本発明は、大人用あるいは失禁用などの使い捨ておむつに関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の使い捨ておむつとしては、たとえば使い捨ての紙おむつが知られており、この紙おむつは、透液性表面シート、不透液性裏面シートおよびこれら透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に配設された吸収体とを有し、背側腰回り部、幅方向の両側縁に脚回り部を形成した股下回り部および腹側腰回り部が長手方向に順次一体的に形成されている。

また、この紙おむつは、前記背側腰回り部および前記腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部が接合され、１つの腰回り開口部および一対の脚回り開口部が形成されてパンツ形状に形成される。さらに、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部には腰回り用弾性体が配設され、この腰回り用弾性体により腰回り開口部周辺が略全周にわたって伸縮する。そして、両側の脚回り部には、たとえば略Ｕ字状の脚回り用弾性体が長手方向に互いに対向して配設され、これら脚回り用弾性体により、脚回り開口部周辺が略全周にわたって伸縮する。

しかしながら、この紙おむつでは、吸収体部分の装着者への密着性がよくないため、装着者の尿道口とこの紙おむつとの間に隙間ができ、漏れが生じるおそれがある。また、この漏れを防止するために腰回り用弾性体および脚回り用弾性体の強度を強くすると、装着者の身体を圧迫するおそれがある。

さらに、密着性の向上のために、多数の脚回り用弾性体を吸収体が位置する部分にまで配設すると、製造コストの抑制が容易でない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述したように、使い捨ての紙おむつでは、密着性を向上しつつ、漏れを防止するとともに製造コストを抑制することが容易でないという問題点を有している。

本発明はこのような点に鑑みなされたもので、密着性をより向上でき、漏れをより防止できるとともに、製造コストをより抑制できる使い捨ておむつを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の使い捨ておむつは、透液性表面シート、不透液性裏面シートおよびこれら透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に配設された吸収体と、前記不透液性裏面シートの外面側に結合された外層シートとを有し、背側腰回り部、両側に脚回り部を形成した股下回り部、および腹側腰回り部が長手方向に順次一体的に形成され、かつ前記背側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部と前記腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部とが接合されて腰回り開口部および一対の脚回り開口部が形成されるおむつ体を備え、前記外層シートは前記不透液性裏面シート側に面する内側シート片と装着者の衣服側に面する外側シート片とにて構成され、前記背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部における前記内側シート片および外側シート片の間には、前記おむつ体の幅方向に伸縮する腰回り用弾性体が配設され、前記背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の少なくともいずれか一方における前記内側シート片および外側シート片の間には、前記おむつ体の側縁部近傍から両側の脚回り部の縁部の略半分の領域に沿って設けられ股下回り部と交差した脚回り用弾性体が配設され、この脚回り用弾性体は、第１の脚回り用弾性体、第２の脚回り用弾性体、および第３の脚回り用弾性体にて構成され、前記第１の脚回り用弾性体、前記第２の脚回り用弾性体および前記第３の脚回り用弾性体は、それぞれ一方の前記脚回り部近傍から前記股下回り部を通って他方の前記脚回り部近傍に沿って位置し、前記第１の脚回り用弾性体は、前記第２の脚回り用弾性体と股下回り部にて交差するとともに、前記おむつ体の一方の側部で前記第２の脚回り用弾性体に対して外側、他方の側部で前記第２の脚回り用弾性体に対して内側にそれぞれ位置し、前記第３の脚回り用弾性体は、前記第１の脚回り用弾性体および第２の脚回り用弾性体の少なくとも一部に沿って位置し、かつ前記第１の脚回り用弾性体および第２の脚回り用弾性体の交差部と前記腰回り用弾性体との間で前記吸収体と交差し、この交差する部分が前記おむつ体の長手方向におけるこの第３の脚回り用弾性体の端縁部側へと突出して、平面視略Ｗ字状に形成されているものである。

そして、外層シートを不透液性裏面シート側に面する内側シート片と装着者の衣服側に面する外側シート片とにて構成し、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部における内側シート片および外側シート片の間に、おむつ体の幅方向に伸縮する腰回り用弾性体を配設することにより、腰回り開口部の略全周にわたって腰回り用弾性体が配設されるため、腰回りの密着性がより向上する。

また、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の少なくともいずれか一方における内側シート片および外側シート片の間に、おむつ体の側縁部近傍から両側の脚回り部の縁部の略半分の領域に沿って設けられ股下回り部と交差した脚回り用弾性体を配設し、第１の脚回り用弾性体、第２の脚回り用弾性体および第３の脚回り用弾性体のそれぞれが、一方の脚回り部近傍から股下回り部を通って他方の脚回り部近傍に沿って位置し、第１の脚回り用弾性体が、第２の脚回り用弾性体と股下回り部にて交差し、おむつ体の一方の側部で第２の脚回り用弾性体に対して外側、他方の側部で第２の脚回り用弾性体に対して内側にそれぞれ位置することにより、脚回り用弾性体にて脚回りの密着性を向上させつつ吸収体を第１の脚回り用弾性体および第２の脚回り用弾性体の交差部近傍にて引っ張り上げて装着者の股下近傍に密着させるため、脚回り部などからの漏れがより防止される。

さらに、第３の脚回り用弾性体が、第１の脚回り用弾性体および第２の脚回り用弾性体の少なくとも一部に沿って位置し、かつ第１の脚回り用弾性体および第２の脚回り用弾性体の交差部と腰回り用弾性体との間で吸収体と交差し、この交差部分がおむつ体の長手方向における第３の脚回り用弾性体の端縁部側へと突出して、平面視略Ｗ字状に形成されていることにより、第３の脚回り用弾性体がより広い面積にわたって吸収体に作用し、吸収体がより効率よくかつ確実に引っ張り上げられて装着者の股下近傍に押し当てられることで、この第３の脚回り用弾性体にて装着者の股下近傍や脚回りの密着性がさらに向上する。また、この第３の脚回り用弾性体のみで脚回りおよび吸収体の密着性がより向上するため、製造コストがより抑制される。

請求項２記載の使い捨ておむつは、請求項１記載の使い捨ておむつにおいて、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部は、それぞれ幅方向の両側部が係脱自在に接合されるものである。

そして、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側を係脱自在に接合することにより、使用者への装着および使用者からの取り外しがより容易になるとともに、腰回り用弾性体の両端部が、それぞれ背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側の近傍に位置するため、これら背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側が腰回り用弾性体にて伸縮するので、使用者の腰回りおよび脚回りへの密着性がより向上する。

請求項３記載の使い捨ておむつは、請求項１または２記載の使い捨ておむつにおいて、脚回り用弾性体は、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部に設けられ、おむつ体の長手方向に互いに対向して配設されたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の使い捨ておむつの第１の前提技術の構成を図１を参照して説明する。

図１において、１は使い捨ておむつとしての紙おむつであり、この紙おむつ１は、おむつ体２を備えている。このおむつ体２は、図１に示す展開状態から、たとえば病人、失禁者などの装着者の背部側から腹部側に身体に沿って装着するものである。そして、このおむつ体２は、透液性を有する透液性表面シート３、不透液性を有する不透液性裏面シート４、これら透液性表面シート３と不透液性裏面シート４との間に配設された液吸収性を有する吸収体５、および不透液性裏面シート４の外面側に結合された外層シート６にて層状に形成されている。

また、透液性表面シート３と不透液性裏面シート４とは、周縁部がたとえば接着剤などで接合されて吸収体５が封着されている。

ここで、透液性表面シート３は、たとえば織布、不織布、多孔性フィルム、あるいは合成繊維などの、透液性および通気性を有しかつ肌着に近い感触のシート材で形成され、尿などの排泄液を吸収体５へ透過するとともに、身体に直接接触しても不快感を与えないようになっている。

また、不透液性裏面シート４は、たとえばポリエチレン（polyethylene）樹脂などの合成樹脂など、不透液性および通気性を有したシート材にて形成され、尿などの排泄液にてたとえば下着などの他の衣類、あるいはシーツなどの汚れを防止している。

さらに、吸収体５は、たとえばパルプを主とする材料であって一部に高分子吸収体などの物質を含んだ材料にてシート状に形成され、尿などの排泄液を充分に吸収する。

そして、これら透液性表面シート３、不透液性裏面シート４および吸収体５は、おむつ体２の長手方向に略沿って長手方向を有した略矩形状に形成されている。

また、この透液性表面シート３と不透液性裏面シート４との幅方向の両側の長手方向に沿った接合部分には、透液性表面シート３の両側縁にて図示しない長細状のギャザシート片が形成され、このギャザシート片における相対する内側縁は、自由端となっている。そして、このギャザシート片の相対する内側縁近傍には、このギャザシート片の長手方向に略沿って、たとえば紐状ゴムなどの図示しないギャザシート形成弾性体が伸張した状態で固着されている。このため、ギャザシート片は、おむつ体２の装着前の展開状態では、ギャザシート形成弾性体が伸張して表面に沿った状態となり、おむつ体２の装着状態では、ギャザシート形成弾性体の収縮により透液性表面シート３から立ち上がる壁状となる立体ギャザが形成される。

そして、外層シート６は、透液性表面シート３、不透液性裏面シート４および吸収体５よりも大きく形成され、通気性および不透液性を有する内側シート片11と外側シート片12が、厚さ方向に重ね合わせて一体的に接合して形成され、不透液性裏面シート４の外側面が内側シート片11に、たとえば接着剤などにて接合されている。

また、この外層シート６は、展開状態で背側腰回り部13、股下回り部14および腹側腰回り部15がおむつ体２の長手方向に順次一体的に形成されるとともに、長手方向に略沿った中心線にて線対称な略矩形状に形成されて、この股下回り部14の幅方向の両側縁には、略凹弧状に切り欠き形成された脚回り部16が形成されている。

さらに、透液性表面シート３、不透液性裏面シート４および吸収体５は、おむつ体２の外層シート６の長手方向に略沿った状態で、背側腰回り部13、股下回り部14および腹側腰回り部15の略中央にわたって配設されている。

また、おむつ体２の外層シート６の背側腰回り部13は、展開状態におけるおむつ体２の長手方向の一端側に形成されている。この背側腰回り部13におけるおむつ体２の幅方向の両端には、たとえば細長状の両面粘着テープなどをこのおむつ体２の長手方向に略沿って貼り付けた背側接合部17が設けられている。

さらに、おむつ体２の股下回り部14は、展開状態における長手方向の中間部に、背側腰回り部13から腹側腰回り部15にわたっておむつ体２の長手方向側に連続して一体に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体２が適宜折り曲げられて、装着者の股下に位置する部分となっている。

そして、おむつ体２の腹側腰回り部15は、展開状態におけるおむつ体２の長手方向の股下回り部14の背側腰回り部13と反対側の他端側に連続して一体に形成され、背側腰回り部13と同様に、おむつ体２の幅方向に略沿った長手方向を有した略矩形状に形成されている。この腹側腰回り部15におけるおむつ体２の幅方向の両端には、背側腰回り部13の背側接合部17に対応した位置に、腹側接合部18が設けられている。また、股下回り部14の両側縁に略凹弧状に形成された脚回り部16は、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15の幅寸法よりも幅寸法が狭く形成されている。

ここで、図１に示す展開状態からおむつ体２を適宜折り曲げて背側接合部17を腹側接合部18に接合することにより、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15にて腰回り開口部21を、おむつ体２の幅方向の両側の脚回り部16にて一対の脚回り開口部22を、それぞれ形成したパンツ形状に形成される。この結果、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15は、それぞれ装着者の腰回りの背側および腹側に位置する部分となっており、脚回り部16は、装着者の脚回りに適合される部分となっている。

さらに、おむつ体２の背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15には、おむつ体２の幅方向に略沿って、複数本のたとえば紐状ゴムなどの幅方向に伸縮する腰回り用弾性体23が、たとえば接着剤などにて伸張した状態で固着されている。この腰回り用弾性体23にて、腰回り開口部22の略全周にわたって、この腰回り開口部22の周方向に伸縮する伸縮性が付与されている。

また、背側腰回り部13における、おむつ体２の内側シート片11および外側シート片12の間には、おむつ体２の側縁部の近傍からこのおむつ体２の両側の脚回り部16の略半分、すなわち背側腰回り部13側の領域にそれぞれ沿って位置するとともに、股下回り部14と交差、すなわちこの股下回り部14を横切る脚回り用弾性体24が配設されている。この脚回り用弾性体24は、第１の脚回り用弾性体25、第２の脚回り用弾性体26、および第３の脚回り用弾性体27にて構成されている。

ここで、第１の脚回り用弾性体25ないし第３の脚回り用弾性体27は、たとえば紐状ゴムなどにてそれぞれ一方の脚回り部16近傍から股下回り部14を通った後折り返し方向に彎曲して他方の脚回り部16近傍に位置した、平面視で略Ｕ字状に形成され、内側シート片11および外側シート片12の間に伸張した状態で固着されている。また、第１の脚回り用弾性体25は、おむつ体２の股下回り部14の略中心域で第２の脚回り用弾性体26と互いに交差しており、このおむつ体２の一方の側部では、第２の脚回り用弾性体26よりも外側に位置し、このおむつ体２の他方の側部では、第２の脚回り用弾性体26よりも内側に位置している。この結果、第１の脚回り用弾性体25および第２の脚回り用弾性体26は、おむつ体２の幅方向について互いに対称な形状となっている。

また、第３の脚回り用弾性体27は、第１の脚回り用弾性体25および第２の脚回り用弾性体26よりも内側に位置しており、これら第１の脚回り用弾性体25および第２の脚回り用弾性体26における脚回り部16の近傍の一部に沿って設けられている。さらに、この第３の脚回り用弾性体27は、第１の脚回り用弾性体25および第２の脚回り用弾性体26の交差部と、背側腰回り部13の腰回り用弾性体23との間で、吸収体５と交差、すなわち吸収体５を横切っている。

これら第１の脚回り用弾性体25ないし第３の脚回り用弾性体27により、脚回り部16には、長手方向に沿って実質的に直線状に伸縮する伸縮性が付与されるとともに、おむつ体２の長手方向および幅方向に伸縮性が付与され、おむつ体２の脚回り部16はギャザ部として形成される。

また、おむつ体２の背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15の透液性表面シート３の表面には、たとえば不織布などの透液性および通気性を有する図示しないカバーシートが積層されて設けられている。

次に、上記第１の前提技術の作用を説明する。

まず、装着に際しては、図１に示す展開状態のおむつ体２の背側腰回り部13を、仰向けに臥せている装着者の腰の下側に透液性表面シート３側を装着者の肌側に臨ませて敷く。この状態で、上面に位置する透液性表面シート３が装着者の股下に沿うように折り曲げ、股下回り部14を股下に当てるとともに腹側腰回り部15を装着者の腹部側に当てる。この後、図示しないギャザシート片による立体ギャザが壁状に突出する状態に起き上がって先端縁部分が装着者の股下部分に接触する。

さらに、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15の両側部を腰回りに当て、腹側腰回り部15の両外側近傍の腹側接合部18に、背側腰回り部13の両側部の背側接合部17を接合することにより、パンツ形状として装着者の身体に装着する。

このとき、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15の接合にて形成された腰回り開口部21の略全周にわたって配設された腰回り用弾性体23にて、この腰回り開口部21の略全周にわたって伸縮性が付与されるため、装着者の腰回りへの密着性が向上する。

また、第１の脚回り用弾性体25ないし第３の脚回り用弾性体27が、それぞれ吸収体５と交差していることにより、これら第１の脚回り用弾性体25ないし第３の脚回り用弾性体27が伸縮することで、吸収体５がおむつ体２の幅方向の両側から押圧される。この結果、この吸収体５幅方向の略中心域が引っ張り上げられて装着者の股下に押し当てられて密着するとともに、排泄液などの漏れを防止する。

さらに、脚回り開口部22の全周にわたって、脚回り用弾性体24にて伸縮性が付与されているため、脚回り部16がギャザ部として装着者の脚回りへ密着する。

そして、おむつ体２の装着者からの取り外しの際には、背側接合部17を腹側接合部18から分離して取り外す。

上述したように、上記第１の前提技術によれば、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15における内側シート片11および外側シート片12の間に、おむつ体２の幅方向に伸縮する腰回り用弾性体23を配設したことにより、腰回り開口部21の略全周にわたって腰回り用弾性体23が配設されるため、装着者の腰回りの密着性をより向上できる。

また、背側腰回り部13における内側シート片11および外側シート片12の間に、おむつ体２の側縁部近傍から両側の脚回り部16の縁部の略半分の領域に沿って脚回り用弾性体24を配設したことにより、この脚回り用弾性体24にて装着者の脚回りの密着性を向上するため、脚回り部16などからの尿などの排泄液などの漏れをより防止できる。

さらに、第１の脚回り用弾性体25ないし第３の脚回り用弾性体27を、それぞれ吸収体５の略中心域と交差させて配設し、この第１の脚回り用弾性体25が、第２の脚回り用弾性体26と股下回り部14にて交差し、おむつ体２の一方の側部で第２の脚回り用弾性体26に対して外側、他方の側部で第２の脚回り用弾性体26に対して内側にそれぞれ位置させる。このため、これら第１の脚回り用弾性体25ないし第３の脚回り用弾性体27が伸縮することで、吸収体５がおむつ体２の幅方向の両側から押圧される。この結果、装着の際に吸収体５の幅方向の略中心域を引っ張り上げられて装着者の股下に押し当てて、より密着できる。

そして、第３の脚回り用弾性体27は、第１の脚回り用弾性体25および第２の脚回り用弾性体26の少なくとも一部に沿って位置し、かつ第１の脚回り用弾性体25および第２の脚回り用弾性体26の交差部と腰回り用弾性体23との間で吸収体５と交差する。この結果、第３の脚回り用弾性体27にて装着者の脚回りの密着性を向上できるとともに吸収体５を装着者の股下に押し当ててより密着できる。

また、第３の脚回り用弾性体27のみでも装着者の脚回りおよび吸収体５の密着性をより向上できるため、製造コストを抑制できる。

さらに、紙おむつ１を取り外す際には、腹側腰回り部15の幅方向の両側部を引っ張って仰向けに臥せている装着者の腰の下から引き抜くだけでよいため、容易にこの紙おむつ１を装着者から着脱でき、作業性を向上できる。

次に、本発明の第２の前提技術を図２を参照して説明する。

この図２に示す使い捨ておむつは、図１に示す使い捨ておむつと基本的に同様の構成を有しているが、脚回り用弾性体24が、おむつ体２の腹側腰回り部15にも配設されている。すなわち、第１の脚回り用弾性体25ないし第３の脚回り用弾性体27は、たとえば紐状ゴムなどにてそれぞれ一方の脚回り部16近傍から股下回り部14を通った後折り返し方向に彎曲して他方の脚回り部16近傍に位置した、平面視で略Ｕ字状に形成され、内側シート片11および外側シート片12の間に伸張した状態で固着されている。これら第１の脚回り用弾性体25ないし第３の脚回り用弾性体27は、おむつ体２の長手方向に対して互いに対向して配設されており、このおむつ体２の長手方向について互いに対称となっている。

また、第３の脚回り用弾性体27は、両側の脚回り部16における第１の脚回り用弾性体25および第２の脚回り用弾性体26の一部に沿った部分である両端縁部が、これら第１の脚回り用弾性体25および第２の脚回り用弾性体26の間に位置している。
