ませる。そして、その状態で操作部１８から手を離すと開閉体１２がスプリング１４の付勢により、図７に示すように係止部２３が係合部２６と係合してその復動が阻止され、開閉体１２は球抜き孔１１をほぼ全開する状態に係止保持されることになる。そして、以後の解除操作は前記実施の形態と同様に操作片２４を押すだけで、簡単に係合を解除できる。

以上説明したところから明らかなように、本発明のパチンコ機における球受皿の球抜き装置によれば、前記球受皿に開閉体を球抜き孔を開放する位置に移動させることにより接触可動する係止部材を設けると共に、前記開閉体に該係止部材が係止する係合部を設けるようにしたものであるから、球受皿の球抜き操作を行うことで確実に球抜き状態を係止保持でき、従来のように遊技者が戸惑わせるような事態を完全に解消することができる。また、可動する係止部材にスプリング等を設けないので、コストの低減を図ると共に組付け作業の効率化を図ることができる。
