Claims (4)
- 車両用発電機の特定部位の温度と相関を有する部位の温度を検出する温度検出手段と、
前記温度検出手段の検出結果に基づいて、温度変化に対応する応力を積算する積算手段と、
前記積算手段による応力の積算値に基づいて、前記特定部位の異常の発生を予測する異常予測手段と、
前記異常予測手段によって異常の発生を予測したときに警報を出す警報手段と、
を備えることを特徴とする異常検出装置。 - 請求項1において、
前記異常予測手段は、前記積算値が所定値に達したときに前記特定部位の異常の発生を予測することを特徴とする異常検出装置。 - 請求項1または2において、
前記特定部位は、前記車両用発電機の整流装置であることを特徴とする異常検出装置。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれかにおいて、
前記車両用発電機には発電状態を制御する車両用発電制御装置が内蔵されており、
前記温度検出手段、前記積算手段、前記異常予測手段は、前記車両用発電制御装置に備わっていることを特徴とする異常検出装置。
