窯業協会誌95〔9〕57〜62貢(1987)
(曲げ強度)
曲げ強度は、日本セラミックス協会規格JCRS203「食器用強化磁器の曲げ強さ試験方法」により測定した。
(熱膨張係数)
熱膨張係数は、φ=8mm、高さ2cmの円柱形状の測定用試料を、マックサイエンス(株)製「TMA−4400」を使用して、30〜700℃の温度範囲での熱膨張係数を測定した。
Claims (3)
- 酸化物基準で二酸化珪素25〜55質量%、酸化アルミニウム40〜70質量%、アルカリ金属酸化物1〜7質量%、酸化マグネシウム0.95〜3.45質量%、酸化亜鉛0. 3〜7質量%を含有し、他は原料由来の不可避成分からなり、熱膨張係数が5. 8×10-6/K以上で、平均曲げ強度が195MPa以上であることを特徴とする強化磁器。
- 珪石、粘土類、長石類、中心粒径が2μm〜20μmの酸化アルミニウム粒子から選ばれた原料に、マグネシウム含有原料を酸化マグネシウム換算で0.95〜3.45質量%と亜鉛含有原料を酸化亜鉛換算で0.3〜7質量%混合した後、1200〜1400℃で焼成して、酸化物基準で二酸化珪素25〜55質量%、酸化アルミニウム40〜70質量%、アルカリ金属酸化物1〜7質量%、酸化マグネシウム0.95〜3.45質量%、酸化亜鉛0. 3〜7質量%を含有し、他は原料由来の不可避成分からなり、熱膨張係数が5. 8×10-6/K以上で、平均曲げ強度が195MPa以上の焼成体とすることを特徴とする強化磁器の製造方法。
- 酸化アルミニウム粒子を、全原料中25〜60質量%の割合で含有させることを特徴とする請求項2記載の強化磁器の製造方法。
