Claims (31)
- 患者の身体内の目標導管を少なくとも部分的に閉塞するためのクランプ器具であって、一対の対向する圧力適用部材(18)と、浮きあご(20)と、を備えており、
上記圧力適用部材が、圧力を適用することによって、目標導管を少なくとも部分的に閉塞するように構成されており、
上記圧力適用部材の、目標導管を閉塞するための少なくとも一方の端部が、上記浮きあご(20)を有しており、上記浮きあご(20)が、可撓性の圧力適用表面(22)と、該圧力適用表面に設けられている目標導管探索のためのセンサー(30)と、を有しており、
上記浮きあごが、目標導管を完全に閉塞することなく掴めるようにするために、浮きあごと上記端部との間に圧縮して納められている弾性部材(29)によって、上記圧力適用部材の上記端部に向けて動くことができるように上記端部に弾性的に装着されている、
ことを特徴とするクランプ器具。 - 器具の圧力適用部材の双方が、撓み得る圧力適用面を備えている、請求項1記載のクランプ器具。
- 圧力適用部材の各々が、伸長ハンドルを備えている、請求項1記載のクランプ器具。
- 圧力適用部材のハンドルが、ピボット枢支されている、請求項3記載のクランプ器具。
- 目標動脈探索のためのセンサーが、血流センサーと、音響センサーと、圧力センサーと、張力センサーと、応力センサーと、化学センサーと、電磁放射センサーと、これらの組合せから成る群と、の内から選択されている、請求項2記載のクランプ器具。
- 血流センサーが、ドップラー超音波センサーである、請求項5記載のクランプ器具。
