本発明は上述の問題に鑑みてなされ、100%所定の姿勢にして次工程に部品を供給することができる振動整列装置を提供することを課題とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
図1ないし図3は本発明の第1の実施の形態による振動パ−ツフィ−ダの要部を示すが図において従来例に対応する分については同一の符号を付し、その詳細な説明は省略する。

図1においてはパ−ツフィ−ダの一部であるほぼ円形のボウルの更に一部を示すものであるが側壁部1はトラック2に対しほぼ垂直である。実際にはボウルは平面的に見て円形であるがその径外方向に対して数度の下向き傾斜となっている。側壁部1はボウルの外壁に相当するので厳密には円弧状であるが図を分かりやすくするために直線的に示している。

上述の運動方程式から明らかなようにトラック2を固定点とし質量mにAcos(ωt−α)なる力が作用した時の方程式と同等である。したがって公知の様にこのような力と変位との位相差は図5で示す様になる。粘性係数cによりこのグラフは変化するのであるがλが大になるほどすなわち共振点=(k/m)1/2より大きくなるとトラック2の振動変位とトラック形成部材5の振動変位との間の位相差は180度となる。従って図3で示す様に隙間においてトラック2が図において左方に移動する時にはトラック形成部材5は右方に移動する。またトラック2が右方に移動する時にはトラック形成部材5は左方に移動することになる。

上記数式でx0 /aはトラック2の振動変位とトラック形成部材5の振動変位との比を表すがこれとλとの関係を示したのが図6である。相対変位振巾比はλ=1を最大値としてλが大なると共に減少するのであるがこれから明らかな様にをγを適当な値にして例えば0.7にして振動数比λを十分に大きく例えば3以上に取れば相対変位振巾比は約1となる。従って図3においてトラック形成部材5とトラック2は上述のように180度位相変えて、すなわち振動方向を変えて振動するのであるが図6に関して説明した様にこの条件で振動させればトラック形成部材5とトラック2との振巾比は約1となる。すなわちトラック2は1mmのストロ−クで振動するとすればトラック形成部材5も同様に1mmの振動変位で振動する。振動パ−ツフィ−ダの振動数は最近はインバ−タを用いてその周波数を高くさせているが周波数を高くすればするほど振動数を小さくして同じ移送速度を生ずることができる。従って現在1mmの振巾は非常に大きく、実際の周波数では0.5mm以下とされている。またこれはストロ−クでありピークtoピークであるから仮に1mmとしてもこの隙間を1mmと取っておけばトラック形成部材5とトラック2とが干衝し合うことがない。

本発明の第1の実施の形態は以上の様に構成されるが次にこの作用について説明する。

図3は図1の平面図であるが振動によりこの位置まで移送されてきた平板状のワークWは左方へと移送されていくのであるがWで示す姿勢のワークすなわち長辺を移送方向に向けたワークはトラック2の切欠き3には及ぶことなくそのまま次工程に移送される。しかしこれに続くワークWはその長辺を移送方向に対し直角方向に向けて移送されている。この場合ハッチングHで示す部分がこのワークの大部を占めるがこの面はトラック面に当接している。他方小部分Lはトラック形成部材3に当接しながら移送される。振動理論から明らかなようにH面とトラック面との当接面積の方がはるかに大である。摩擦力がトラック形成部材5と面Lとの摩擦力よりはるかに(垂直加速度の正方向が大になる)大きくなるのでこのワークWは重心Gの周りに矢印で示すようにすなわち反時計方向に回動する力を受けながら左方へと振動で移送される。結局Wと同じ姿勢で次工程に供給されることになる。

すなわち本実施の形態においてはワークとしては一端部は三角形状で他端部は方形状である。このようなワークがWaの姿勢すなわち三角形状部分を前方にしてその長手方向を移送方向に向けたワークはそのまま振動により下流側に移送されるが長手方向を移送方向に対し直角方向に向けたワークWbはトラック形成部材40上に至ると上記実施の形態と同様な作用を受けて反時計方向に回動し、ワークWaとは反対の姿勢となる。なお、三角形部分を側壁部1に当接させる姿勢は不安定であるのでこのような姿勢を取ることができずWaまたはWcの姿勢を取る。Wcの姿勢のワークはそのままWaと同様に次工程にそのまま供給されるが本実施の形態においてはこの下流側に段差Dが設けられておりWaの姿勢のワークはその重心Gが段差Dに到達する前にその長手方向の大部分を下方レベルのトラック面上方を移送されていることにより、そのままの姿勢で次工程に供給されるがWcの姿勢のワークはその重心Gが長手方向に対し前方側に偏っていることによりこれが段差Dを通過する時に図12において時計方向の回動力を受け180度反時計方向に回動しWaの姿勢で次工程に供給されることができる。本発明はこのように従来の部品整列手段と組み合わせて用いてもよい。いずれにしても選別効率を100%にして次工程に部品をないしワークを供給することができる。

以上述べたように本発明の振動整列装置によれば、選別効率を100%にして効率良く次工程に部品を供給することができる。また異姿勢を例えばボウルの内部に排除する場合に比べてワーク(部品)を何度も同じ行程を移送させることがないので、トラック面との摩擦を最小限とし、ワークを保護することもできる。
