Description
すなわち、本発明は、正六面体の各面部が、十字形の階段状の凸型形態を備え、該凸型形態の上面の略中央部に、円柱状又は多角柱状の突起を備えた形状であることを特徴とする亜酸化銅粒子を提供するものである。
本発明者らは、検討の結果、銅塩含有溶液にアルカリ溶液を加え、一定濃度のスラリーを形成し、その後該スラリーに還元糖を特定条件で添加し撹拌することによって、従来にない形状の亜酸化銅粉末が得られ、上記目的が達成し得ることを知見した。なお、製造方法に関しては、後述する実施形態で更に詳説する。
Claims (11)
- 正六面体の各面部が、十字形の階段状の凸型形態を備え、該凸型形態の上面の略中央部に、円柱状又は多角柱状の突起を備えた形状であることを特徴とする亜酸化銅粒子。
- 一次粒子の平均粒径が2μm〜15μmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の亜酸化銅粒子。
- 請求項1又は請求項2に記載の亜酸化銅粒子を60%〜100%(体積%)含むことを特徴とする亜酸化銅粉末。
- レーザー回折散乱分析法による平均粒度D50が1μm〜14μmであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の亜酸化銅粉末。
- レーザー回折散乱分析法により得られる粒度比D90/D10が1.4〜2.5であることを特徴とする請求項3又は請求項4に記載の亜酸化銅粉末。
- タップ充填密度が1.5g/cm3〜2.5g/cm3であることを特徴とする請求項3〜請求項5のいずれかに記載の亜酸化銅粉末。
- 銅塩含有溶液にアルカリ溶液を加え、濃度(酸化銅(CuO)換算)0.8モル/l〜1.5モル/lのスラリーを調製し、その後、該スラリーに還元糖を添加時間5分〜60分の条件で添加し攪拌することを特徴とする亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法。
- 上記アルカリ溶液の添加量が上記スラリー中の銅元素に対して1.0当量〜1.6当量であり、上記還元糖の添加、攪拌時の液温が40℃〜80℃であることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法。
- 上記還元糖がグルコース水溶液であって、グルコース溶液濃度が0.1モル/l〜5モル/lであり、グルコース添加量が上記スラリー中の銅元素1モルに対してグルコース0.2モル〜2モルであることを特徴とする請求項7又は請求項8に記載の亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法。
- 上記銅塩含有溶液は、硫酸銅であることを特徴とする請求項7〜請求項9のいずれかに記載の亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法。
- 上記アルカリ溶液が水酸化ナトリウム溶液、水酸化カリウム溶液、水酸化リチウム溶液、炭酸カリウム溶液又はこれらの混合溶液であるでことを特徴とする請求項7〜請求項10のいずれかに記載の亜酸化銅粉末の製造方法。
