Claims (14)
- 供給された燃焼用空気を圧縮機ホイールによって増加ブースト圧力に圧縮する、圧縮機吸気ダクト(105)に回転可能に装着された圧縮機ホイール(102)と、
前記圧縮機吸気ダクト(105)に開口する補助ダクト(115)と、
前記圧縮機ホイール(102)の上流の前記圧縮機吸気ダクト(105)に配置される調整可能なブロック要素(109)と、
前記圧縮機吸気ダクト(105)内への前記補助ダクト(115)の前記開口領域(116)に配置される調整可能なスワール装置(114、117)を有する、吸気ラインに圧縮機を備えた内燃機関において、
NOx吸蔵還元触媒コンバータ(12)が前記排気ラインに配置し、
相対的な燃料余剰を有する空燃比(λ)を発生するために、前記圧縮機ホイール(102)が推進スワールによって作用される位置に前記スワール装置(114、117)をセットでき、空気供給を低減する位置に前記ブロック要素(109)を同時にセットすることができることを特徴とする吸気ラインに圧縮機を備えた内燃機関。 - 前記圧縮機(5)は、前記排気ライン(18)に設けられる排気ガスタービン(3)を有する排気ガスターボチャージャ(2)の一部品であり、前記圧縮機ホイール(102)が前記タービンホイールに連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記排気ガスタービン(3)が、有効なタービン入口断面を可変に設定するための可変タービンジオメトリー(4)を有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記NOx吸蔵還元触媒コンバータ(12)が、前記排気ガスタービン(3)の下流に配置されることを特徴とする請求項2あるいは3に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記圧縮機(5)のブロック要素(109)が、前記スワール装置(114、117)に作用することにより、前記スワール装置(114、117)の変位をもたらすことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記スワール装置(114、117)は、その端部位置の一方に保持されるようにばねにて圧力を加えられ、前記ブロック要素(109)が、前記ばねによる力方向と逆に前記スワール装置(114、117)に作用することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記調整移動の第1の移動セグメントで、前記ブロック要素(109)のみが変位させられ、また引き続く第2の移動セグメントで、前記スワール装置(114、117)が変位させられることを特徴とする請求項5あるいは6に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記ブロック要素(109)の調整移動が、前記圧縮機ホイール(102)の軸方向に行われることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記スワール装置が、前記補助ダクト(115)の開口領域(116)において軸方向プッシャ(114)とスワール格子(117)とを有し、
前記軸方向プッシャ(114)は、前記スワール格子(117)をブロック解除する開位置と、前記開口断面を低減する閉塞位置との間で調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項5〜8のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。 - 軸方向の受容開口部(120)が、閉塞位置の前記スワール格子(117)を受容するために、前記軸方向プッシャ(114)に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記軸方向プッシャ(114)が、ばね要素(119)によって前記軸方向プッシャの開位置方向に作用されることを特徴とする請求項9あるいは10に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記ブロック要素(109)が、前記圧縮機吸気ダクトに軸方向に変位可能なブロックプランジャを備え、前記圧縮機吸気ダクト(105)の入口開口部(107)の断面が、前記ブロックプランジャによって開位置と閉位置との間で可変に調整可能であることを特徴とする請求項5〜11のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- 前記軸方向プッシャ(114)が、前記ブロック要素(109)用のストッパを形成し、前記圧縮機吸気ダクト(105)への前記入口開口部(107)の閉位置に達したときに、前記ブロック要素(109)が前記軸方向プッシャ(114)と接触することを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関。
- NOx還元を行うために、前記圧縮機ホイール(102)への空気供給が低減され、前記圧縮機ホイール(102)に推進スワールが引き起こされ、前記燃料供給が少なくともほぼ一定に維持される請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の内燃機関を運転するための方法。
