Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a disposable paper diaper such as a tape type or a pants type. 2. Description of the Related Art A pants-type disposable diaper has a structure in which a liquid that has passed through a liquid-permeable top sheet is absorbed by an absorbing element including an absorbent core, and the absorbed liquid is prevented from leaking to the clothing side. The left and right side edges of the abdomen and the left and right side edges of the back side are joined to form a pair of left and right leg openings and a waist opening, which are widely used. In a pants-type disposable diaper of this type, a plurality of pant-type disposable diapers are arranged in parallel with the edge of the waist in the waist region near the edge of the waist-opening on the abdomen and the back, where the absorbent core does not exist. The elastic waist elastic member made of thread rubber is generally provided. Further, in a waist circumference region where the absorbent core is present and reaches a crotch area connecting the pair of leg openings, the opening core extends left and right across the absorbent core, and the opening edge and The one in which elastic waist elastic members made of thread rubber are fixed at parallel intervals is also commercially available. The elastic waist elastic member has the function of preventing the product from slipping off together with the elastic waist elastic member, and itself has the function of increasing the adhesion to the skin. On the other hand, in order to prevent lateral leakage of bodily fluids, barrier cuffs are provided at least around the legs in the longitudinal direction, and left and right outer sides thereof are provided.
Elastic expansion and contraction members are also provided at the opening around the pair of legs to tighten around the legs. In addition, the thing provided with the double barrier cuff inside and outside is also marketed. [0006] In a tape-type disposable diaper, a gasket cuff is provided outside a barrier cuff to prevent lateral leakage of body fluid, which is currently the mainstream. However, in the past several years, a combination of a barrier cuff and a gasket cuff, or a combination of a barrier cuff and an elastic member at the opening around the leg in a pants-type disposable diaper, has been used. Was unable to get away from the idea that it was optimal. [0008] However, the present inventors have found that the barrier cuff alone can sufficiently prevent the lateral leakage of bodily fluids and exert its effect reliably. Accordingly, the present invention is based on this finding, and provides a structure that reliably increases the standing height of the cuff and more reliably prevents the lateral leakage of body fluid. The present invention which has solved the above-mentioned problems is as follows. <Invention according to claim 1> The liquid that has passed through the liquid-permeable topsheet is absorbed by an absorbent element including an absorbent core having some rigidity, and a liquid-impermeable backsheet positioned on the back surface of the absorbent element. In a disposable disposable diaper arranged on the skin side of a flexible outer sheet that defines the outer shape of the product, an absorbent main body having a structure for preventing the absorbed liquid from leaking to the clothes side is provided on or outside the absorbent element at least around the legs. An upright cuff along the longitudinal direction, which is provided at a position on the absorbent main body adjacent to the absorbent body, and is provided on the skin side by the contraction force of the elastic elastic member, and is provided at a center side of the upright end and the absorbent body. Elastic elastic members for lifting along the longitudinal direction are fixed in an extended state at both side positions of the element, and the liquid-impermeable backsheet rotates from the back surface to the front surface of the absorbent element. The lifting elastic elastic member is interposed between the liquid-impermeable back sheet and the absorbing element, and the absorbing element is configured such that the legs around both sides are constricted. A core and a rectangular crepe paper covering the entire front and back of the absorbent core, the elastic elastic member for lifting,
A disposable disposable diaper characterized in that it does not overlap with the constricted portion of the absorbent core in the leg surrounding area, and overlaps with the overhang of the absorbent core in the longitudinal direction. (Function and Effect) A. The upright cuffs also function as conventional barrier cuffs, that is, prevent lateral leakage of bodily fluids. (Note that the cuffs in the embodiments described below have both functions of a barrier cuff and a gasket cuff, and thus are simply provided. In order to avoid confusion with the barrier cuffs, they are referred to as "standing cuffs" in the present invention. Is the barrier cufflink itself.) B. In order to reliably prevent lateral leakage of bodily fluids, it is important that the cuffs stand up a sufficient length. Therefore,
It is conceivable that the width of the cuff is excessively long and a sufficient standing length is secured to fix the front and rear of the cuff to the product. However, with this, the position corresponding to the distal end of the cuff of the fixed portion is deviated to the center side, and the cuff is erected from the deviated front and rear fixed end, so that the cuff width itself around the leg is long eventually. However, it is only long in the lying state, and the standing length in the direction toward the skin cannot be sufficiently secured. However, according to the present invention, since the elastic elastic members for lifting along the longitudinal direction are fixed in the stretched state on the center side of the rising end of the upright cuff and on both side positions of the absorbing element, the absorbing element is deformed. Stands up against the wearer's skin. With respect to this upright portion, the upright cuff is added to the upright portion via the upright end on the outside of the elastic elastic member for lifting, so that the upright height with respect to the skin is high, and This improves the fit of the device, and can prevent lateral leakage with just the standing cuff. C. Since the outer sheet is flexible, the absorbent main body is deformed and rises toward the wearer's skin. D. Since the liquid-impermeable back sheet wraps around from the back surface of the absorbing element to the front side and covers both side parts on the front surface side, the configuration is such that the body fluid absorbed by the absorbing element does not leak laterally. E. FIG. The lifting elastic elastic member is interposed between the liquid-impermeable back sheet and the absorbing element,
The absorbing element can be reliably erected. F. In order to fit around the wearer's leg, it is preferable that a portion around the leg of the absorbent core be constricted. Therefore, it is desirable that the absorbent element be constituted by an absorbent core having a leg portion on both sides constricted, and a rectangular crepe paper covering the entire front and back of the absorbent core. At this time, the crepe paper also constitutes an absorbing element for absorbing body fluid. On the other hand, it is also possible to arrange a rectangular absorbent core with an elastic elastic member for lifting over the entire length thereof, but since the absorbent core has a certain degree of rigidity, it is large enough to be deformed and raised over the entire length. What has extension stress is needed. However, the elastic elastic member for lifting does not overlap with the constricted portion of the absorbent core in the region around the leg, and overlaps with the overhanging portion of the absorbent core in the longitudinal direction. An elastic member having a large extensional stress is not required as the elastic member, and the crepe paper in the constricted notch can be reliably raised. The overhanging portion of the absorbent core is necessary to secure the amount of body fluid absorbed. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below in more detail with reference to the drawings. In the following embodiments, only a pants-type paper diaper will be described, but the present invention is also applicable to a tape-type paper diaper having a fastening tape on both sides of a back body, and the embodiment can be immediately inferred. The description is omitted. <First Embodiment> A pants-type disposable diaper according to a first embodiment is shown in FIGS.
As shown in FIG. 6, the main body is composed of a flexible outer sheet 1 and an absorbent body 10 fixed to the inner surface of the outer sheet 1 and extending in the front-rear direction (vertical direction) around the crotch portion 4. ing. Reference numeral 100 denotes a so-called post-processing tape disposed on the back surface of the external sheet 1. The outer sheet 1 is formed by laminating and fixing two air-permeable and water-repellent nonwoven fabrics.
In the final stage of the manufacturing process after the superimposition of No. 0, the entire longitudinal direction of both side edges of the front view F and the back view B is joined by means such as ultrasonic sealing or heat melting (this joining portion is denoted by reference numeral 30), thereby forming a waist opening and a pair of left and right leg openings. The absorbent main body 10 is made of a nonwoven fabric or the like, and has a rectangular liquid-permeable top sheet 11 which directly touches the wearer's skin.
And an absorbent element AB composed of an hourglass-shaped absorbent core 13 mainly composed of cotton-like pulp and having a certain degree of rigidity, and a frame-wrapped rectangular crepe paper 14 wrapping the entire upper and lower surfaces thereof.
And a rectangular liquid-impervious backsheet 12 made of polyethylene plastic film or the like, which is wrapped from the back surface to the front surface side of the absorbent element AB and covers both sides on the front surface in a forehead form, by a hot melt adhesive. (Indicated by an asterisk in the figure is an adhesive portion). If necessary, a liquid-permeable second sheet 11S can be interposed between the liquid-permeable topsheet 11 and the crepe paper 14 as shown. The absorbent main body 10 is bonded to the outer sheet 1 with a hot melt adhesive so that almost the entire back surface thereof is integrated with the outer sheet 1 except for a few side portions of the liquid impermeable back sheet 12. On both sides of the absorbent main body 10, standing leg cuffs B, B projecting toward the use surface side are formed, and the standing cuffs B are standing standing sheets 40 substantially continuous in the width direction. And one or a plurality of elastic elastic members 5 as shown in the drawing.
0, 50... More specifically, the upright cuffs B are formed by doubling the uprighting sheets 40, and each of the elastic elastic members 50, 5 is provided.
.. Are wrapped in a state where they are fixed with a hot melt adhesive or the like. It is desirable that the erecting sheet 40 that forms the erecting cuffs B, B is not liquid-permeable but liquid-impermeable or hydrophobic. Alternatively, the liquid-permeable sheet may be made to have a property of repelling liquid by silicon treatment or the like. The inner surface of the double erecting sheet 40 is fixed to the surface of the liquid-impermeable back sheet 12 which is wrapped around the surface of the absorbing element AB by a hot melt adhesive or the like. As a result, on the inner surface of the double standing sheet 40,
The start of fixing to the liquid-impermeable back sheet 12 forms the upright end of the upright cuff B. The inner side of the upright end is a free portion that is not fixed to the product main body, and is functionally provided with an upright portion B1 toward the center of the product and a flat contact portion B2 that is turned upside down and turned outward. And conceptually. On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, at the front and rear ends in the longitudinal direction, the upright portion (extending portion of upright portion B1) B11 is directed toward the center of the article by hot melt adhesive or the like. To the article, specifically the liquid permeable sheet 1
Fixed to the outer surface, and the portion corresponding to the flat contact portion (the flat contact portion B
(Extended portion of No. 2) B22 is fixed on the upright portion corresponding portion B11 in a state of being turned upside down. .. Have a basic configuration in which at least one of the elastic elastic members 50 is provided at the flat contact portion 20. In particular, the elastic elastic member 50 is preferably provided at the tip end of the flat contact portion B2. Further, it is preferable that the upright portion B1 also has the elastic elastic member 50. The optimum configuration is near the upright end, near the turnback, and at the end of the flat portion B2. It is more desirable to have a plurality of the tip portions of the flat contact portion B2 as shown in the drawing. Standing part B1
In order to increase the standing force, the elastic elastic member 5
0, 50... Can be provided. In the illustrated form, a total of seven, four in the upright portion B1 and three in the flat contact portion B2.
It is a book. FIGS. 3 and 4 show the disposable diaper in a longitudinally unfolded state. When the disposable diaper is worn, the disposable diaper is attached to the body in a boat shape.
As shown in FIG. 6, the front and rear ends of the product maintain the state shown in FIG. 4, and the cuffs B rise up around the legs due to the contraction forces of the elastic members 50, 50,. I do. At this time, the side portion of the absorption main body 10 is deformed and lifted, and the absorber 3 is lifted while being slightly deformed, thereby forming a deep pocket space. Moreover, in this raised state, the contracting force of each elastic member 50, 50 acts on the standing cuff B itself, so that the standing portion B1 stands almost vertically.
The flat contact portion B2 also rises vertically, but the flat contact portion B22 is fixed on the rising portion corresponding portion B11 in a state where the flat contact portion B22 is turned upside down. The part B2 stands up while maintaining the upright force in the vertical direction while maintaining the outward state. As a result, the flat contact portion B2 always fits flatly around the wearer's leg. The space surrounded by the standing portions B1, B1 forms a space for confining urine or loose stool. When urine is discharged into this space, the urine is absorbed into the absorbent element AB through the liquid-permeable top sheet 1, and the rising portions B1, B1 of the rising cuff B are barriers for soft stool solids. And the overcoming is prevented. In the unlikely event that urine leaks laterally over the standing distal edge of the standing portion B1,
The stop function by 2 prevents side leakage. On the other hand, as shown in detail in FIG. 5, between the non-woven fabric of the outer sheet 1 and the folded back portion at the front and rear ends of the back side sheet of the outer sheet 1 in the front view F and the rear view B, as shown in FIG. In order to enhance the fit around the waist, elastic waist elastic members 20, 20,... Made of fine thread rubber are arranged and fixed under extension so as to elastically expand and contract at intervals parallel to the edge of the waist opening. . The interval and the number of the waist elastic members 20, 20,... Can be determined as appropriate. For example, the interval is preferably about 4 to 6 mm, and the number is preferably about 5 to 7. Further, in order to enhance the fit around the waist especially in the lower abdomen and prevent the urine from leaking back and forth, the waist elastic elastic member 21 made of thin thread rubber is parallel to the edge of the waist opening. , 21... Are extended and stretched so as to elastically expand and contract, and in both the front view F and the rear view B, 9 to 25 pieces are arranged and fixed between the nonwoven fabrics of the outer sheet 1 in parallel. The distance between the waist elastic members 21, 21 is equal to or shorter than the distance between the waist elastic members 20, 20,. The waist elastic member 20
Thread rubber used as the elastic waist elastic elastic member 21
The thin rubber thread used in the above has substantially the same tensile stress and the same cross-sectional outer diameter. Although it is easy to cope by using the same thread rubber for both, it is also possible to differentiate the color rubber and other characteristics other than the above characteristics. As the thin thread rubber used here, specifically,
An elongation stress in the range of 4 to 17 g, particularly 5 to 10 g at 150% elongation is preferably used, and the cross-sectional outer diameter is in the range of 100 to 350 μm, particularly 120 to 27.
Those having a range of 0 μm are preferably used. In this embodiment, as described above, the elastic elastic members 50, 50,.
Acts to curl the absorbent main body 10 inward, so that this curling action and the above-mentioned waist-elastic elastic members 21,
The opening around the leg is shrunk by the synergistic action with the waist-fitting (tightening) action by 21..., And lateral leakage is reliably prevented only by the standing cuff B.
Therefore, in this embodiment, there is no elastic elastic member that passes through the crotch 4 along each leg opening in order to contract the leg opening as shown in a third embodiment described later. (Regarding the Elastic Elastic Member for Lifting) In the present invention, the elastic elastic member for lifting 60 extending in the longitudinal direction is located on the center side of the upright end and on both sides of the absorbing element AB. Fixed. In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 3, 4 and 6, the lifting elastic member 60 is interposed between the liquid-impermeable back sheet 12 and the absorbing element AB. Then, as shown in FIG. 2, the position in the plan view does not overlap with the constricted portion of the absorbent core 13 in the leg surrounding portion,
In the longitudinal direction, it is located at a position overlapping the overhanging portion of the absorbent core 13. By providing the elastic elastic member 60 for lifting, the above-described effects can be obtained. In other words, referring again to the drawings, as shown typically in FIG. 2, the lift along the longitudinal direction is located on the center side of the upright end of the upright cuff B and on both sides of the absorbing element AB. When the elastic elastic member 60 for use is fixed in the extended state, in the mounted state of the product, as shown in FIG.
The contracting force of the elastic elastic member 6 for lifting (the operation state is indicated by a white arrow) deforms both sides of the absorbing element AB and stands up toward the wearer's skin. The upright cuff is attached to the upright portion by the elastic elastic member 6 for lifting.
0, which is added to the upstanding portions on both sides of the absorbing element AB via the upstanding end outside the 0, so that the upstanding height with respect to the skin is high, that is, a deeper pocket space is formed, The fit to the skin is enhanced, and lateral leakage can be reliably prevented only by the standing cuffs B alone. <Second Embodiment> In a second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7, the front body F further connects the left waist side and the right waist side to the crotch area. However, the elastic elastic member 22 for fitting made of a fine thread rubber is arranged and fixed between the nonwoven fabrics of the outer sheet 1 under the stretched state in such a manner that the elastic elastic member 22 made of fine thread rubber expands without reaching the inseam. In the illustrated example, the bulging lower end of the elastic elastic member 22 for fitting overlaps approximately half with the waist elastic elastic members 21, 21, and the rest is lower than the lower end of the waist elastic elastic members 21, 21. It is arranged to bulge to the side. On the other hand, in the rear view B, the elastic elastic member for fitting is not arranged. When the elastic elastic member for fitting is provided, the waist can be fitted while lifting the portion from the lower abdomen to the crotch. However, also in the first embodiment described above, the waist elastic elastic member 2
The waist circumference fitting effect is sufficiently exhibited by 1,21. <Third Embodiment> In the present invention, as shown in FIG.
, G2 made of one or more (three in the illustrated example) thread rubber in front view F and back view B so that the opening around the leg is contracted between the nonwoven fabrics. ... can be provided. More specifically, the elastic elastic member G1 of the front body F is fixed so as to be continuous from the left waist side 2L to the right waist side 2R via the left leg circumference 3L, the crotch part 4, the right leg circumference 3R. And back body B
The elastic elastic member G2 of the left waist side part 5L and the left leg part 6
L, the crotch part 4, and the right leg surrounding part 6R are fixed so as to continue to the right waist side part 5R. The elastic elastic members G1, G2,..., G2 form leg gathers around the left leg surrounding portion and the right leg surrounding portion, respectively, and leakage from around the leg is effectively prevented. <Other Embodiments> In the first embodiment, as shown conceptually in FIG. 9, an elastic elastic member 60 for lifting is interposed between the liquid impermeable back sheet 12 and the absorbing element AB. Is what is being done. On the other hand, similarly as conceptually shown in FIG. 10, the elastic elastic member 60 for lifting is provided inside the absorbent core 13 in the thickness direction, or as shown in FIG.
1 and the absorbing element AB, and may be fixed to at least one of them. Further, as shown in FIG. 12, the position of the lifting elastic expandable member 60 with respect to the absorbent core 13 in plan view may be such that the entire length thereof overlaps, or as shown in FIG. The side edge shape of the absorbent core 13 can be made to follow. Further, although not shown, for example, when the absorbent core 13 is formed in a rectangular shape and wrapped in a wider rectangular crepe paper 14 to constitute the absorbent element AB, only the flap portion of the crepe paper 14 has a lifting elasticity. The elastic member 60 can also be located. In the above example, the upright end of the upright cuff B is located on the absorbent element AB. For example, it may be located on the outer sheet 1. The outer sheet 1 is a liquid-impervious sheet such as polyethylene, and the upright end of the upright cuff B is placed on the absorbent element AB.
It may be located away from above and above a liquid-impervious sheet such as polyethylene. As described above, according to the present invention, the standing height of the cuff can be reliably increased, and the effect of preventing lateral leakage of bodily fluids can be more reliably achieved.
