Claims (6)
- 血管壁における刺し傷の止血を容易にするための器具であって、
長さ方向全体に延びる管腔を有し、同管腔を通過して刺し傷より血管内に延びる案内ワイヤ上に配置され、同案内ワイヤに沿って皮膚から血管に進む管拡張装置を備え、同管拡張装置が血管の外壁に達して、同血管の外壁に押圧されるまで、管拡張装置の管腔内に血液が流れることが許容され、更には管拡張装置は同装置が血管の外壁に達した時の人体内における血管外壁の深さを示す位置を表示する深度表示器を備え、
長さ方向全体に延びるイントロデューサ管腔を有し、血管内に延びる前記案内ワイヤをイントロデューサ管腔内を通過するように配置して、前記管拡張装置が皮膚から取り除かれた後に、案内ワイヤに沿って皮膚から血管に進入するイントロデューサを備え、前記イントロデューサは前記深度表示器の表示する位置に基づいて、皮膚内においてイントロデューサが進んで血管外表面に接触する位置を決定するイントロデューサ深度表示器を備え、更にはイントロデューサ管腔は吸収性スポンジ綿撒糸を受容するためのステージングチェンバと、同ステージングチェンバに連通される配置チェンバとを備え、
前記案内ワイヤがプランジャ管腔内を通過されて、イントデューサ内に挿入されて、血管の壁の刺し傷を封止すべく、前記ステージングチェンバ内に収容される吸収性スポンジ綿撒糸を搬送チェンバから患者体内に注射するプランジャと
を有する刺し傷の止血を容易にする器具。 - 前記案内ワイヤが血管のテンティングを作り出すことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の刺し傷の止血を容易にする器具。
- 前記管拡張装置の管腔の直径が案内ワイヤの直径よりも大きい請求項1に記載の刺し傷の止血を容易にする器具。
- 前記管拡張装置の管腔は4mmの内径を有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の刺し傷の止血を容易にする器具。
- 前記イントロデューサのイントロデューサ管腔の直径が案内ワイヤの直径よりも大きい請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の刺し傷の止血を容易にする器具。
- 前記ステージングチャンバは0.12〜1.5cmの内径を有し、前記配置チャンバは1c以下にしてステージングチャンバよりも小さな内径を有する請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の刺し傷の止血を容易にする器具。
