Abstract
【解決手段】端子20に、前端側にフレキシブル回路1と接触する第1の接触部22aを有し、後端側を押圧部材30によってフレキシブル回路1の反対方向に押圧される第1の可動片部22と、前端側にフレキシブル回路1と接触する第2の接触部23aを有し、後端側が第1の可動片部22の後端側と一体に形成された第2の可動片部23と、第1の可動片部22の後端側が押圧部材30によって押圧されると、第1及び第2の接触部22a,23aがフレキシブル回路1に圧接するように第1及び第2の可動片部22,23を変位させる弾性片部24とを設けたので、押圧部材30によって端子20を押圧することにより、第1及び第2の接触部22a,23aをフレキシブル回路1に二点接触させることができる。

Claims (5)
- 接続対象物が挿入されるコネクタ本体と、コネクタ本体内に互いに幅方向に間隔をおいて配置された複数の端子と、コネクタ本体内に挿入された接続対象物を各端子側に押圧する回動自在な押圧部材とを備え、押圧部材を一方に回動すると、各端子が押圧部材によって接続対象物側に押圧され、押圧部材を他方に回動すると、押圧部材による各端子の押圧が解除されるようにしたコネクタにおいて、
前記端子に、一端側に接続対象物と接触する第1の接触部を有し、他端側を押圧部材によって接続対象物の反対方向に押圧される第1の可動片部と、一端側に接続対象物と接触する第2の接触部を有し、他端側が第1の可動片部の他端側と一体に形成された第2の可動片部と、第1の可動片部の他端側が押圧部材によって押圧されると、第1及び第2の接触部が接続対象物に圧接するように第1及び第2の可動片部を変位させる弾性片部とを設け、
第1及び第2の接触部を互いに接続対象物の挿抜方向に間隔をおいて接続対象物の幅方向同一位置に接触するように設けた
ことを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記弾性片部を第2の可動片部の一端側と他端側との間を支持するように形成し、
第1の可動片部の他端側が押圧部材によって押圧されると、第1の可動片部から第2の可動片部の他端側に加わる押圧部材の押圧力により、第2の接触部の接続対象物への押し付け力が増大するように、第2の可動片部に弾性片部の支点を中心とするモーメントが生ずるように構成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1記載のコネクタ。 - 前記端子を、導電性の金属板を厚さ方向に打ち抜き加工することにより、各可動片部及び弾性片部の幅方向が金属板の厚さ方向となるように形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2記載のコネクタ。
- 前記第1の可動片部の後端側に、押圧部材が当接する第1及び第2の当接部を設け、
押圧部材が一方の回動位置に回動する過程で押圧部材の当接位置が第1の当接部から第2の当接部に移行するように構成し、
第1の当接部を押圧部材の当接によって第1の可動片部が変位するように形成し、第2の当接部を押圧部材の当接によって第1の可動片部が変位したまま保持されるように形成した
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2または3記載のコネクタ。 - 前記端子に、押圧部材が回動自在に係合する係合部を設けた
ことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載のコネクタ。
