Claims (20)
- 脊柱の一部に取り付けられるようにされた支持部材と、
支持部材の一部を変形した脊柱部に連結するようにされたアンカー部材と、を有し、
前記支持部材は、前記変形した脊柱部に一定または実質的に一定の矯正力を付加し、また脊柱変形が完全にまたは実質的に完全に矯正されるまで、前記一定または実質的に一定の矯正力を維持することができ、
前記支持部材及び前記アンカー部材の双方が少なくとも部分的に弾性材料で形成されており、
前記支持部材の一部は変形力を受けて前記変形した脊柱部に一致するように曲がり、前記アンカー部材は前記支持部材の曲がった部分を前記変形した脊柱部に取り付けるのに用いられる、脊柱変形の矯正装置。 - 前記弾性材料は超弾性材料または擬似弾性材料を有する、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記超弾性材料は体温の範囲内の転移温度を有する、請求項2に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記超弾性材料はニッケル−チタン合金を有する、請求項2に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記支持部材は一対の支持ロッドを有する、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記支持ロッドの間に架橋要素をさらに有する、請求項5に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記支持ロッドのうちの一つは少なくとも部分的に超弾性材料で形成される、請求項5に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記支持部材は少なくとも部分的に超弾性材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記支持部材は通常の脊柱の後弯および前弯をなすように、事前に輪郭が形成されている、請求項8に記載の矯正装置。
- 第1と第2のアンカー部材を有し、前記第1のアンカー部材は独立した一定または実質的に一定の横牽引力を付加することができる横牽引部材を有する、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記第1のアンカー部材は、前記第2のアンカー部材を介して前記変形した脊柱部の椎骨に接続される、請求項10に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記アンカー部材は少なくとも部分的に超弾性材料で形成される、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記アンカー部材はフック、ネジ、ワイヤ又はクランプであり、機械的に係止されることにより前記支持部材を前記変形した脊柱部に連結する、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記アンカー部材はNiTiアンカー部材であり、該NiTiアンカー部材の形状変化を誘発する加熱装置によって係止されることにより前記支持部材を前記変形した脊柱部に連結する、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記加熱装置は電磁放射部材を有する、請求項14に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記矯正力を調整するための制動要素をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記支持部材の移動を制限するための抑制要素をさらに有する、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記抑制要素は支持部材が回旋するのを妨げる、請求項17に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記支持部材は前記脊柱の前面に取り付けられるようになっている、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
- 前記支持部材は前記脊柱の後面に取り付けられるようになっている、請求項1に記載の矯正装置。
