Description
「布地」は、洗濯されるいかなる織物又は布地材料をも指し、例えば衣類を指す。
本発明の1つの様態は、布地柔軟化組成物を含む物品を提供し、該布地柔軟化組成物はとりわけ、ワックス添加物を含む。理論に束縛されるものではないが、本発明のワックス添加物の添加は、複数回使用、乾燥機に添加される、物品の使用による布地の染色を軽減、好ましくは防止でき、更に、製品の寿命の期間中にわたって、商業的に可能な布地柔軟化を提供する。本発明は、ひとつには、ポリエチレン化合物及び/又はポリプロピレン化合物を含むワックス添加物の使用がこれらの技術的な難関を克服するという、驚くべき発見に基づく。
本発明の1つの態様は、本発明のワックス添加物を包含する当該組成物の構成成分を、すべての構成成分を溶融するのに十分な温度で混合する工程を提供する、本発明の布地柔軟化組成物の製造を提供する。混合の工程は、好ましくは約100℃を超える温度で実施する。一般に、構成成分は、組成物の構成成分を損なう又は脱色するほど高い温度で混合すべきではない。布地柔軟化組成物の多数の構成成分について、混合温度は約180℃未満であることができる。本発明の組成物を製造するためのさらなる工程は、US2003/0195130A1、段落25〜26に開示されているものを包含してもよい。
本発明の別の態様は、キットを提供し、該キットは本発明の組成物を含む。1つの態様では、該キットは、本発明の組成物を含む物品を、乾燥機の内表面に設置するための使用法を指示する取扱説明書をさらに含む。1つの実施形態では、キットが物品を含み、該物品は本発明による組成物を含む。しかし、該物品は、該穿孔を通じて組成物を物品の表面上に滲出するための穿孔された膜を含まない。本発明の少なくとも1つの実施形態の範囲から除外されるこのような「穿孔された膜」の一例は、US4,014,432に記載されている。別の態様では、キットは物品を含み、該物品は本発明の組成物を含み、そして該物品は乾燥機の内表面に動作可能に接続できる。キットは、任意に、物品を乾燥機の内表面に動作可能に接続するようユーザーに指示する取扱説明書を含んでもよい。
Claims (15)
- 複数回使用の、乾燥機に添加される、布地柔軟化組成物を含む物品であって、
前記布地柔軟化組成物が、布地柔軟化活性物質、ワックス、及びワックス添加物を含んでなり、
前記ワックス添加物が、ポリエチレン酸化ホモポリマーであり、前記組成物の少なくとも15重量%で含まれてなり、
前記ワックスが、エチレンビス−ステアラミドを含み、
前記物品が乾燥機の内表面に動作可能に接続されてなる、物品。 - 前記布地柔軟化組成物が、第四級アンモニウム化合物を含んでなる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記第四級アンモニウム化合物が、アルキル化第四級アンモニウム化合物、環又は環状第四級アンモニウム化合物、芳香族第四級アンモニウム化合物、ジ第四級アンモニウム化合物、アルコキシル化第四級アンモニウム化合物、アミドアミン第四級アンモニウム化合物、エステル第四級アンモニウム化合物、及びこれらの混合物の少なくとも1つから選択されてなる、請求項2に記載の物品。
- 前記布地柔軟化組成物が、前記組成物の2重量%超過の香料を更に含んでなる、請求項3に記載の物品。
- 前記布地柔軟化組成物が、前記組成物の少なくとも3重量%の香料を含んでなる、請求項4に記載の物品。
- 前記布地柔軟化活性物質が、前記組成物の45重量%〜60重量%で含まれてなる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記ワックスが、前記組成物の15重量%〜45重量%で含まれてなる、請求項6に記載の物品。
- 前記布地柔軟化組成物が、22℃で固体である、請求項7に記載の物品。
- 前記物品が、穿孔された膜を含まないものである、請求項8に記載の物品。
- 布地を柔軟化する方法であって、
自動衣類乾燥機の中で、請求項1に記載の物品に前記布地を接触させる工程を含んでなる、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の物品を備えなる、キット。
- 前記ワックス添加物が、前記組成物の15重量%〜45重量%で含まれてなる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記ワックス添加物が、前記組成物の20重量%〜45重量%で含まれてなる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記ワックス添加物が、前記組成物の少なくとも20重量%で含まれてなる、請求項1に記載の物品。
- 前記ワックス添加物が、前記組成物の少なくとも25重量%〜45重量%で含まれてなる、請求項1に記載の物品。
