Claims (4)
- 回転体のジャーナル部の外周を環状空隙を介して囲む静止保持部材と、前記ジャーナル部の外周面の略全周に対向するように前記環状空隙に配置された複数の求心力発生フォイルとを有するフォイル式流体軸受であって、
前記静止保持部材は、その軸方向の略中央に円周方向に列設された複数の貫通孔を備えており、当該貫通孔は、前記静止保持部材の軸線に対する傾斜方向が互いに逆方向のものを周方向について互い違いに配置され、
前記求心力発生フォイルは、前記貫通孔の位置する部分で軸方向に離間するように分割されていることを特徴とするフォイル式流体軸受。 - 前記静止保持部材の内周側における軸方向の略中央部に環状溝が当該静止保持部材の全周に亘って形成され、当該環状溝の底面に前記貫通孔が開口していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のフォイル式流体軸受。
- 前記環状溝は、前記貫通孔が開口する部分の幅が、互いに隣り合う前記貫通孔同士間の部分の幅よりも小さいことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のフォイル式流体軸受。
- 前記静止保持部材の内周面に対する前記貫通孔の開口部にすり鉢状の円錐面が形成されている請求項1に記載のフォイル式流体軸受。
