Claims (2)
- 無線通信システムのRLC(無線リンク制御)層においてPDU(プロトコルデータユニット)のヘッダを設定する方法であって、
所定の条件に合致した場合に、前記PDUで搬送される最後のSDU(サービスデータユニット)の終了位置を示し、複数ビットからなる長さ指示フィールドを前記PDUに添付しない段階を含み、
前記所定の条件とは、前記PDUの長さが所定のPDU長さ最大値より小さいことである、
ことを特徴とするヘッダ設定方法。 - 無線通信システムのRLC層においてPDUのヘッダを設定してその長さを減らすための通信装置であって、
前記通信装置の機能を実現する制御回路と、
前記制御回路の中に設けられ、プログラムコードを実行して前記制御回路を制御するCPU(中央処理装置)と、
前記制御回路の中に前記CPUと結合するように設けられ、前記プログラムコードを記録する記憶装置と、
を含み、
前記プログラムコードは、
所定の条件に合致した場合に、前記PDUで搬送される最後のSDUの終了位置を示し、複数ビットからなる長さ指示フィールドを前記PDUに添付しないコードを含み、
前記所定の条件とは、前記PDUの長さが所定のPDU長さ最大値より小さいことである、
ことを特徴とする通信装置。
