Claims (9)
- 前面基板と、
上記前面基板と対向するように設けられ、一定間隔を置いてアドレス電極が形成された背面基板と、
上記前面基板と背面基板との間に格子形状で設けられ放電空間を区切り、複数の交差部を有する隔壁と、
上記放電空間内に塗布される蛍光体と、
上記隔壁の複数の交差部毎に隔壁の交差部内に形成され、上記前面基板の底面と夫々垂直に形成され、上記前面基板の底面と水平な横及び縦に並列された上記複数の交差部において相互交互に配置される複数の走査電極及び共通電極とを含むプラズマディスプレイパネル。 - 上記背面基板上に形成され、上記アドレス電極を埋め込む背面誘電体層をさらに含む請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 相互隣接した上記走査電極及び共通電極間に形成される放電領域は、上記隔壁により区切られた上記放電空間を包囲する請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 上記隔壁は直方形の各放電空間を包囲する格子を成し、上記走査電極及び共通電極は上記隔壁の交差部内に配置される請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 上記隔壁は、上記走査電極と共通電極を埋め込む電極保護層を含む請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 上記隔壁は、上記背面基板と上記電極保護層間に形成された下部隔壁をさらに含む請求項5に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 上記電極保護層は誘電体層を含む請求項5に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 上記電極保護層は、放電空間に露出される部位に形成されたMgO保護層を含む請求項5に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
- 上記前面基板の背面上に形成されたMgO保護層をさらに含む請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
