Description
実施例1:ICL管構築体を作製する方法
層流キャビネットの無菌領域において、以下の方法によってICLからICLコラーゲン管を形成した。付着したリンパ管をICLの漿膜面より切り取る。材料から過剰な水分を吸収させるために、このICLを無菌の吸収性ペーパータオルに吸い取らせてから、有孔ポリカーボネートシート上に広げ、層流キャビネットの接近気流中で乾燥させた。乾燥したならば、ICLを、約20%の重複部分がある2層の移植片用に28.5mm×10cmの切片へ切断した。管の形成においてICLを支えるために、直径約4mmの筒状ステンレス鋼主軸を、形成されたコラーゲン管を主軸から外すことを促進してICLへ付着することもそれと反応することもない弾性スリーブ材料である、KRATON(登録商標)でカバーした。
Claims (9)
- 平面シートマトリックスから管状構築体を形成する装置であって:
2つの対面マウントを支えるスタンドと、対面マウントの間にわたり、平行配置に保たれた、主軸、有孔ロッド、及びバネ付勢されたローラ;
主軸を対面マウント上で配置して係合するガイド;並びに
平面シートマトリックスに接線力を付与してしわ寄りを防ぐ手段を含んでなり;ここで有孔ロッドは、その長さにわたって内腔を有し、有孔ロッドの内腔間に、水が均一に通過するためのロッドの表面を通ってつながる空孔を有し;
ここでバネ付勢されたローラは有孔ロッドの長さに沿って延び、ローラと主軸上の平面シートマトリックスと間に接触線を生じさせ;そして、
ここで主軸は、平面シートマトリックスに接触し、マトリックスの連続(後続)部分が有孔ロッドに接触して、有孔ロッドの空孔を通過する水によって湿らされ、主軸の回りに巻き付けられるように回転して管構築体を形成する、前記装置。 - セラミックロッドのレベルより上にあり、その内側と外側の間に通じる機械加工された穴を有する中空チャックをさらに含んでなる、請求項1の装置。
- 中空チャックがバネ付勢されたローラに向かう面に複数の穴を有し;そして、
中空チャックが真空源の取付け用に一端に出入口を有する、請求項2の装置。 - 垂直ロッドをさらに含んでなり、ここで、それぞれのマウントにおいて、バネ付勢されたローラは、マウントに収納されるコイルバネにより搭載される垂直ロッドの先端に接触する、請求項1の装置。
- 第一及び第二の延長ロッド;
ソリッド棒;及び、
第一及び第二のバネハイジングをさらに含んでなり;ここで垂直ロッドは、延長ロッドを介して各マウントを通過して、そして垂直ロッドは、第一及び第二の延長ロッドの両端と第一及び第二のバネハウジングの間にソリッド棒を係合することによって、バネ付勢されたローラから離すことができる、請求項4の装置。 - 対面マウントのそれぞれにガイド部材をさらに含んでなり、ガイド部材は、L形状の溝を有して、ガイド部材の上部は主軸の一端を収容するように開き、ガイド部材の底部は、主軸を有孔ロッドに対して係合するように主軸を整列させる、請求項3の装置。
- バネ付勢されたローラが離れるとき、ガイド部材は、対面マウント間に主軸を挿入するために開き;そして、
ガイド部材が主軸に搭載されて、バネ付勢されたローラが係合するとき、ローラは、主軸が反対側でセラミックロッドに接触するように、一方の側で主軸を押圧する、請求項6の装置。 - 真空源;及び、
水源をさらに含んでなり、ここで、ガイド部材が主軸に搭載される前に、真空源と水源を作動させて、空気が中空チャック中の穴を通って中空チャックの内側へ引かれて、そして水が有孔チューブの内腔からその表面へ通過するようにする、請求項6の装置。 - 管構築体を平面シートマトリックスより形成する方法であって:
シートの一端縁に沿って主軸を配置させて、平面シートマトリックスと主軸が付着するようにそれをシートへ接触させることによって平面シートマトリックスを貼り付けること、
前記主軸上に貼り付けられた平面シートマトリックスに対してローラによって接線力を作り出すことにより均一な張力をシート上に保持して気泡やひだを出して滑らかにしながら、この組織を管状の形態に保つ結合領域を生じる程度に、シートがそれ自身と接触して重複するまで、主軸の周りで巻くこと、および
前記平面シートマトリックスの後続部分を、前記ローラの長さにわたる有孔ロッドを介して湿らすことを含んでなる、方法。
