Description
Claims (16)
- 標的装置における収集部位に集められる生物学的および化学的試料を処理するための方法において、
標的支持プレートを標的装置に対して固定する工程であって、前記標的支持プレートは互いに隔たった上面および底面を有し、前記上面および底面の間でかつこれらの面を通って複数のコラムが延在し、前記標的支持プレートは標的装置に対して取り外し可能に固定されて前記コラムは少なくとも一部が前記標的装置の収集部位と位置合わせし、前記標的支持プレートは少なくとも一部がエラストマー材料によって形成され、前記取り外し可能な固定は、前記標的支持プレートと前記標的装置との間のシールが前記収集部位間において規定されて当該収集部位間の相互汚染を防いだ状態で、前記標的支持プレートのエラストマー部分を標的装置に押圧して接触させることを含む工程と、
前記コラムの少なくとも一部に液体試料を配する工程と、
前記コラムに配された液体試料を蒸発させて前記収集部位に集合物を形成する工程と、
前記標的装置を前記収集部位の集合物とともに前記標的支持プレートから取り外す工程と、
有したことを特徴とする方法。 - 標的装置は多数のくぼみがあるプレートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 標的装置は質量分析プレートであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記蒸発させる工程は、蒸発遠心分離を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、シリコンポリマーを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記エラストマー材料は、ポリ(ディメチル)シロキサンを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記標的支持プレートは、全体が前記エラストマー材料によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記質量分析は、MALDI(マトリックス支援レーザ脱離イオン化法)質量分析、SELDI(表面増強レーザ脱離イオン化法)質量分析およびDIOS(多孔性シリコンに対する脱離イオン化法)質量分析から成るグループから目的に応じて選択されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記標的支持プレートの前記底面はくぼませられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記底面は部分的に前記標的支持プレート内に凹部を規定し、前記凹部は、前記標的支持プレートの設置面積内で前記標的装置を収容するよう規定されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記コラムの少なくとも一部はそれぞれ一定でない断面積で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コラムの少なくとも一部は化学的に変形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 記コラムの少なくとも一部は特定の生物学的/化学的分子に対する反応性を付与するよう変形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コラムの少なくとも一部は当該一部に対する生物学的/化学的物質の物理的付着によって変形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コラムの少なくとも一部は生物学的/化学的物質の非特異性結合を最小限にするよう変形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コラムの少なくとも一部は生物学的/化学的物質の特定の種類を結び付けるように変形されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
