本発明は、大人用或いは失禁用の使い捨ておむつなどの吸収性物品に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の使い捨ておむつは、透液性表面シート、不透液性裏面シートおよびこれら透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に配設された吸収体とを有し、背側腰回り部、幅方向両側縁に脚回り部を形成した股下回り部および腹側腰回り部が長手方向に順次一体的に形成され、前記背側腰回り部および前記腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部がそれぞれ互いに係脱自在に接合されるおむつ体を備え、このおむつ体の前記背側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部には粘着テープまたは面ファスナなどの背側結合部が設けられるとともに腹側腰回り部の幅方向の寸法は背側腰回り部の幅方向の寸法より広く形成され、この腹側腰回り部の両側部には、この背側結合部が接合される粘着テープまたは面ファスナなどの幅広の腹側結合部が設けられた構造が一般的に知られている。

そして、この種の使い捨ておむつ体は、使用時に腹側腰回り部と背側腰回り部との結合部を互いに接合することによりパンツ形状となる。そして、おむつの装着に関しては、腹側腰回り部の幅広の腹側結合部に背側腰回り部の背側結合部を接合するので、ある程度のサイズ調整が可能である便利さを有している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような使い捨ておむつは、腹側腰回り部の腹側結合部が幅広であるため、背側腰回り部の背側結合部を腹側腰回り部の腹側結合部の幅方向の内側で接合すると、腹側結合部の両外側部が背側結合部に接合されずに遊離した状態になり、おむつ内部で不規則に折れ曲がり、装着した状態で上下移動させにくく、また、腹側腰回り部および背側腰回り部が伸縮しないため装着者自身が上下移動させることが困難である問題もある。

さらに、上記のような使い捨ておむつは、腹側腰回り部の腹側結合部を身体の両脇腹部で接合するようにすると、第三者がおむつを装着させる際、特に寝た状態では、身体の両脇腹部で結合部の接合作業をしなければならず、装着に手間がかかるという問題もある。また、パンツのように上下移動させるために、寝た状態では肌への密着性に欠け、漏れの原因になる。

また、使い捨ておむつと被装着者の身体の間にパッドを介在させて装着し使用する場合もあるが、その際上記の構成の使い捨て吸収性物品ではパッドがずれて漏れが生ずる場合もある。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みなされたもので、パンツのように装着可能で、被装着者自身が装着後に容易に上下に移動させることができ、装着したときに被装着者の身体との間に挟み込まれる腹側腰回り部の腹側結合部の余り部分が生ずることがなく、さらに、第三者が装着する際、特に被装着者が寝た状態であっても、装着に手間がかからず、また、使い捨て吸収性物品と被装着者の身体の間にパッドを介在させて装着し使用する場合であってもパッドや使い捨て吸収性物品自体のずれが生ずることなく、装着時の肌への密着性がよく、排泄物の外部への漏れを防止することができる、使い捨ておむつなどのような使い捨て吸収性物品を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の発明の使い捨て吸収性物品は、透液性表面シート、不透液性裏面シートおよびこれら透液性表面シートと不透液性裏面シートとの間に配設された吸収体と、前記不透液性裏面シートの外面側に結合された外層シートとを有し、背側腰回り部、両側に脚回り部を形成した股下回り部、および腹側腰回り部が長手方向に順次一体的に形成され、かつ前記背側腰回り部の幅方向両側部と前記腹側腰回り部の幅方向両側部とが係脱自在に接合される吸収性物品体を備え、前記外層シートは前記不透液性裏面シート側に面する内側シート片と装着者の衣服側に面する外側シート片とにて構成され、前記外層シートの前記腹側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部にはそれぞれ面ファスナのフック部材によって構成される腹側結合部が設けられるとともに前記外層シートの背側腰回り部の幅方向の両側部にはそれぞれ面ファスナのループ部材によって構成され前記各腹側結合部に接合される背側結合部が設けられ、前記外層シートの背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部には、吸収性物品体の長手方向略全域にわたって、前記外層シートの内側シート片と前記外側シート片との間に、前記吸収性物品体の幅方向に伸縮する弾性体が配設され、前記外層シートの腹側結合部は、外層シートの幅方向の両外側縁近傍に位置する外側結合部と、外側結合部より内側に位置する内側結合部とから構成され、前記背側結合部の位置は、前記外層シートの幅方向両側縁より内側で、この背側結合部の幅方向の内側縁部と前記背側腰回り部の幅方向側縁部との間の寸法は、前記腹側腰回り部の前記内側結合部の内側端部と前記外側結合部の外側端部との間の寸法と同一、若しくは長い寸法に形成され、前記外層シートの少なくとも幅方向の両外側縁と背側結合部との間の内側シート片は不織布であるものである。

そして、背側腰回り部と腹側腰回り部の長手方向略全域には、幅方向に伸縮する弾性体が、外層シートの内側シートと外側シートとの間に配設されているので、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部は全周方向に伸縮し、使い捨て吸収性物品を被装着者の身体に装着した後、あたかもパンツのように、使い捨て吸収性物品を容易に上下に移動させることができる。

また、腹側腰回り部は幅方向外端近傍に外側結合部を設けることで、被装着者自身が使い捨て吸収性物品を装着する際、外側結合部に背側腰回り部の背側結合部を接合することによって、腹側腰回り部の腹側結合部の両外側部或いは腹側腰回り部の両外側部に余り部分が生じることなく装着できるので、使い捨て吸収性物品を被装着者に装着した後に使い捨て吸収性物品を容易に上下に移動させることができる。

また、腹側腰回り部には外側結合部の幅方向内側に内側結合部を設けることで、第三者が使い捨て吸収性物品を装着させる際、特に、被装着者が寝た状態においては、両脇腹領域ではなく腹側領域で両結合部を接合することが可能になるため、使い捨て吸収性物品の装着を容易に行うことができる。また、使用者本人の体型に着実に密着させて装着することができるので、排泄物の漏れがなくなる。また、使い捨て吸収性物品と被装着者の身体の間にパッドを介在させて装着し使用する場合であってもパッドや使い捨て吸収性物品自体のずれが生ずることなく、したがって、パッドからの漏れをなくすことができる。

また、被装着者の身体のサイズに合わせて腹側腰回り部の内側結合部と外側結合部で選択し、背側腰回り部の結合部と接合でき、使い捨て吸収性物品を身体に密着させることができる。

また、腹側腰回り部の腹側結合部がフック部材、背側腰回り部の背側結合部がループ部材から構成されているので、容易に使い捨て吸収性物品の着脱が行える。

また、着用時にフック部材が衣服表面側に位置するので、フック部材で肌を傷付けることがない。

また、使い捨て吸収性物品の背側腰回り部の背側結合部の位置は、外層シートの幅方向両外側部より内側で、背側結合部の幅方向の内側縁部と背側腰回り部の幅方向側縁部との間の寸法は、腹側腰回り部の内側結合部の内側端部と外側結合部の外側端部との間の寸法と同一、若しくは長い寸法に形成され、幅方向の外層シートの両側縁と背側結合部との間の内側外層シートは不織布であるので、腹側結合部の外側結合部のフック部材と背側結合部とを接合した際、腹側結合部の内側結合部は、背側結合部より幅方向の外側位置の不織布に腹側腰回り部の内側結合部が接合され、フック部材が表面に出ることがないため、フック部材によって衣服を損傷させることはない。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の使い捨て吸収性物品における一実施の形態の構成を図面を参照して説明する。

使い捨て吸収性物品は、例えば使い捨ておむつで、吸収性物品体としてのおむつ体１を備えている。このおむつ体１は、図１に示す展開状態から病人、失禁者などの使用者の背部側から腹部側に身体に沿って装着するものである。そして、このおむつ体１は、透液性を有する透液性表面シート２と、不透液性を有する不透液性裏面シート３と、この透液性表面シート２と不透液性裏面シート３との間に配設された液吸収性を有する吸収体４と、前記不透液性裏面シート３の外面側に結合された外層シート５とによって層状に形成されている。

そして、透液性表面シート２と不透液性裏面シート３とは周縁部が接着剤などで接合されて吸収体４が封着されている。また、この透液性表面シート２と不透液性裏面シート３との幅方向の両側長手方向に沿った接合部分には、透液性表面シート２の両側縁にて細長ギャザシート片６が形成されている。さらに、このギャザシート片６には、長手方向に沿って紐状ゴムなどのギャザシート形成弾性体７が伸長した状態で固着されている。そして、ギャザシート片６は、装着前の展開状態では、ギャザシート形成弾性体７が伸長して表面に沿った状態となり、おむつ体１の装着状態では、ギャザシート形成弾性体７の収縮により透液性表面シート２から立ち上がる壁状となる立体ギャザが形成される。

なお、前記透液性表面シート２は、尿などの排泄液を前記吸収体４へ透過できるように、例えば、織布、不織布、多孔性フィルム、合成繊維などの透液性および通気性を有しかつ身体に直接接触する部分であることから不快感を与えないように肌着に近い感触のシート材にて形成されている。また、前記不透液性裏面シート３は、尿などの排泄液にて下着などの他の衣類、あるいはシーツなどが汚れるのを防止するために、例えば、ポリエチレン樹脂などの合成樹脂などの不透液性および通気性を有したシート材にて形成されている。

なお、吸収体４は、尿などの排泄液を十分に吸収するために、例えばパルプを主とする材料であって一部に高分子吸収体などの物質を含んだ材料にてシート状に形成されている。

そして、透液性表面シート２、吸収体４、および不透液性裏面シート３はおむつ体１の長手方向に長い略矩形形状に形成されている。

一方、前記外層シート５は、前記透液性表面シート２、吸収体４、および不透液性裏面シート３よりも大きく形成され、通気性かつ不透液性を有する内側シート片９と外側シート片10とが厚み方向に重ね合わせて一体的に接合して形成され、不透液性裏面シート３の外面側が内側シート片９に接着剤などにて接合されている。

また、この外層シート５は、展開状態で背側腰回り部11、股下回り部12および腹側腰回り部13がおむつ体１の長手方向に順次一体的に形成されるとともに長手方向に沿った中心線にて線対称な矩形形状に形成され、この股下回り部12の幅方向の両側縁には凹円弧状に切り欠かれた脚回り部14が形成されている。

また、透液性表面シート２、吸収体４および不透液性裏面シート３は、おむつ体１の外層シート５の長手方向に沿う状態で略中央に背側腰回り部11、股下回り部12および腹側腰回り部13にわたり配設されている。

そして、おむつ体１の外層シート５の背側腰回り部11は、展開状態におけるおむつ体１の長手方向の一端側に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体１が適宜に折り曲げられて、使用者の腰回りの背部側に位置する部分となっている。そして、この背側腰回り部11のおむつ体１の長手方向における両外側縁部には、不織布にて形成された略矩形形状の取付け片15が、外層シート５の両面にわたって貼着されている。この取付け片15の肌側になる内面には、面ファスナのループ部材により形成される背側結合部17が貼着されている。

また、おむつ体１の股下回り部12は、展開状態における長手方向の中間部に背側腰回り部11から腹側腰回り部13にわたっておむつ体１の長手方向側に連続して一体に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体１が適宜に折り曲げられて、使用者の股下に位置する部分となっている。なお、股下回り部12の両側縁に略凹円弧状に形成された脚回り部14は、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13の幅寸法より幅が狭く使用者の脚回りに適合される。

さらに、おむつ体１の腹側腰回り部13は、展開状態におけるおむつ体１の長手方向の股下回り部12の背側腰回り部11と反対側の他端側に連続して一体に形成され、この展開状態からおむつ体１が適宜に折り曲げられて、使用者の腰回りの腹部側に位置する部分となっている。そして、この腹側腰回り部13は、背側腰回り部11と略同様に、おむつ体１の幅方向に長い略矩形形状に形成されている。

また、前記腹側腰回り部13のおむつ体１の長手方向における外層シート５の内側シート片９の両外側部近傍には、背側腰回り部11の両側部に背側結合部17と係脱可能な略矩形形状の面ファスナのフック部材により構成される腹側結合部18が設けられている。この腹側結合部18は、外側結合部19aおよび内側結合部19bにて形成され、この外側結合部19aと内側結合部19bとは腹側腰回り部13の幅方向両側部に幅方向に並列に配設されている。

そして、図２に示すとおり、おむつ体１の背側腰回り部11の両外側近傍に形成された背側結合部17の幅方向側縁部すなわち背側結合部17の幅方向の内側縁部から背側腰回り部11の幅方向側縁部までの長さ寸法Ｌ_１は、腹側腰回り部13の両端部近傍に貼着された外側結合部19aと内側結合部19bとの幅方向における長さ、すなわち、外側結合部19aの外側端部と内側結合部19bの内側端部との間の寸法Ｌ_２に比し略同寸法または若干長い寸法に形成されている。

また、おむつ体１の背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13には、両側の背側結合部17間および両側の腹側結合部18の内側結合部19b間のそれぞれ長手方向略全域にわたって、外層シート５の内側シート片９および外側シート片10との間に、例えば複数本の紐状ゴムなどの幅方向に伸縮する弾性体20，21が伸張した状態で幅方向に接着などにより固着され、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13の略全域は、弾性体20，21にておむつ体１の幅方向に伸縮する伸縮性が付与されている。

さらに、おむつ体１の脚回り部14に沿って、外層シート５の外側シート片10および内側シート片９間に位置して背側腰回り部11と腹側腰回り部13との間に、例えば紐ゴム状の脚回り弾性体22が伸張した状態で、固着されている。すなわち、この脚回り部14は、長手方向に沿って脚回り弾性体22によって実質的に直線状に伸縮する伸縮性が付与されるとともに、おむつ体１の長手方向および幅方向に伸縮性が付与され、おむつ体１の脚回り部14はギャザ部に形成される。

また、おむつ体１の背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13の透液性表面シート２の表面に不織布などの透液性および通気性を有するカバーシート23，24が積層されている。

次に、上記実施の形態の作用について説明する。

まず、装着に際しては、図１に示す展開状態のおむつ体１の背側腰回り部11を、仰向けに臥せている使用者の腰の下側に透液性表面シート２側を使用者の肌側に臨ませて敷く。この状態で、上面に位置する透液性表面シート２が使用者の股下に沿うように折り曲げ、股下回り部12を股下に当てるとともに腹側腰回り部13を使用者の腹部側に当てる。この状態で、ギャザシート片６による立体ギャザが壁状に突出する状態に起き上がって先端縁部分が使用者の股下部に接触する。

そして、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13の両側部を腰回りに当て、腹側腰回り部13の両外側近傍のフック部材である腹側結合部18の外側結合部19aあるいは内側結合部19bに、背側腰回り部11の両側部のループ部材である背側結合部17を接合することにより、パンツ形状として被装着者の身体に装着する。このおむつ体１の外層シート５の幅方向の両外側縁に位置する外側結合部19aに背側腰回り部11の取付け片15上に設けた背側結合部17を接合し装着したとき、背側腰回り部11の両側端部に貼着された取付け片15は不織布であるため、背側腰回り部11の背側結合部17より外側部にフック部材の内側結合部19bが取付け片15に接合される。そして、この状態で、脚回り部14のギャザ部が使用者の脚回りに当接する。

そして、外層シート５の背側腰回り部11と腹側腰回り部13の背側結合部17および腹側結合部18を除いて長手方向略全域には、幅方向に伸縮する弾性体20，21がそれぞれ配設されているので、パンツ状のおむつ体１の略全周方向に伸縮し、腰回りで伸縮性が得られ、締め付けすぎることを防止でき、また、おむつ体１全体において得られる伸縮性により、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13が身体に密着して、尿などの排泄液の漏れを防止できるとともに、おむつ体１を被装着者の身体に装着した後、おむつ体１を容易に上下に移動させることができる。

また、弾性体20，21によっておむつ体１の略全周方向に伸縮性が与えられていることに加え、背側腰回り部11の背側結合部17と腹側腰回り部13の腹側結合部18の大きさに極端な差異がないようにできるので、背側腰回り部11の背側結合部17と腹側腰回り部13の腹側結合部18がほぼ一定の位置で結合でき、腹側腰回り部13の両端部が内側に弛み込むことがないので、おむつ体１を被装着者の身体に装着した後、あたかもパンツのように、おむつ体１を容易に上下に移動させることができる。

さらに、ギャザシート片６による立体ギャザの先端縁がギャザシート形成弾性体７の伸縮性により使用者の股下部両側に密着する状態となるとともにおむつ体１の脚回り弾性体22にて形成されるギャザ部が使用者の脚回りに密着するため、尿などの排泄液の漏れを確実に防止できる。

一方、おむつ体１の取り外しに際しては、ループ部材である背側結合部17をフック部材である腹側結合部18の外側結合部19aまたは内側結合部19bから分離して取り外す。この取り外し作業は、腹側腰回り部13の幅方向の両側部を引っ張るようにして仰向けに臥せている使用者の腰の下から引き抜くことで行うことができるので、容易におむつ体１を着脱でき、作業性を向上できる。

上述したように、上記実施の形態では、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13のおむつ体１の長手方向における略全域にわたり、外側シート片10および内側シート片９間にそれぞれ弾性体20，21を配設し、おむつ体１の背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13における略全周方向に伸縮性を付与するため、従来のパンツ型の構成のように、着衣を脱がして腰を持ち上げるようにして着脱する必要がなく、臥せている使用者でも容易に着脱でき、作業性を向上できるとともに、背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13には腹回り全体的に伸縮性が得られるので、締め付けすぎることを防止して密着させることができ、尿などの排泄液の漏れを生じることなく使用者の装着感を向上できる。

また、弾性体20，21が設けられた背側腰回り部11および腹側腰回り部13に直接接合することなく、弾性体20，21が配設されていない両側方の背側結合部17、腹側結合部18において接合することから、不規則なしわが生じることを確実に防止して接合することができるとともに、作業性も向上できる。

また、おむつ体１の股下回り部12の両側の脚回り部14に沿って脚回り弾性体22を設けたため、脚回り部14に沿った方向に伸縮性が付与され、使用者の脚回りに密着でき、脚回りが締め付けられることを防止できるとともに脚回りからの尿などの排泄液の漏れを防止できる。

さらに、おむつ体１の長手方向に沿って長手状に配設した吸収体４の両側に位置して伸縮性を有したギャザシート片６による立体ギャザを形成するため、立体ギャザが股下の両側回りに密着でき、また、脚回り部14に設けた脚回り弾性体22に形成されるギャザ部により、確実に脚回りからの漏れを防止できる。

また、脚回り部14に沿って設けた脚回り弾性体22は股下回り部12に沿って設けるため、股下回り部12も良好に密着でき、弛みが生じるなどの装着不快感を防止できるとともに、吸収体４にて確実に吸収して脚回りからの漏れを確実に防止できる。

なお、背側腰回り部11、腹側腰回り部13、股下回り部12、脚回り部14およびギャザシート片６に設けられる弾性体20，21、脚回り弾性体22およびギャザシート形成弾性体７は、紐状ゴムに限らず、幅広の帯状のゴムなどでもよく、複数本に限らず、面状に形成したものを１本のみとすることもできる。

そして、吸収体４は、長手矩形形状に形成したが、例えば、腹側腰回り部13および背側腰回り部11に位置する両端部が幅広で長手方向の両側部が股下回り部12の両側縁に沿う状態に形成するなどしてもできる。

また、吸収体４の両側に位置して形成される立体ギャザは必ずしも必要でない。

そして、脚回り部14に設けた脚回り弾性体22は直線状に脚回り部14に沿って配設したが、２本の弾性体にて脚回り部14に沿って実質的に直線状に配設することもできる。

上記実施の形態では、使い捨ておむつについて説明したが、各種吸収性物品に適用できる。

【発明の効果】
請求項１記載の発明によれば、背側腰回り部と腹側腰回り部の長手方向略全域には、幅方向に伸縮する弾性体が、外層シートの内側シートと外側シートとの間に配設されているので、背側腰回り部および腹側腰回り部は全周方向に伸縮し、使い捨て吸収性物品を被装着者の身体に装着した後、あたかもパンツのように、使い捨て吸収性物品を容易に上下に移動させることができる。

また、腹側腰回り部は幅方向外端近傍に外側結合部を設けることで、被装着者自身が使い捨て吸収性物品を装着する際、外側結合部に背側腰回り部の背側結合部を接合することによって、腹側腰回り部の腹側結合部の両外側部或いは腹側腰回り部の両外側部に余り部分が生じることなく装着できるので、使い捨て吸収性物品を被装着者に装着した後に使い捨て吸収性物品を容易に上下に移動させることができる。

また、腹側腰回り部には外側結合部の幅方向内側に内側結合部を設けることで、第三者が使い捨て吸収性物品を装着させる際、特に、被装着者が寝た状態においては、両脇腹領域ではなく腹側領域で両結合部を接合することが可能になるため、使い捨て吸収性物品の装着を容易に行うことができる。また、使用者本人の体型に着実に密着させて装着することができるので、排泄物の漏れがなくなる。また、使い捨て吸収性物品と被装着者の身体の間にパッドを介在させて装着し使用する場合であってもパッドや使い捨て吸収性物品自体のずれが生ずることなく、したがって、パッドからの漏れをなくすことができる。

また、被装着者の身体のサイズに合わせて腹側腰回り部の内側結合部と外側結合部で選択し、背側腰回り部の結合部と接合でき、使い捨て吸収性物品を身体に密着させることができる。

また、腹側腰回り部の腹側結合部がフック部材、背側腰回り部の背側結合部がループ部材から構成されているので、容易に付け外しが行える。

また、背側腰回り部の背側結合部の位置は、外層シートの幅方向両外側部より内側で、背側結合部の幅方向の内側縁部と背側腰回り部の幅方向側縁部との間の寸法は、腹側腰回り部の内側結合部の内側端部と外側結合部の外側端部との間の寸法と同一、若しくは長い寸法に形成され、幅方向の外層シートの両側縁と背側結合部との間の内側外層シートは不織布であるので、腹側結合部の外側結合部のフック部材と背側結合部とを接合した際、腹側結合部の内側結合部は、背側結合部より幅方向の外側位置の不織布に腹側腰回り部の内側結合部が接合され、フック部材が表面に出ることがないため、フック部材によって衣服を損傷させることはない。
