Description
特許文献1は、事前に把握している事象が動作している間には、グランド電位が高くなることにより誤って故障を検出することを防止するために、その期間における故障検出を停止していた。しかしながら、事前に把握している事象が動作している状態で、センサの断線等でセンサ値が異常となった場合にも、故障検出を停止しているため、センサの断線を検出できず、運転者に故障の発生を知らせることができないといった問題がある。
図1は、本発明の実施の形態1における車両制御装置の制御対象である四輪駆動車両を模式的に表した図である。この図1において、車両制御装置10の制御対象である四輪駆動車両は、エンジン31、スロットルポジションセンサ32、トランスミッション41、センタデフ42、フロントデフ43、リアデフ44、クラッチ45、前左車輪46、前右車輪47、後左車輪48、後右車輪49を含んで構成されている。
CPU11内部のディザ振幅計測手段111は、電流検出手段13で検出された計測電流値からディザ振幅を計測する。振幅差演算手段112は、EEPROM14に記憶された基準振幅値と、ディザ振幅計測手段111で計測されたディザ振幅との振幅差を演算する。グランド電位推定手段113は、振幅差演算手段112で演算された振幅差からグランドG2の電位を推定する。
Claims (2)
- 車両に装着された各種センサの検出値に応じて、比例電磁弁の開度を調整して車両を制御する車両制御装置において、
前記比例電磁弁の電流値に重畳されたディザ電流の振幅に基づいて車両制御装置のグランド電位を推定するグランド電位推定手段と、
前記グランド電位推定手段により推定された前記グランド電位から前記各種センサの検出値を補正するセンサ値補正手段と、
前記センサ値補正手段により補正された後の各種センサの検出値に基づいて、前記比例電磁弁の開度を調整する制御手段と、
前記センサ値補正手段により補正された後の各種センサの検出値に基づいて、前記各種センサの異常検出を行う故障検出手段と
を備え、
前記グランド電位推定手段は、
前記車両制御装置のグランド電位が0Vのときのディザ電流の振幅を基準振幅としてあらかじめ記憶する記憶手段と、
前記比例電磁弁の電流値に重畳されたディザ電流の振幅から実振幅を求め、前記記憶手段に記憶された前記基準振幅と前記実振幅との振幅差を求める振幅差演算手段と
を有し、
前記振幅差演算手段より求められた前記振幅差に対応するグランド電位を推定する
ことを特徴とする車両制御装置。 - 請求項1に記載の車両制御装置において、
前記記憶手段は、基準振幅と実振幅との振幅差と、グランド電位とを関連づけたマップをあらかじめさらに記憶し、
前記グランド電位推定手段は、前記記憶手段に記憶された前記マップに基づいて、前記振幅差演算手段より求められた前記振幅差に対応するグランド電位を推定する
ことを特徴とする車両制御装置。
