9〜17%のNa2O、
0〜8%のK2O、
0.2〜1.5%のFe2O3を含み、
さらに、フッ素および亜鉛,ジルコニウム,セリウム,チタンの酸化物,4重量%未満の酸化バリウムおよび合計で10%以下の残りのアルカリ土類酸化物を含むことができるガラス組成物である。
69.4〜70.1%のSiO2 、
1.98〜2.40%のAl2O3、
1.61〜2.89%のMgO、
8.95〜9.18%のCaO、
0〜1.00%のSrO、
0〜1.00%のBaO、
10.56%以上12%未満のMgO+CaO+SrO+BaO、
0〜0.99%のLi2O、
13.3〜15.2%のNa2O、
0.73〜1.40%のK2O、
14.03〜17.59%のLi2O+Na2O+K2O、
0.01〜0.20%のTiO2および
0.55〜1.3%のFe2O3に換算した全酸化鉄
からなり、B 2 O 3 およびCeO 2 を含まず、FeOの前記全酸化鉄に対する割合が28〜48%であり、2.1mmの厚みに換算して、80%以上のA光源を用いて測定した可視光透過率および62%以下の全太陽光エネルギー透過率を有し、溶融点(logη=2になる温度)が1392℃以下であり、作業点(logη=4になる温度)が1001℃以下であるガラス組成物である。
酸化鉄はガラス中ではFe2O3とFeOの形で存在し、Fe2O3は紫外線を吸収し、FeOは赤外線を吸収する。本発明のガラス組成物は0.3〜2.0%のFe2O3に換算した全酸化鉄(以下、T−Fe2O3)を含む。これにより合わせガラスを形成した際、全太陽光エネルギー透過率が42%以下の高遮熱性能を得ることができる。T−Fe2O3が0.3%未満では遮熱性能が小さく、2.0%より多いと可視光透過率が下がり好ましくない。
以下、本発明について表を参照しながら詳細に説明する。
表1に本発明の実施例および比較例のガラス組成および光学特性値を示す。表中の濃度はすべて重量%表示である。
Claims (4)
- 重量%で表して、
69.4〜70.1%のSiO2 、
1.98〜2.40%のAl2O3、
1.61〜2.89%のMgO、
8.95〜9.18%のCaO、
0〜1.00%のSrO、
0〜1.00%のBaO、
10.56%以上12%未満のMgO+CaO+SrO+BaO、
0〜0.99%のLi2O、
13.3〜15.2%のNa2O、
0.73〜1.40%のK2O、
14.03〜17.59%のLi2O+Na2O+K2O、
0.01〜0.20%のTiO2および
0.55〜1.3%のFe2O3に換算した全酸化鉄
からなり、B 2 O 3 およびCeO 2 を含まず、FeOの前記全酸化鉄に対する割合が28〜48%であり、2.1mmの厚みに換算して、80%以上のA光源を用いて測定した可視光透過率および62%以下の全太陽光エネルギー透過率を有し、溶融点(logη=2になる温度)が1392℃以下であり、作業点(logη=4になる温度)が1001℃以下であるガラス組成物。 - 請求項1に記載のガラス組成物からなり板厚が1.6〜2.1mmである2枚のガラス板と、その間の少なくとも1層の樹脂層とを貼り合わせてなる合わせガラスであって、A光源を用いて測定した可視光透過率が69%以上であり、全太陽光エネルギー透過率が45%以下である合わせガラス。
- 全太陽光エネルギー透過率が42%以下である請求項2に記載の合わせガラス。
- 前記樹脂層中に機能性微粒子を分散させてある請求項2または3に記載の合わせガラス。
