本発明は、大人用或いは失禁用の使い捨ておむつなどの吸収性物品に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の使い捨て吸収性物品としては、たとえば使い捨ておむつが一般的に知られている。

この使い捨ておむつは、透液性表面シート、不透液性裏面シートおよびこれら透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に配設された吸収体とを有し、背側腰回り部、幅方向両側縁に脚回り部を形成した股下回り部および腹側腰回り部が長手方向に順次一体的に形成されている。

また、この使い捨ておむつは、前記背側腰回り部および前記腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部がそれぞれ互いに係脱自在に接合される吸収性物品体としてのおむつ体を備え、このおむつ体の前記背側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部には、たとえば粘着テープ、或いは面ファスナなどの背側結合部が設けられている。

さらに、この使い捨ておむつは、腹側腰回り部の幅寸法が背側腰回り部の幅寸法よりも大きく形成され、この腹側腰回り部の両側部には、この背側結合部が接合されるたとえば粘着テープ、或いは面ファスナなどの幅広の腹側結合部が設けられている。

そして、この使い捨ておむつは、使用時に腹側腰回り部と背側腰回り部との結合部を互いに接合することによりパンツ形状となる。

しかしながら、この使い捨ておむつでは、背側腰回り部、或いは腹側腰回り部に弾性体がほとんど配設されておらずこの使い捨ておむつが幅方向に伸縮しないため、この使い捨ておむつを装着する際に、背側腰回り部、或いは腹側腰回り部により使用者の身体を締め付けすぎて圧迫するおそれがある。

さらに、この使用者の身体の締め付けすぎを防止するために腹側腰回り部と背側腰回り部との結合部の接合をゆるくすると、使用者の身体とこの使い捨ておむつとの間に隙間が生じて、たとえば尿などの排泄液が漏れるおそれがある。

また、この種の使い捨て吸収性物品としては、背側腰回り部の両側部と腹側腰回り部の両側部とが接合されて腰開口部と一対の脚開口部とが形成され、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部に弾性体が配設されて、腰開口部周縁が、この腰開口部周縁の略全周にわたって伸縮自在となるように予めパンツ形状に形成された構成も知られている。

しかしながら、この使い捨て吸収性物品では、たとえばズボンなどをこの使い捨て吸収性物品の上に装着している場合に、この使い捨て吸収性物品を着脱するためにズボンなどまで脱ぐ必要があるため、第三者が使用者に着脱させる際などに手間がかかる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上述したように、腹側腰回り部と背側腰回り部との結合部を互いに接合する使い捨ておむつでは、使用者の身体との密着性が悪く、予めパンツ形状に形成された使い捨て吸収性物品では、着脱が容易でないという問題点を有している。

本発明はこのような点に鑑みなされたもので、密着性がよく着脱が容易な使い捨て吸収性物品を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の使い捨て吸収性物品は、透液性表面シート、不透液性裏面シートおよびこれら透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に配設された吸収体と、前記不透液性裏面シートの外面側に結合された外層シートとを有し、背側腰回り部、両側に脚回り部を形成した股下回り部、および腹側腰回り部が長手方向に順次一体的に形成され、かつ前記背側腰回り部の幅方向両側部と前記腹側腰回り部の幅方向両側部とが係脱自在に接合される吸収性物品体を備え、前記外層シートは前記不透液性裏面シート側に面する内側シート片と使用者の衣服側に面する外側シート片とにて構成され、前記外層シートの前記腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部にはそれぞれ腹側結合部が設けられるとともに前記外層シートの背側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部にはそれぞれ前記各腹側結合部に接合される背側結合部が設けられ、この背側結合部は、腰回り側結合部と脚回り側結合部とが長手方向に並列して配設され、幅方向両側部における前記腰回り側結合部と脚回り側結合部との間に、内端側を略円弧状とした切り欠き部が設けられ、前記外層シートの背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部には、吸収性物品体の長手方向略全域にわたって、前記外層シートの内側シート片と前記外側シート片との間に、前記吸収性物品体の幅方向に伸縮する弾性体が配設され、前記背側腰回り部に配設された弾性体は、この背側腰回り部の幅方向の略中心域に、この背側腰回り部の長手方向略全域にわたって設けられた第１の弾性部材と、両端部がこの第１の弾性部材よりも幅方向に突出し、前記背側腰回り部の幅方向両側部の前記背側結合部の間にわたって設けられた第２の弾性部材とから構成され、前記第１の弾性部材は、前記切り欠き部の内端側より幅方向内方に位置し、前記第２の弾性部材の両端部は、前記切り欠き部の内端側よりも幅方向外方に位置し、前記第１の弾性部材は、前記第２の弾性部材よりも数多く設けられているものである。

そして、外層シートの背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部に、吸収性物品体の長手方向略全域にわたって、この外層シートの内側シート片と外側シート片との間に、吸収性物品体の幅方向に伸縮する弾性体を配設することにより、使用者に装着した際に背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部がこれら弾性体により伸縮するため、使用者の腰回りへの密着性がよい。

また、背側腰回り部の幅方向両側部の背側結合部を腰回り側結合部と脚回り側結合部とを長手方向に並列して構成するとともに、吸収性物品体の幅方向両側部における腰回り側結合部と脚回り側結合部との間に切り欠き部を設け、背側腰回り部に配設された弾性体を、この背側腰回り部の幅方向の略中心域に、この背側腰回り部の長手方向略全域にわたり切り欠き部の内端側より幅方向内方に位置する第１の弾性部材と、両端部が第１の弾性部材よりも突出し切り欠き部の内端側よりも幅方向外方に位置して背側結合部の間にわたる第２の弾性部材とで構成し、かつ、第１の弾性部材を第２の弾性部材よりも数多く設けることにより、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部が略全周にわたって伸縮するとともに、背側腰回り部の幅方向の両側域の伸縮率が幅方向の中心域よりも抑制されて、この背側腰回り部の幅方向の中心域の伸縮率よりも小さくなる。この結果、背側結合部の近傍の伸縮が比較的小さくなるため、この背側結合部を腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部に設けられた腹側結合部に接合しやすくなるので、装着性が向上して着脱が容易になるとともに、背側腰回り部における背側結合部近傍の伸縮性が第２の弾性部材を背側結合部の間にわたって設けない場合よりも向上し、かつ、背側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部における背側結合部の近傍以外の場所に不規則な皺が形成されることを防止し、また、腰回り側結合部と脚回り側結合部とで、使用者の腰回りおよび脚回りにそれぞれ別個に密着させることができるだけでなく、腰回り側結合部と脚回り側結合部とを、それぞれ使用者の腰方向と脚方向とに接合させても吸収性物品体が歪みにくくなって使用者との間に隙間ができにくくなるため、密着性がより向上するとともに、使用者の様々な体型に対応して使用される。また、切り欠き部の内端側を略円弧状とすることにより、この切り欠き部の内端縁から吸収性物品体が容易に破断しない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の使い捨て吸収性物品の第１の前提技術の構成を図１を参照して説明する。

図１において、使い捨て吸収性物品は、たとえば使い捨ておむつであり、吸収性物品体としてのおむつ体１を備えている。このおむつ体１は、図１に示す展開状態から、たとえば病人、失禁者などの使用者の背部側から腹部側に身体に沿って装着するものである。そして、このおむつ体１は、透液性を有する透液性表面シート２、不透液性を有する不透液性裏面シート３、これら透液性表面シート２と不透液性裏面シート３との間に配設された液吸収性を有する吸収体４、および不透液性裏面シート３の外面側に結合された外層シート５にて層状に形成されている。

また、透液性表面シート２と不透液性裏面シート３とは、周縁部がたとえば接着剤などで接合されて吸収体４が封着されている。さらに、この透液性表面シート２と不透液性裏面シート３との幅方向の両側の長手方向に沿った接合部分には、透液性表面シート２の両側縁にて長細状のギャザシート片６が形成されている。そして、このギャザシート片６には、このギャザシート片６の長手方向に略沿って、たとえば紐状ゴムなどのギャザシート形成弾性体７が伸張した状態で固着されている。

ここで、透液性表面シート２は、たとえば織布、不織布、多孔性フィルム、或いは合成繊維などの、透液性および通気性を有しかつ肌着に近い感触のシート材で形成され、尿などの排泄液を吸収体４へ透過するとともに、身体に直接接触しても不快感を与えないようになっている。

また、不透液性裏面シート３は、たとえばポリエチレン（polyethylene）樹脂などの合成樹脂など、不透液性および通気性を有したシート材にて形成され、尿などの排泄液にてたとえば下着などの他の衣類、或いはシーツなどの汚れを防止している。

さらに、吸収体４は、たとえばパルプを主とする材料であって一部に高分子吸収体などの物質を含んだ材料にてシート状に形成され、尿などの排泄液を充分に吸収する。

そして、これら透液性表面シート２、不透液性裏面シート３および吸収体４は、おむつ体１の長手方向に略沿って長手方向を有した略矩形状に形成されている。

また、ギャザシート片６は、おむつ体１の装着前の展開状態では、ギャザシート形成弾性体７が伸張して表面に沿った状態となり、おむつ体１の装着状態では、ギャザシート形成弾性体７の収縮により透液性表面シート２から立ち上がる壁状となる立体ギャザが形成される。

さらに、外層シート５は、透液性表面シート２、不透液性裏面シート３および吸収体４よりも大きく形成され、通気性および不透液性を有する内側シート片11と外側シート片12が、厚さ方向に重ね合わせて一体的に接合して形成され、不透液性裏面シート３の外側面が内側シート片11にたとえば接着剤などにて接合されている。

そして、この外層シート５は、展開状態で背側腰回り部13、股下回り部14および腹側腰回り部15がおむつ体１の長手方向に順次一体的に形成されるとともに、長手方向に略沿った中心線にて線対称な略矩形状に形成されて、この股下回り部14の幅方向の両側縁には、略凹弧状に切り欠き形成された脚回り部16が形成されている。

また、透液性表面シート２、不透液性裏面シート３および吸収体４は、おむつ体１の外層シート５の長手方向に略沿った状態で、背側腰回り部13、股下回り部14および腹側腰回り部15の略中央にわたって配設されている。

さらに、おむつ体１の外層シート５の背側腰回り部13は、展開状態におけるおむつ体１の長手方向の一端側に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体１が適宜折り曲げられて、使用者の腰回りの背部側に位置する部分となっている。そして、この背側腰回り部13のおむつ体１の長手方向における両外側縁部の肌側になる内面には、面ファスナのループ部材により形成される背側結合部21が貼着されている。この背側結合部21は、長手方向をおむつ体１の長手方向に略沿わせた状態で貼着されている。

また、おむつ体１の股下回り部14は、展開状態における長手方向の中間部に、背側腰回り部13から腹側腰回り部15にわたっておむつ体１の長手方向側に連続して一体に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体１が適宜折り曲げられて、使用者の股下に位置する部分となっている。なお、股下回り部14の両側縁に略凹弧状に形成された脚回り部16は、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15の幅寸法よりも幅寸法が狭く形成され、使用者の脚回りに適合される。

さらに、おむつ体１の腹側腰回り部15は、展開状態におけるおむつ体１の長手方向の股下回り部14の背側腰回り部13と反対側の他端側に連続して一体に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体１が適宜折り曲げられて、使用者の腰回りの腹側に位置する部分となっている。そして、この腹側腰回り部15は、背側腰回り部13と同様に、おむつ体１の幅方向に略沿った長手方向を有した略矩形状に形成されている。

また、腹側腰回り部15のおむつ体１の長手方向における外層シート５の外側シート片12の両外側部近傍には、背側腰回り部13の両側部に背側結合部21と係脱可能な略矩形状の面ファスナのフック部材により構成される腹側結合部22が設けられている。この腹側結合部22は、略矩形状に形成され、長手方向がおむつ体１の長手方向に略沿った状態で設けられている。さらに、この腹側結合部22は、平面視で背側結合部21よりも幅広に形成されている。

そして、おむつ体１の背側腰回り部13には、長手方向に略沿って、複数本のたとえば紐状ゴムなどの幅方向に伸縮する弾性体23が伸張した状態で、幅方向に沿ってたとえば接着剤などにて固着されている。この弾性体23は、背側腰回り部13の幅方向の略中心域に設けられた第１の弾性部材23aと、この第１の弾性部材23aよりも数が少なく両側の背側結合部21の間にわたって設けられた第２の弾性部材23bとを備えている。これら第１の弾性部材23aおよび第２の弾性部材23bにて弾性体23を構成することにより、背側腰回り部13の幅方向の両側域である背側結合部21近傍の伸縮率が、この背側腰回り部13の幅方向の中心域の伸縮率よりも小さくなっているとともに、背側腰回り部13全体がおむつ体１の幅方向に沿って伸縮する。

一方、おむつ体１の腹側腰回り部15には、両側の腹側結合部22の間におけるこの腹側結合部22の長手方向略全域にわたって、外層シート５の内側シート片11および外側シート片12との間に、複数本のたとえば紐状ゴムなどの幅方向に伸縮する弾性体24が伸張した状態で、幅方向に沿ってたとえば接着剤などにて固着されている。この弾性体24にて、腹側腰回り部15の略全域には、おむつ体１の幅方向に伸縮する伸縮性が付与されている。

この結果、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15が使用者の腰回りの略全周にわたって伸縮する。

さらに、おむつ体１の脚回り部16に沿って、外層シート５の内側シート片11および外側シート片12の間に位置した背側腰回り部13と腹側腰回り部15との間に、たとえば紐状ゴムなどの脚回り弾性体25が伸張した状態で固着されている。すなわち、脚回り部16には、長手方向に沿って脚回り弾性体25にて実質的に直線状に伸縮する伸縮性が付与されるとともに、おむつ体１の長手方向および幅方向に伸縮性が付与され、おむつ体１の脚回り部16はギャザ部に形成される。

また、おむつ体１の背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15の透液性表面シート２の表面に、たとえば不織布などの透液性および通気性を有するカバーシート26が積層されて設けられている。

次に、上記第１の前提技術の作用を説明する。

まず、装着に際しては、図１に示す展開状態のおむつ体１の背側腰回り部13を、仰向けに臥せている使用者の腰の下側に透液性表面シート２側を使用者の肌側に臨ませて敷く。この状態で、上面に位置する透液性表面シート２が使用者の股下に沿うように折り曲げ、股下回り部14を股下に当てるとともに腹側腰回り部15を使用者の腹部側に当てる。この後、ギャザシート片６による立体ギャザが壁状に突出する状態に起き上がって先端縁部分が使用者の股下部分に接触する。

さらに、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15の両側部を腰回りに当て、腹側腰回り部15の両外側近傍の腹側結合部22に、背側腰回り部13の両側部の背側結合部21を接合することにより、パンツ形状として使用者の身体に装着する。この状態で、脚回り部16のギャザ部が使用者の脚回りに当接する。

このとき、外層シート５の背側腰回り部13には、第１の弾性部材23aおよびこの第１の弾性部材23aよりも数が少ない第２の弾性部材23bにて構成された弾性体23が取り付けられていることにより、この背側腰回り部13の幅方向の両側域の伸縮率が、この背側腰回り部13の幅方向の中心域の伸縮率よりも小さくなる。この結果、背側結合部21の近傍の伸縮が比較的小さくなるため、この背側結合部21を腹側腰回り部15の腹側結合部22に接合しやすくなるので、着脱が容易になる。

そして、第２の弾性部材23bを、背側結合部21の間にわたって設けることにより、この背側結合部21近傍の伸縮性が向上するとともに、背側腰回り部13の幅方向の両側部に不規則な皺が形成されることを防止できるため、密着性が向上する。

また、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15に、それぞれおむつ体１の長手方向略全域にわたって、内側シート片11と外側シート片12との間に弾性体23，24を配設することにより、おむつ体１を使用者に装着した際に背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15がこれら弾性体23，24によりこのおむつ体１の幅方向に伸縮するため、使用者の腰回りへの密着性が向上する。

そして、ギャザシート片６による立体ギャザの先端縁がギャザシート形成弾性体７の伸縮性により使用者の股下部分の両側に密着する状態となるとともに、おむつ体１の脚回り弾性体25にて形成されるギャザ部が使用者の脚回りに密着するため、尿などの排泄液の漏れを確実に防止できる。

また、おむつ体１の使用者からの取り外しの際には、背側結合部21を腹側結合部22から分離して取り外す。この取り外し作業は、腹側腰回り部15の幅方向の両側部を引っ張って仰向けに臥せている使用者の腰の下から引き抜くだけでよいため、容易におむつ体１を使用者から着脱でき、作業性を向上できる。

上述したように、上記第１の前提技術によれば、外層シート５の背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15に、おむつ体１の長手方向略全域にわたって、この外層シート５の内側シート片11と外側シート片12との間に、おむつ体１の幅方向に伸縮する弾性体23，24をそれぞれ配設する。この結果、おむつ体１を使用者に装着した際に、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15がこれら弾性体23，24によりおむつ体１の幅方向に伸縮するため、背側腰回り部13、或いは腹側腰回り部15により使用者の身体を締め付けすぎて圧迫などすることなく、使用者の腰回りへの密着性を向上できる。

また、背側腰回り部13の弾性体23を、この背側腰回り部13の幅方向の略中心域に設けられた第１の弾性部材23aと、この第１の弾性部材23aよりも数が少なく、背側腰回り部13の幅方向両側部の間にわたって設けられた第２の弾性部材23bとで構成したことにより、背側腰回り部13の幅方向の両側域の伸縮率が、この背側腰回り部13の幅方向の中心域の伸縮率よりも小さくなる。この結果、背側腰回り部13の幅方向の両側部の背側結合部21の近傍の伸縮が比較的小さくなるため、この背側結合部21を腹側腰回り部15の腹側結合部22に接合しやすくなるので、おむつ体１の着脱が容易にできる。

さらに、着脱の際には、背側結合部21を腹側結合部22から取り外すだけで、たとえばズボンなどまで脱ぐ必要がなく、容易に使用者から取り外すことができる。

そして、第２の弾性部材23bを、背側腰回り部13の背側結合部21の間にわたって設けたことにより、背側腰回り部13における背側結合部21の近傍の伸縮性が、より向上するとともに、背側腰回り部13の幅方向の両側部における背側結合部21の近傍以外の場所に不規則な皺が形成されることを防止できるため、より密着性を向上できる。

同時に、おむつ体１を使用者に装着した後、第２の弾性部材23bが収縮することにより、背側結合部21がこの第２の弾性部材23bにてそれぞれ対応した腹側結合部22に対しておむつ体１の幅方向における中心側に引っ張られるため、背側結合部21を形成するフック部材が腹側結合部22を形成するループ部材に、より係合し、この背側結合部21と腹側結合部22との結合強度を向上できる。

次に、本発明の第２の前提技術を図２を参照して説明する。

この図２に示す前提技術は、図１に示す前提技術と基本的に同様の構成を有しているが、背側結合部21は、腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32とで構成されている。この腰回り側結合部31は、背側腰回り部13におけるおむつ体１の長手方向の一端側に設けられており、脚回り側結合部32は、背側腰回り部13における脚回り部16側に設けられている。さらに、これら腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32とは、おむつ体１の長手方向に並列して配設されている。

そして、このおむつ体１を使用者に装着する際には、まず、図２に示す展開状態のおむつ体１の背側腰回り部13を、仰向けに臥せている使用者の腰の下側に透液性表面シート２側を使用者の肌側に臨ませて敷くなどする。

この後、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15の両側部を腰回りに当て、腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32とを腹側結合部22にそれぞれ接合して、使用者に装着し、おむつ体１を使用者の腰回りおよび脚回りにそれぞれ別個に密着させる。

上述したように、上記第２の前提技術によれば、透液性を有する透液性表面シート２、不透液性を有する不透液性裏面シート３、吸収体４、および外層シート５などにて構成されたおむつ体１を備えているなど、第１の前提技術と略同様の構成を有することにより、第１の前提技術と同様の作用効果を奏することができる。

また、背側結合部21を腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32とで構成することにより、これら腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32とで、おむつ体１を使用者の腰回りおよび脚回りにそれぞれ別個に密着させることができるため、一般的に個人差が比較的大きい使用者の腰回りの寸法に関わらず、いわゆる痩せ型、肥満型などの様々な体型に対応して使用できる。

次に、本発明の一実施の形態を図３を参照して説明する。

この図３に示す実施の形態は、図２に示す前提技術と基本的に同様の構成を有しているが、おむつ体１における腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32との間には、内端側が略円弧状、すなわち平面視略Ｕ字状の切り欠き部33が設けられている。

そして、このおむつ体１を使用者に装着する際には、図２に示す前提技術と同様に、図３に示す展開状態のおむつ体１の背側腰回り部13を、仰向けに臥せている使用者の腰の下側に透液性表面シート２側を使用者の肌側に臨ませて敷くなどする。

この後、背側腰回り部13および腹側腰回り部15の両側部を腰回りに当て、腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32とを腹側結合部22にそれぞれ接合して、使用者に装着する。

このとき、背側腰回り部13における腰回り側結合部31の周縁と脚回り側結合部32の周縁とは、それぞれ使用者の腰方向と脚方向とに位置するが、切り欠き部33によりそれぞれが互いに引っ張り合うなどしないため、おむつ体１が歪みにくくなり、おむつ体１と使用者との間に隙間ができにくい。また、切り欠き部33の内端側が略円弧状であることにより、腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32とをそれぞれ使用者の腰方向と脚方向とに位置させても、おむつ体１が引き裂かれにくい。

上述したように、上記一実施の形態によれば、背側結合部21を腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32とで構成するなど、第２の前提技術と同様の構成を有することにより、第２の前提技術と同様の作用効果を奏することができる。

また、腰回り側結合部31と脚回り側結合部32とを、それぞれ使用者の腰方向と脚方向とに接合させてもおむつ体１が歪みにくくなるので、このおむつ体１と使用者との間に隙間ができにくくできるとともに、この切り欠き部33の内端側を略円弧状とすることにより、この切り欠き部33の内端縁からおむつ体１が容易に破断して引き裂かれないようにできる。
