Claims (6)
- 縦横に交差して配置した多数の内部帯板(2)と、該帯板(2)を枠状に包囲する外周帯板(3)とで形成した多数のセル(4)を備え、該セル(4)の少なくとも一部が燃料棒で貫通されている複数のスペーサを備える沸騰水形原子炉の燃料要素において、
前記スペーサが少なくとも1つの流れ案内装置を有し、
該流れ案内装置は外周帯板(3)内に配置されて冷却材流を貫流させる貫流開口(12)と、冷却材の流れ方向(16)に見て貫流開口(12)の上流に配置され、外周帯板(3)の内側面(6)へ張り出し且つ燃料棒(5)とこれを取り囲む内部および外周帯板(2、3)から形成された流れ通路を狭める流れ案内要素(13)とを含み、
該流れ案内装置(11)が、傾斜して内側に突出し、貫流開口と隣接する、外周帯板(3)の壁範囲(18)により形成された流れ案内要素(13)を含み、冷却材流を燃料棒(5)に向けて導くことと、
前記流れ案内装置(11)が、内方に突出して燃料棒(5)に作用する保持ばね(7)と内部帯板(2)との間に延びる外周帯板(3)の範囲(23)に配置されたことと、
前記貫流開口(12)が、流れ案内要素(13)より大きな幅を有する長孔として形成されて流れ方向に対して斜めに配置され、貫流開口を貫流する冷却材流に、燃料棒に関し半径方向の流れ成分を強制的に付与することと、
前記流れ案内装置の貫流開口(12)の、冷却材の流れ方向(16)に見て下流側の上縁(19)と、それに流れ方向に続く外周帯板(3)の壁範囲(25)が、凸状に外側に湾曲していることにより流れ案内装置の効率が増大されたことと
を特徴とする燃料要素。 - 前記流れ案内要素(13)を形成する流れ案内片が、外周帯板(3)の平面から燃料棒(5)に向かって開いた鋭角(α)を成すことを特徴とする請求項1記載の燃料要素。
- 前記流れ案内片が、流れ方向(16)に延び、そして貫流開口(12)の、流れ方向(16)に見て上流側の下縁(17)で開口する2つの切込み部(30)により形成された外周帯板(3)の壁範囲(18’)であることを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料要素。
- 前記流れ案内片が、貫流開口(12)の下縁(17)に隣接する、深絞り加工した外周帯板(3)の壁範囲(18)により形成されたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の燃料要素。
- 内部帯板(2)と、該帯板(2)を枠状に包囲する外周帯板(3)とで形成した各セル(4)の前記外周帯板(3)に、少なくとも1つの流れ案内装置(11)が付属することを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の燃料要素。
- 内部帯板を挟んで並べて配置された2つの貫流開口(12、12a)が、流れ方向(16)に見て上流方向に向かって開くように互いに逆向きに傾斜し、該両貫流開口(12、12a)が、それぞれ流れ方向(16)に対して鋭角(β)を成すことを特徴とする請求項5記載の燃料要素。
