Claims (9)
- 巻取り時に最内角に位置し負極活物質が形成されていない負極無地部が設けられた負極板と、
前記負極板と所定間隔に離隔されるものであって、巻取り時に最内角に位置し正極活物質が形成されていない正極無地部が設けられた正極板と、
前記負極板と正極板間に介在されて巻取られた状態でこれらを絶縁させるセパレータと、
前記負極無地部及び正極無地部に各々電気的に結合される負極タブ及び正極タブと、
を備え、
前記負極無地部の幅長が前記負極タブの幅長の2〜3倍であることを特徴とするジェリーロール型の電極組立体。 - 前記負極無地部の厚さは、前記正極無地部より薄いことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジェリーロール型の電極組立体。
- 前記負極板、正極板及び、セパレータが巻取られた状態において、巻取り方向による長辺部の長さに対する短辺部の長さの比が2:1以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のジェリーロール型の電極組立体。
- 巻取り時に最内角に位置し負極活物質が形成されていない負極無地部が設けられた負極板と、
前記負極板と所定間隔に離隔されるものであって、巻取り時に最内角に位置し正極活物質が形成されていない正極無地部が設けられた正極板と、
前記負極板と正極板間に介在されて巻取られた状態でこれらを絶縁させるセパレータと、
前記負極無地部及び正極無地部に各々電気的に結合される負極タブ及び正極タブと、
を備え、
前記負極無地部の幅長が前記負極タブの幅長の2〜3倍であり、前記正極無地部の幅長が前記負極無地部の幅長の1.5〜3倍であり、前記正極無地部及び負極無地部の各開始位置を基準として、前記正極タブが前記負極タブより遠い位置に配置されたことを特徴とするジェリーロール型の電極組立体。 - 巻取り時に最内角に位置し負極活物質が形成されていない負極無地部が設けられた負極板と、前記負極板と所定間隔に離隔されるものであって、巻取り時に最内角に位置し正極活物質が形成されていない正極無地部が設けられた正極板と、前記負極板と正極板間に介在されて巻取られた状態でこれらを絶縁させるセパレータと、前記負極無地部及び正極無地部に各々電気的に結合される負極タブ及び正極タブと、を備え、前記負極無地部の幅長が前記負極タブの幅長の2〜3倍であるジェリーロール型の電極組立体と、
前記電極組立体が収容されるケースと、前記ケースと相互融着結合されて電池を密封させるカバーとを備える外装材と、
を含んでなることを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記負極無地部の厚さは、前記正極無地部より薄いことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極無地部の幅長が前記負極無地部の幅長の1.5〜3倍であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記正極無地部及び負極無地部の各開始位置を基準として、前記正極タブが前記負極タブより遠い位置に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体において、巻取り方向による長辺部の長さに対する短辺部の長さの比が2:1以上であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
