Description
1.全体構成
図1に示す伸縮支柱1は、固定対象物としての照明装置2、電源装置3、及び、基台としての搬送装置4とからなる投光機5に用いられる。この投光機5は、伸縮支柱1の先端に照明装置2を装着し、該伸縮支柱1及び電源装置3を搬送装置4に取付固定して構成される。これにより、投光機5は、全体として、適当な場所に移動した上で、伸縮支柱1によって所定高さに保持された照明装置2に、電源装置3から電力を供給して、周囲に光を供給し得る。
次に上記のように構成した伸縮支柱1の作用及び効果について説明する。伸縮支柱1を備えた投光機5は、搬送装置4によって、設置場所に移動され、該設置場所において、マスト6を伸長させることにより、照明装置2を所定高さに保持する。従って、マスト6が収縮した状態から、マスト6が伸長した状態に移行する場合について、最初に説明する。
Claims (5)
- 複数の管柱を互いに入れ子式に挿入して伸縮自在としたマストと、
前記マストを緩やかに収縮させるブレーキ機構とを備えた
伸縮支柱であって、
前記ブレーキ機構は、
前記マストの基端となる基端管柱に設けられた圧力調整部と、
前記マストの先端となる先端管柱に設けられた閉塞部と、
前記圧力調整部と前記閉塞部とで仕切ることによってマストの内部に形成した空気室と
を有し、
前記圧力調整部は、
前記空気室と外部とを連通する第1の通気穴と、
前記空気室と外部とを連通する第2の通気穴と、
前記第2の通気穴のみを開閉自在に閉塞する弁体とが設けられており、
前記弁体は、自重により前記第2の通気穴を閉塞し得るように設けられており、
前記先端管柱と前記基端管柱との間に一又は二以上の中管柱を備え、
前記中管柱は、前記先端管柱と前記基端管柱とを連通する連通部を有し、
前記連通部は、
前記基端管柱の内壁を摺動するシールと、
前記シールに潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給機構とを有する
ことを特徴とする伸縮支柱。 - 前記弁体は、外部から前記空気室内へ流れる空気を通すと共に、前記空気室内から外部
へ流れる空気を止めることを特徴とする請求項1記載の伸縮支柱。 - 前記閉塞部は、
前記基端管柱の内壁を摺動するシールと、
前記シールに潤滑油を供給する潤滑油供給機構と
を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の伸縮支柱。 - 前記潤滑油供給機構は、前記空気室に連通する供給穴が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の伸縮支柱。
- 請求項1〜4のうちいずれか1項に記載の伸縮支柱を備えたことを特徴とする投光機。
