Description
また、可食インクとしては、天然又は合成着色料として水性のイエロー、マゼンダ、シアン、ライトマゼンダ、ライトシアン、ブラック、グレー等の食品衛生法により適合したインク等を用いる。
また、上記頭部Aと胴部D及び足部Bとは、未だ固化していない半固形状のメレンゲ様生地を互いの接着材として、接合箇所に付着し、また、台座Cは足部Bの足先とともに手絞りで一体化している。
予め、箱の中に入れた粉状のコンスターチ中に、複数の頭部Aと胴部Dと足部Bをそれぞれに分けて凸状に設けた押型を押し込んで、そのコンスターチの粉状の各部分に凹部を形成しておき、その凹部内に流動状のメレンゲもどきを入れて乾燥固化してから取り出してコンスターチの粉末を除去することでメレンゲ様生地の原形を得る。
最後に、未乾燥状態のメレンゲ様生地で台座Cを絞ってから、その上に上記胴部Dの足部Bにある足先13を乗せて押し込むことで安定させて完成する。
また、本発明には生チョコレートや冷凍ケーキの解凍の際に結露が生じ、この時の水分で水性のインクが色落ちしない様にするために上記完成後にオイルコートをすることも出来る。

Claims (3)
- 人物、動物、植物、又は自然物のいずれかから選ばれた各種形態のメレンゲ様生地の原形を得る工程と、
前記各種形態のメレンゲ様生地の原形をベルトコンベア上の定位置に載置して移動させ、前記コンベア上のジェットプリンターから可食インクの吹き付けにより、前記各種形態のメレンゲ様生地表面に種々の模様を着色する工程と、
前記各種形態のメレンゲ様生地の原形を未乾燥状態のメレンゲ生地を接着剤として、それぞれ付着して各種装飾形態を完成する工程とを含む装飾菓子の製造方法。 - 前記各種形態のメレンゲ様生地の原形に、装飾をメレンゲ様生地で手絞り、および/または可食インクで手塗りする工程を含む請求項1に記載の装飾菓子の製造方法。
- 前記各種形態のメレンゲ様生地の複数ある原形を、未乾燥状態のメレンゲ様生地でできた台座に押し込んで前記人物、動物、植物、自然物又は文字のいずれかから選ばれた各種装飾形態に仕上げる工程を含む請求項1又は2に記載の装飾菓子の製造方法。
