Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the field of manufacturing liquid crystal displays, glass substrates are becoming larger. The large glass substrate inspection apparatus includes a cassette for storing a plurality of glass substrates, a stage for placing the glass substrates and inspecting the glass substrates, and taking out the glass substrates stored in the cassettes on the stage. And a transfer robot to be placed.
[0005]
When a glass substrate becomes large, the space | interval of each glass substrate accommodated in a cassette becomes large according to the magnitude | size of a glass substrate, For this reason, the accommodation position of the glass substrate accommodated in a cassette becomes high. If it does so, a conveyance robot will raise a pass line (conveyance position) in order to take out the glass substrate in a cassette. Thus, when the pass line of the transfer robot becomes high, the height position of the stage needs to be high.

In addition, the inspector must prepare a table, which is complicated.
[0008]
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an inspection apparatus capable of visually observing a glass substrate by lowering the eye point position even when the height position of the stage is increased.
[0009]
