【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a pants-type absorbent article excellent in fit and covering properties of the buttock.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
In recent years, absorbent articles such as pants-type sanitary napkins and disposable diapers having a waist opening and a pair of leg openings have been proposed.
Regarding these pant-type absorbent articles, various techniques have been proposed for providing elastic members on the trunk periphery and the abdomen side to improve the fit of the trunk periphery, or preventing the absorbent article from slipping off. (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-112308).
However, the conventional pants-type absorbent article has a particularly insufficient rear fitting property than the crotch part, and an improvement thereof has been desired.
In order to improve the fit, it is conceivable to arrange an elastic member near the back side of the crotch, but due to the contraction force of the elastic member and the movement of the wearer, the gap between the side edges of the absorbent article A width | variety becomes narrow and, as a result, the coverage of a collar part falls and a fit property deteriorates on the contrary.
[0003]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an underpants-type absorbent article that is excellent in the fit and covering properties of the buttocks.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention comprises an absorbent main body having a liquid-retaining absorbent layer and a liquid-impervious leak-proof layer, and each of a ventral part located on the abdomen side of the wearer and a dorsal side part located on the dorsal side. In the pants-type absorbent article in which both side edges are joined to each other and a waist opening and a pair of leg openings are formed, in the leg-to-leg part , which is a region between the pair of leg openings , A plurality of elastic members are disposed in parallel to the width direction of the absorbent main body at the buttocks contact portion located on the back side from the narrowest width portion where the width is minimum , hip and abutment arranged plurality respectively upper and lower regions of tensile stress in the upper region of該臀abutting part is rather smaller than the tensile stress of the lower region of該臀abutting part, between the legs In the region on the ventral side from the narrowest width portion, the absorbent book By providing a width direction parallel to the elastic member is not arranged pant-type absorbent article is obtained by achieving the above object.
[0005]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described based on a preferred embodiment thereof.
A pants-type absorbent article (shorts-type sanitary napkin) 1 according to this embodiment includes an absorbent main body 4 having a liquid-retaining absorbent layer 2 and a liquid-impermeable leak-proof layer 3, a ventral side portion A, It consists of an inter-leg part B and a dorsal side part C, and both side edges A1, C1, and A2, C2 of the abdominal part A and the dorsal part C are joined, and the joint part 11, the waist opening part 5 and a pair of legs The pants part 7 is formed with an opening 6, and the absorbent main body 4 is fixed to the pant part 7.
Elastic members 51 and 61 are respectively arranged on the opening peripheral portions of the waist opening 5 and the pair of leg openings 6, and gathers are formed on the respective opening peripheral portions.
[0006]
As shown in FIG. 3, the absorbent layer 2 includes an absorbent body 21 and a liquid-permeable top sheet 22 disposed on the skin contact surface side of the absorbent body 21. The top sheet 22 is arranged so as to cover the skin contact surface side and both side edges of the absorbent body 21, and the left and right side edges extend to the left and right outer sides of the absorbent body 21. The laterally extending portion of the top sheet 22 is folded back at the tip portion, a string-like elastic member 23 a is disposed at the tip portion, and the three-dimensional portions 23 are formed at the left and right side edges of the absorbent layer 2. The absorbent body 21 is composed of an absorbent portion made of a fiber assembly and a polymer absorbent polymer, and absorbent paper disposed so as to cover the entire surface of the absorbent portion.
The leak-proof layer 3 includes a liquid-impermeable back sheet 31 disposed on the non-skin contact side of the absorbent body 21.
[0007]
The pant portion 7 includes an outer layer sheet 71 that forms the outer surface of the pant-type absorbent article 1, an inner layer sheet 72 that is located on the inner surface and contacts the absorbent main body 4, a leg elastic member 61, and a wearer when wearing A waist elastic member 51 located around the waist of the body is mainly formed, and the leg elastic member 61 and the waist elastic member 51 are sandwiched between the outer layer sheet 71 and the inner layer sheet 72, respectively. It is arranged in.
Further, in the present embodiment, although not particularly illustrated, a waistline elastic member is disposed on a waistline portion (a portion below the waistline and above the leg portion B) positioned around the wearer's waist when worn. .
[0008]
Next, the material for forming each member will be described.
As the top sheet 22, the absorbent body 21, and the back sheet 31, those used in diapers, sanitary napkins and the like can be used.
Further, as the outer layer sheet 71 and the inner layer sheet 72, a non-woven fabric such as heat bond, spun bond, spun lace, and melt blow, a moisture-permeable or non-moisture permeable film, a laminate material of the nonwoven fabric and the film, and the like may be used. it can.
The elastic member 23a, the waist elastic member 51, the leg elastic member 61, and the elastic member disposed on the waistline portion are usually used for absorbent articles such as thread rubber, flat rubber, urethane rubber, polyethylene rubber and the like. Materials can be used.
[0009]
Thus, in the pant-type absorbent article 1 of the present embodiment, the width of the leg part B in the leg part B which is the region between the pair of leg openings 6 and 6 is the narrowest. A plurality of elastic members 73 are arranged in parallel to the width direction of the absorptive main body 4 at the buttock contact portion D located on the back side C side from the width portion, and an upper region D1 of the buttock contact portion D. Is smaller than that of the lower region D2.
[0010]
A buttocks contact part means the part located in a leg part side from a crotch part when a wearer wears in leg part B which is a field between a pair of leg opening parts 6 and 6. FIG. Specifically, if example embodiment, in the form shown in FIG. 2, the ventral leg between portion B located between the leg openings 6,6 with the boundary of the center line indicated by the line X-X This is a part of the leg-to-leg portion B located on the back side C when the A side and the back C are approximately bisected . Further, the upper region D1 and the lower region D2 of the buttock contact portion D mean respective regions when the buttock contact portion D is divided into two at the substantially central portion, and the portion near the back side portion C is the upper region D1. It is. Moreover, the bikini type absorbent article which extended the covering length of the buttock side compared with the abdominal side part as shown in FIG. 4 is mentioned, The buttock contact part D in this case is X- in the leg part B. It is a portion closer to the back side C than the narrowest width portion between the groins indicated by X-rays.
[0011]
A plurality of elastic members 73 are arranged in the collar contact part D so as to extend along the width direction of the absorbent main body 4 over the entire length of the collar contact part D. Here, “arranged over the entire length direction” means that an elastic member is disposed not only in the lower region D2 of the flange contact portion D but also in the upper region D1. This includes the case where there is a part where the elastic member is not arranged in part of the contact part D.
[0012]
The elastic member 73 is a thread-like or belt-like rubber, and is arranged so as to be sandwiched between the outer layer sheet 71 and the inner layer sheet 72 with a predetermined interval therebetween.
In the present embodiment, the interval between the elastic members 73 in the upper region D1 of the buttock contact portion D is larger than the interval between the elastic members 73 in the lower region D2 of the buttock contact portion D. The extension stress in the region D1 is smaller than the extension stress in the lower region D2. The elastic member 73 in this embodiment is the same in thickness and material.
The interval between the elastic members 73 in the upper region D1 is preferably 5 to 80 mm, and the interval between the elastic members 73 in the lower region D2 is preferably 2 to 60 mm. Further, the ratio (D1 / D2) of the interval between the elastic members 73 in the upper region D1 and the interval between the elastic members 73 in the lower region D2 is 1.1 to 50, particularly 1.2 to 5.0. preferable.
[0013]
The elongation stress of the upper region D1 and the lower region D2 of the buttock contact portion D is measured as follows.
That is, the absorbent article is broken at the joints 11 and 11, and the absorbent article is developed in a flat state as shown in FIG.
And the elongation stress of the upper region D1 is cut out from the pant portion from which D1 is cut out and the absorption layer portion is removed to cut the product longitudinal direction into a width of 50 mm in the product width direction as a test piece. The test piece was sandwiched between Orientec's Tensilon elongation tester (Model No. RTM-100) at 30 mm between chucks and stretched by 20% in the width direction at a stretching speed of 300 mm / min. Stress was used. When the maximum elongation rate of the test piece was less than 20%, the stress at the maximum elongation was defined as the elongation stress. When there was no elastic member in D1, the elongation stress of D1 was zero. Moreover, when the elastic material etc. which exhibit the elongation stress in the product width direction are arrange | positioned in the absorption layer part, it measured without removing an absorption layer part. Similarly, the elongation stress of each test piece obtained from the lower region D2 was defined as the elongation stress of D2.
[0014]
In addition, as the elastic member 73 arranged in the collar contact part D, the material normally used for the absorbent article can be used. As a so-called rubber material, styrene-butadiene, butadiene, Synthetic rubbers such as isoprene and neoprene, and elastic materials such as EVA, elastic polyolefin, and urethane can be widely used. Regarding the form, in addition to a linear shape such as a rubber thread, a wide band shape (including flat rubber), a thin film shape, and a foam material can also be used.
[0015]
The pants-type absorbent article of the present embodiment can be manufactured as follows. That is, the absorbent main body 4 is manufactured in the same manner as the manufacturing method of a normal absorbent article, and the leg elastic member 61, the waist elastic member 51 and the elastic member 73 are arranged on the outer layer sheet 71 and then the above. The inner layer sheet 72 is placed to create the unfolded pants portion 7. Next, the absorbent main body 4 is fixed to a predetermined position on the unfolded pant portion 7 with an adhesive or the like, and both side edges A1, C1, and A2, C2 on the ventral side and the back side of the pant portion 7 are attached. It can manufacture by joining and fixing each.
[0016]
The absorbent article of the present embodiment can be used by placing the abdomen A on the wearer's abdomen in the same manner as normal pants or shorts. It can be disposed of using a disposal tape (not shown) attached to the main body by tearing or the like.
[0017]
In the absorbent article of the present embodiment, a plurality of elastic members 73 are arranged in the buttock contact portion D, and a plurality of gathers are formed in the buttock contact portion D in the width direction of the absorbent main body. The gathering of the wearer's buttocks improves the gathering. Moreover, since the extension stress of the upper region D1 of the buttocks contact portion D is smaller than the extension stress of the lower region D2, it has excellent coverage of the buttocks, for example, when wearing for a long time or when exercising, etc. The wearer's buttocks do not protrude from both sides of the buttocks abutting portion D. In addition, "coverability of a buttocks" means the property which can hold | maintain a wearer's buttocks stably inside an absorbent article.
Moreover, in the absorbent article of this embodiment, since the elastic member 73 is arrange | positioned over the whole longitudinal direction of the collar part contact part D, the fitting property in the collar part contact part D is improved more. . Further, since the extension stress of the upper region D1 is made smaller than the extension stress of the lower region D2 by changing the interval between the elastic members 73, the elastic member of D2 contracts more than necessary, and both sides of the buttocks contact portion D Thus, the wearer's buttocks do not stick out and can be manufactured easily and inexpensively.
[0018]
The absorbent article of the present invention can be variously changed.
FIG. 5 shows a shorts-type sanitary napkin according to another embodiment of the present invention. In the present invention, a plurality of elastic members are arranged in the width direction of the absorbent main body in each of the upper regions D1 and D2 of the buttock contact portion, and the extension stress in the upper region of the buttock contact portion is lower region D2. In order to do so, the upper region D1 and the lower region D2 of the buttock contact portion D have the same spacing between the elastic members, and the thickness of the elastic member to be disposed is the same. It may be different [FIG. 5 (b)], or the distance between the elastic members may be continuously increased from the bottom to the top of the flange contact portion D [FIG. 5 ( c )]. You may make it the thickness of an elastic member become thin continuously as it goes upwards from the downward direction of the contact part D ( FIG.5 ( d )). Also, may be a crude than the lower region D2 spacing elastic member in the upper region D1 with the thickness of the elastic member of the upper region D1 made thinner than the lower region D2 [FIG 5 (a) (e)]. Furthermore, the stretch ratio and type of the elastic member may be different between the upper region D1 and the lower region D2.
The back sheet may be arranged not only under the absorbent body but over the entire pants portion. Further, the elastic member 73 may not be visible from the outside.
[0019]
The basic configuration of the pant-type absorbent article of each embodiment shown in FIG. 5 is the same as that of the absorbent article 1 shown in FIGS. Appropriately applied to property articles.
The present invention can also be applied to shorts-type sanitary napkins, pants-type disposable diapers, incontinence pads, postpartum pads, surgical pads, and the like.
