Claims (3)
- 磁気抵抗の異なる繰返しパターンが形成された磁性材よりなる被検出体と、前記被検出体と空隙を介して対向し、且つ前記被検出体と相対移動可能なセンサとを含み、
前記センサは、検出用コイルパターンを形成してなる板材と、高周波変化磁束を発生する励磁用コイルとを具備し、
前記被検出体と前記センサとの相対移動量を検出する位置検出装置において、
前記板材には複数層の検出用コイルパターンが敷設され、
前記各検出用コイルパターンは前記被検出体に近い層から遠い層に向け、ほぼ正弦波状から矩形波状に近づくパターン形状としたことを特徴とする位置検出装置。 - 導電抵抗の異なる繰返しパターンが形成された導電材よりなる被検出体と、前記被検出体と空隙を介して対向し、且つ前記被検出体と相対移動可能なセンサとを含み、
前記センサは、検出用コイルパターンを形成してなる板材と、高周波変化磁束を発生する励磁用コイルとを具備し、
前記被検出体と前記センサとの相対移動量を検出する位置検出装置において、
前記板材には複数層の検出用コイルパターンが敷設され、
前記各検出用コイルパターンは前記被検出体に近い層から遠い層に向け、ほぼ正弦波状から矩形波状に近づくパターン形状としたことを特徴とする位置検出装置。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の位置検出装置において、
前記被検出体は回転体からなり、
前記各検出用コイルパターンは前記被検出体に近い部分から遠い部分に向かって矩形波状に近づくパターン形状を有することを特徴とする位置検出装置。
