Claims (2)
- 磁石式交流発電機の出力が入力端子間に入力され、出力端子間にバッテリが接続されたダイオードブリッジ全波整流回路と、前記整流回路のブリッジの上辺を構成する各ダイオードまたは下辺を構成する各ダイオードに逆並列接続された発電機出力短絡用スイッチと、前記整流回路の出力端子間の電圧が設定値を超えたときに前記発電機出力短絡用スイッチをオン状態にするように制御するスイッチ制御回路とを備えたバッテリ充電制御装置において、
前記整流回路、発電機出力短絡用スイッチ及びスイッチ制御回路の構成要素が外面に放熱フィンを有するケース内に収容されて、前記構成要素のうち、冷却の必要がある発熱要素が前記ケースに伝熱的に結合され、
直流ファンモータにより駆動されて前記ケースの少なくとも一部の放熱フィンに接触する空気流を生じさせる送風機が前記ケースに取りつけられ、
前記直流ファンモータの電機子コイルが、前記整流回路の前記発電機出力短絡用スイッチが逆並列接続されたダイオードに対して直列に接続されていること、
を特徴とするバッテリ充電制御装置。 - 前記ケースの一面の中央に放熱フィンを有する送風機取付領域が設けられ、
前記送風機は、前記送風機取付領域に設けられた放熱フィンに向けて空気流を吹き付けるように位置決めされて前記送風機取付領域に取りつけられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ充電制御装置。
