Description
Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つの流体受入開口、少なくとも1つの可撓性部分、弛緩状態の内容積、および非弛緩状態の内容積、を含み、前記非弛緩状態の容積は、前記弛緩状態の容積以上であり、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部分は、少なくとも1つの外部と少なくとも1つの内面とを有する容器の充填および密閉方法であって、
前記容器を解除可能に保持し、その保持は前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部分の動きを許容し、
収容される流体を前記少なくとも1つの流体受入開口を通して受け入れるための位置に、前記保持された容器を位置決めし、
前記容器の弛緩状態の内容積を前記非弛緩状態の内容積に拡張させ、
前記容器の弛緩状態の内容積に流体を分配し、
前記容器内における前記流体の蒸気圧以上の所定の圧力範囲をもつ環境に、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部分の外部と、前記流体を収容する容器の内容積と、を置き、
前記内容積と前記可撓性部材の外部が前記所定の圧力範囲内にある間に、前記少なくとも1つの流体受入開口を密閉し、
前記環境の圧力を環境大気圧に高め、
前記解除可能な保持装置から前記容器を解除する
ことを特徴とする容器の充填および密閉方法。 - 前記各工程は、無菌状態の下において行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の充填および密閉方法。
- 前記各工程は、列挙された順序で行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の充填および密閉方法。
- 1つ以上の工程は、本質的に同時に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の充填および密閉方法。
- 前記容器における弛緩状態の内容積の前記非弛緩状態の内容積への拡張は、前記少なくとも1つの可撓性部分の曲がりによって行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の充填および密閉方法。
- 前記容器における弛緩状態の内容積の前記非弛緩状態の内容積への拡張は、前記容器の内容積へのガスを吹き込みによって行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の充填および密閉方法。
- 前記容器における弛緩状態の内容積の前記非弛緩状態の内容積への拡張は、前記可撓性部分の外面に真空または減圧を作用させることによって行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の充填および密閉方法。
- 前記容器における弛緩状態の内容積の前記非弛緩状態の内容積への拡張は、前記可撓性部分の物理的な操作によって行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の充填および密閉方法。
- 前記分配および密閉工程は、物理的に別々の場所で行なわれることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の充填および密閉方法。
- 前記流体を分配するために、前記少なくとも1つの流体受入開口に流体分配ノズルを挿入する工程を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の容器の充填および密閉方法。
