Description
図1に示したような装置であって、内径約120mm、長さ約130mmの円筒容器の底部にふるいが設けられているものを使用して分級を行なった。被分級粉体は高周波プラズマで瞬時に溶融させる処理を行なった部分安定化ジルコニアの粒子であって、球状の形態をしている。
底面が直径150mmのふるいになっている浅い円筒容器を、水を入れた液槽中にふるい面を液槽の底から離した状態で垂直に保持し、液槽の外面に設けた超音波振動子により超音波振動を与えることにより分級を行なった。被分級粉体は先の本発明例と同様の、高周波プラズマで瞬時に溶融させる処理を行なった部分安定化ジルコニアの粒子である。

Claims (4)
- ふるいにより湿式法で行なう微粒子の分級方法において、底面および側面の少なくとも一方がふるい面となっている円筒容器を、垂直位置から20ないし70度傾斜させた状態で液槽中に保持し、超音波振動を与えつつ前記円筒容器を中心軸の回りに回転させ、微粒子を液体媒体に分散させた分散体を前記円筒容器の内部に入れて流動させながら分級することを特徴とする微粒子の分級方法。
- 回転数が10〜100回/分であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の微粒子の分級方法。
- 円筒容器は、ふるいの面積の10〜50%が液面から出た状態で液槽中に保持されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の微粒子の分級方法。
- ふるいにより湿式法で行なうための微粒子の分級装置において、垂直から20ないし70度傾斜させた状態で動力源に結合された回転軸の端部に、底面および側面の少なくとも一方がふるい面となっている円筒容器がこれの中心軸が前記回転軸の延長線上になる位置に結合され、前記円筒容器は液槽中に置かれ、前記液槽には超音波振動子が設置されていることを特徴とする微粒子の分級装置。
