本発明は、外枠と、隣の遊技機の球貸装置等との間の隙間からピアノ線等のワイヤーを挿入して、外枠と前面枠とを施錠している錠装置を解錠して、前面枠が不正に開かれるのを防止するための遊技機の錠装置に関するものである。

遊技機を構成する外枠に対して、該外枠に片開き可能にヒンジ連結された前面枠が開かれるのを防止する錠装置として、前記前面枠の開放端の裏面端縁に遊技面と直交する垂直面内において上下動可能なように、断面略L字形の取付部材を介して前記前面枠の遊技面と略直交して取付けられる錠板部材と、該錠板部材の上下両端部にそれぞれ設けられた一対の鉤部材と、前記一対の鉤部材と係合可能なように前記外枠に設けられた一対の係合片とから成り、前記鉤部材と前記係合片との係合を解除することにより前記前面枠が前記外枠に対して片開き可能となる構成のものが知られている。

上記の課題を解決するために請求項1に記載の発明は、周囲を覆う外枠と、遊技者から目視される遊技面を有し、前記外枠の前側で左右方向の片開き状態で開閉可能にヒンジ連結される前面枠とを備えた遊技機において、前記外枠のヒンジ連結側の反対側の縦枠材の内側上下部に固定された上下一対の係合片に係脱可能に施錠すべく、前記前面枠の開放端側裏面に上下方向に沿って固定された取付板と、当該取付板に対して上下方向にスライド可能に組付けられて第1引張スプリングにより上向きの係合方向に付勢保持されて、鍵を使用した解錠操作により前記第1引張スプリングの付勢力に抗して下向きの解錠方向にスライド可能な錠板と、当該錠板の上端部及び下端部に、それぞれ片持ちでしかも後向きの状態で回動可能にピン連結されて、第2引張スプリングにより前記係合片に対して上向きの係合姿勢に付勢保持され、前記錠板の解錠操作により下動して前記一対の係合片との係合が解除される上下一対の鉤片とを備え、前記鉤片の回動に関連して前記錠板が適宜上下動される構成の錠装置であって、前記錠板の所定部位に、当該錠板と前記鉤片との係合を維持すると共に、前記鉤片の下端縁と適宜回動を許容された状態で係合して当該鉤片を前 記係合片に対して係合姿勢位置に保持するためのストッパーが形成され、前記鉤片には、外枠に対して前面枠が閉じられる途中に、前記第1引張スプリングの付勢力に抗して前記錠板が下動しながら前記係合片の下端縁に対して摺動する傾斜摺動面と、外枠に対して前面枠が閉じられる直前において、前記第1引張スプリングの付勢力により前記錠板が上動して前記係合片と係合可能な係合溝と、当該鉤片の正逆方向の回動により前記係合片に対して係合・離脱し得る係合板部とが、自由端側から上記順序で連続して形成され、前記外枠に前面枠が閉鎖されて前記係合片に対して係合状態にある前記鉤片が、外枠内に不正に挿入されたワイヤーを利用した不正解錠操作力により解錠姿勢方向に回動される場合に、前記鉤片の回動に前記係合板部が連動して回動することにより前記係合片に係合して、前記鉤片が係合片から離脱解錠することを阻止するように構成されていることを特徴としている。
