Description
[実施例1]
酸素が過剰にならないように酸素濃度を制御した雰囲気中、ニードルコークス(S−JAカルサインド粉コークス)を、昇温速度約3〜4℃/分で1300℃まで昇温し、1300℃で4時間か焼した。その後、水冷による強制冷却を行い、か焼炉の出口温度を120℃に保持し、BET表面積3m2/gのか焼コークスを得た。
[実施例2]
ニードルコークスをか焼する際の処理温度を1000℃としたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、BET表面積3m2/gのか焼コークスを得、実施例2の吸着剤として以下の試験に供した。
[比較例1]
ニードルコークスをか焼する際の処理温度を800℃としたこと以外は実施例1と同様にして、BET表面積4m2/gのか焼コークスを得、比較例1の吸着剤として以下の試験に供した。
[比較例2]
実施例1で原料として用いたニードルコークス(BET表面積3m2/g)を、か焼せずに、比較例2の吸着剤として以下の試験に供した。
[比較例3]
活性炭(商品名:太閤活性炭GM130A、二村化学工業株式会社製、BET表面積:1000m2/g)を、比較例3の吸着剤として以下の試験に供した。
[油分吸着能評価試験(1)]
実施例1、2及び比較例1の各吸着剤について以下の試験を行い、含油排水中の油分に対する吸着能を評価した。まず、吸着剤100mLをカラム(容量:150mL)に充填した。このカラムに所定濃度の油分を含有する排水を通水速度150mL/分で通水し、カラムを通過した被処理水の油分濃度を測定した。含油排水の通水量及び油分濃度並びに被処理水の油分濃度を表1に示す。
実施例1及び比較例2、3の各吸着剤について以下の試験を行い、含油排水中の油分に対する吸着能を評価した。まず、吸着剤30mLをカラム(容量:100mL)に充填した。このカラムに油分濃度50mg/Lの含油排水を通水速度60mL/分で通水し、カラムを通過した被処理水の油分濃度を測定した。含油排水の通水量と被処理水の油分濃度との相関を図1に示す。
[親油性及び親水性の評価試験]
実施例1、2及び比較例1〜3の各吸着剤100mLをA重油100mLと共に分液ロートに入れて撹拌し、2日間静置した。次いで、A重油を滴下分離し、A重油の回収量に基づき各吸着剤の親油性を評価した。得られた結果を表2に示す。
Claims (3)
- 含油排水から油分を除去するための吸着剤であって、石油系重質油を400〜600℃でコーキングしたものを1000〜1500℃でか焼することにより得られる、BET表面積20m 2 /g以下のか焼コークスからなることを特徴とする吸着剤。
- 含油排水から油分を除去するための吸着剤を製造する方法であって、石油系重質油を400〜600℃でコーキングしたものを1000〜1500℃でか焼し、BET表面積20m 2 /g以下のか焼コークスを得るか焼工程を備えることを特徴とする吸着剤の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の吸着剤を含油排水に接触させ、前記含油排水中の油分を前記吸着剤に吸着させることにより、前記含油排水から油分を除去することを特徴とする含油排水の処理方法。
