本発明は、球受皿の球抜き孔を開閉するシャッタ板をパチンコ球を利用して球抜き位置にロックできるようにした球受皿の球抜き装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来より、パチンコ機には、賞球や貸球を受け溜める上皿と、この上皿から溢れ出る賞球を貯留する下皿と称する２つの球受皿が設けられており、いずれの球受皿にも、底壁に形成した球抜き孔とそれを開閉するシャッタ板とからなる球抜き装置が設けられている。この球抜き装置は、球抜きを行う場合に、遊技者がシャッタ板を閉鎖スプリングに抗して球抜き位置へスライド操作することで、球抜き孔を開放し、球抜きを行うようになっている。

この構成では、球抜き中は、遊技者がシャッタ板を閉鎖スプリングに抗して球抜き位置に保持し続けなければならない。特に、下皿は多量の賞球を貯留できるため、球抜きに要する時間も長くなり、球抜き操作が面倒である。

この欠点を解消するため、実公平７−３１８２４号公報に示すように下皿のシャッタ板を球抜き位置にロックするロック機構を設け、このロック機構の操作によりシャッタ板を球抜き位置でロック／ロック解除するようにしたものがある。

しかしながら、この構成では、ロック機構を構成するのに多くの可動部品を必要とし、構成が複雑化してコスト高になると共に、可動部品が故障するおそれがあり、耐久性にも問題がある。

この問題を解決するために、特開平６−３１９８６０号公報に示すように、下皿内のパチンコ球をロック手段として利用するようにしたものがある。このものは、図１１及び図１２に示すように、下皿１の底壁２の球抜き孔３の近傍に、パチンコ球が１個落下可能な円孔４を形成し、図１２（ｂ）に示すように円孔４内に嵌まり込んだパチンコ球の下半部をシャッタ板５に形成したロック凹部６に嵌まり込ませることで、シャッタ板５を球抜き位置でロックするようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、上記構成では、一旦、シャッタ板５を図１２（ａ）に示す閉鎖位置から図１２（ｂ）に示す球抜き位置へスライドさせると、下皿１内のパチンコ球が底壁２の円孔４からシャッタ板５のロック凹部６に落ち込んで自動的にロックされてしまう。このため、球抜きを途中で中止するときには、ロック解除操作を行う必要があり、そのために、シャッタ板５を球抜き位置から更に閉鎖スプリング７に抗して閉鎖方向とは逆方向に少量スライドさせ、図１２（ｃ）に示すように底壁２の円孔４とシャッタ板５のロック凹部６に連続して形成された球落下孔８とを合致させて円孔４内のパチンコ球を球落下孔８から落下させるようになっているが、このロック解除位置からシャッタ板５を図１２（ａ）に示す閉鎖位置に戻す途中でシャッタ板５のロック凹部６が底壁２の円孔４と合致するため、再び、下皿１内に残っているパチンコ球が円孔４からロック凹部６内に落ち込んでシャッタ板５が球抜き位置でロックされてしまいやすい。このため、球抜きを途中で中止するのが困難であり、遊技者の自由意思による球抜き調整は困難であった。

本発明はこのような事情を考慮してなされたものであり、従ってその目的は、パチンコ球を利用してシャッタ板を球抜き位置でロックできる構成でありながら、シャッタ板をロックするか否かは遊技者によって自由に選択できると共に、球抜きの途中のロック解除も容易に行うことができ、遊技者の自由意思による球抜き調整を容易に行うことができる球受皿の球抜き装置を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、本発明の請求項１の球受皿の球抜き装置は、球受皿の底壁に球抜き孔を形成し、前記底壁の下面側に前記球抜き孔を開閉するシャッタ板をスライド可能に設けると共に、前記シャッタ板を前記球抜き孔を閉鎖する方向に付勢する付勢手段を設けたものにおいて、前記球受皿の前壁外側には、手前側からパチンコ球を１個嵌合できる縦溝を形成し、前記シャッタ板には、前記縦溝の下端から半分程度落ち込んだ前記パチンコ球の下半部が嵌まり込むことで該シャッタ板を前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して前記球抜き孔を開放した位置（以下「球抜き位置」という）でロックするロック凹部を有するロック部材を設け、このロック部材には、前記シャッタ板を前記球抜き位置から更に前記付勢手段の付勢力に抗して少量スライドさせたときに前記縦溝と合致して前記パチンコ球を落下させる球落下孔を前記ロック凹部に連続して形成した構成としたものである。

この構成では、球抜きを行う場合には、遊技者がシャッタ板を付勢手段の付勢力に抗して球抜き位置へスライドさせ、球受皿から取り出したパチンコ球を球受皿の前壁外側から縦溝内に入れ、この縦溝の下端から半分程度落ち込んだパチンコ球の下半部をロック部材のロック凹部に嵌まり込ませると、シャッタ板が球抜き位置でロックされた状態となる。この場合、ロック手段となるパチンコ球を入れる場所（縦溝）は球受皿の外側に設けられているため、遊技者がシャッタ板を球抜き位置へスライドさせる場合でも、パチンコ球を使用してロックするか否かは遊技者によって自由に選択でき、ロックしなければ、球抜き具合を見ながら指先でシャッタ板を適宜左右にスライドさせることで、球抜き調整を自在に行うことができる。

一方、ロック解除する場合には、シャッタ板を前記球抜き位置から更に付勢手段の付勢力に抗して閉鎖方向とは逆方向に少量スライドさせると、ロック部材のロック凹部に連続形成された球落下孔が縦溝に合致した時点で、パチンコ球が球落下孔から落下し、ロック解除される。この後、従来のように球受皿内のパチンコ球が球受皿外側の縦溝内に自然に落ち込むといったことはないので、球抜きの途中のロック解除も容易に行うことができる。

更に、本発明では、ロック部材は、シャッタ板をスライド操作する操作レバーを兼ねると共に、該ロック部材の上面には、パチンコ球を手前側からロック凹部へガイドするガイド溝を形成し、球抜き位置以外の位置では前記ガイド溝が前記球受皿の前壁又は該前壁を覆う前カバーで塞がれた状態になるように構成している。

この構成では、球抜きを行う場合には、ロック部材（操作レバー）の上面のガイド溝にパチンコ球を乗せて、シャッタ板を球抜き位置へスライドさせると、それまで球受皿の前壁又は前カバーで塞がれていたガイド溝が球抜き位置で開放され、それによってガイド溝からパチンコ球がロック凹部内に落ち込んで縦溝にも嵌まり込み、ロック状態となる。これにより、ロック操作が極めて容易になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を下皿の球抜き装置に適用した一実施形態を図１乃至図１０に基づいて説明する。まず、図１０に基づいてパチンコ機全体の概略構成を説明する。パチンコ機１１の遊技盤１２には、各種の入賞口１３、入賞装置１４、センター役物１５等が設けられている。遊技盤１２の下方には、賞球や貸球を受け溜める上皿１６と、大当たり時等に上皿１７から溢れ出る賞球を受け溜める下皿１７（球受皿）とが設けられている。そして、下皿１７の左右両側には、灰皿１８と発射操作ハンドル１９とが設けられている。

図２及び図４に示すように、下皿１７の底壁に球抜き孔２１が形成され、この球抜き孔２１に向かって底壁が下り傾斜するように形成されている。球抜き孔２１を開閉するシャッタ板２２は、下皿１７の底壁下面側にビス等で取り付けられた支持枠２３内に左右方向にスライド可能に収納されている。通常時には、シャッタ板２２は、支持枠２３内の左側に収納されたスプリング２４（付勢手段）によって閉鎖方向（右方向）に付勢され、球抜き孔２１を閉鎖した位置（閉鎖位置）に保持される。

このシャッタ板２２には、ロック部材を兼ねる操作レバー２５が一体成形又は別部材を固着して形成され、図１に示すように、操作レバー２５の上面には、パチンコ球の下半部を嵌合するロック凹部２６が形成され、このロック凹部２６の右側（閉鎖方向側）に連続して球落下孔２７が形成されている。更に、図７に示すように、操作レバー２５の上面には、手前側からロック凹部２６へ向けて下り傾斜するガイド溝２８が形成され、このガイド溝２８によってパチンコ球をロック凹部２６内へ自然に転がり込ませるようになっている。但し、後述する球抜き位置以外の位置では、ガイド溝２８が下皿１７の前壁１７ａを覆う前カバー２９（図４及び図９参照）で塞がれた状態になり、操作レバー２５が球抜き位置にスライドされたときに、ガイド溝２８が前カバー２９に形成された落入口３０に合致してガイド溝２８が開放され、ガイド溝２８からパチンコ球がロック凹部２６内に自然に転がり込むようになる。

一方、下皿１７の前壁１７ａの外側には、上記落入口３０に対向する位置に、一対の縦リブ３１ａによって縦溝３１が形成され、この縦溝３１内にパチンコ球を１個嵌合できるようになっている。そして、球抜き位置では、図７に示すようにロック凹部２６が縦溝３１と合致した状態となり、後述するロック解除位置では、図８に示すように球落下孔２７が縦溝３１と合致した状態となる。更に、ロック解除位置では、図６に示すようにシャッタ板２２の左端が支持枠２３の左側部に形成されたストッパリブ３２に当接した状態となり、それ以上のスライドが阻止される。尚、下皿１７の背壁には、上皿１７から溢れ出た賞球を下皿１７内に流し込むための球流下口３３が形成されている。

次に、下皿１７内に溜ったパチンコ球を球抜きする場合の手順を説明する。
シャッタ板２２を球抜き位置でロックさせる場合には、下皿１７又は上皿１６から取り出したパチンコ球を操作レバー２５の上面のガイド溝２８に乗せて、シャッタ板２２を球抜き位置［図１（ｂ）、図５、図７の位置］へスライドさせると、球抜き孔２１が開放されて球抜きが開始されると共に、それまで前カバー２９で塞がれていたガイド溝２８が球抜き位置で落入口３０に合致して開放される。これにより、ガイド溝２８上のパチンコ球が図７に二点鎖線で示す位置から実線で示すようにロック凹部２６内に落ち込んで、パチンコ球がロック凹部２６と縦溝３１とに嵌まり込み、ロック状態となる。このロック状態では、シャッタ板２２に作用するスプリング２４の弾発力がロック解除方向（左方向）とは逆方向に作用するため、操作レバー２５から指を放しても、スプリング２４の弾発力によってシャッタ板２２がロック状態に安定的に保持される。

この後、ロック解除する場合には、操作レバー２５を球抜き位置からスプリング２４に抗してロック解除方向（閉鎖方向とは逆方向）である左方向に少量スライドさせ、図１（ｃ）、図６及び図８に示すロック解除位置に至ると、操作レバー２５の球落下孔２７が縦溝３１と合致した状態となり、パチンコ球が球落下孔２７から落下してロック解除された状態になる。この状態で、操作レバー２５から指を放せばスプリング２４の弾発力によりシャッタ板２２が閉鎖位置へ自動的にスライドして球抜き孔２１が閉鎖され、下皿１７内にパチンコ球を貯留可能な状態に戻る。この際、従来のように下皿１７内のパチンコ球が縦溝３１内に落ち込むといったことはないので、球抜きの途中のロック解除も容易に行うことができる。
