Claims (7)
- 1以上のX線源(14)と、
1以上のX線検出器(18)と、
前記X線源及び前記X線検出器に動作に関して結合されているコンピュータ(36)とを備えており、該コンピュータは、
患者のスカウト走査に関するデータを受け取り、
前記患者の組織(74)のX線計算機式断層走査の第一のエネルギ・スペクトルに関するデータを受け取り、
前記組織のX線計算機式断層走査の第二のエネルギ・スペクトルに関するデータを受け取り、
局所的な多脂肪組織及び少脂肪組織を識別するために前記受け取ったデータをセグメント分割する(94)と共に分解する(96)ように構成されており、
前記セグメント分割が、前記スカウトスキャンから導き出された先験的な解剖学的情報を用いた自動的なセグメント分割により前記組織に含まれる関心領域を特定することを含み、
前記局所的な多脂肪組織及び少脂肪組織の識別を使用して前記関心領域の状態が検出される、多重エネルギ型計算機式断層写真法(MECT)システム(10)。 - 前記関心領域は、肝臓であり、検出される前記関心領域の状態は、脂肪肝である、請求項1に記載の多重エネルギ型計算機式断層写真法(MECT)システム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(36)は、CT数差分解、コンプトン及び光電分解、基底物質分解(BMD)、並びに対数減算分解(LSD)の1以上を用いて前記受け取ったデータを分解する(96)ように構成されている、請求項2に記載の多重エネルギ型計算機式断層写真法(MECT)システム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータ(36)はさらに、
多脂肪組織を表わす第一の密度マップ及び少脂肪組織を表わす第二の密度マップを生成するように、前記受け取ったデータを分解して(96)、
前記第一の密度マップと前記第二の密度マップとの間の多脂肪/少脂肪比マップをピクセル毎に生成するために前記第一の密度マップを前記第二の密度マップと合成する(98)ように構成されている、請求項2に記載の多重エネルギ型計算機式断層写真法(MECT)システム(10)。 - 前記コンピュータ(36)はさらに、前記組織(74)の解剖学的画像に前記多脂肪/少脂肪比マップを重ね合わせ表示するように構成されている、請求項4に記載の多重エネルギ型計算機式断層写真法(MECT)システム(10)。
- 前記コンピュータは、
多脂肪組織を表わす第一の密度マップと少脂肪組織を表わす第二の密度マップとを作成し(114)、
前記第一の密度マップを前記第二の密度マップと合成する(116)ように構成されており、
前記局所的な多脂肪組織及び少脂肪組織の識別を使用して脂肪肝の状態が検出される、請求項3に記載の多重エネルギ型計算機式断層写真法(MECT)システム(10)。 - 前記コンピュータ(36)は、ピクセル値閾値処理、繰り返し式閾値処理、k平均セグメント分割、エッジ検出、エッジ連結、曲線フィッティング、曲線平滑化、2D/3Dモルフォロジー・フィルタ処理、領域成長、ファジー・クラスタリング、画像/容積測定、ヒューリスティクス、知識ベース・ルール、意思決定枝分かれ図及びニューラル・ネットワークの1以上を用いて前記合成した(116)第一及び第二の密度マップをセグメント分割する(120)ように構成されている、請求項6に記載の多重エネルギ型計算機式断層写真法(MECT)システム(10)。
