セメント:早強ポルトランドセメント(住友大阪セメント社製)
高性能減水剤:マイティ100(花王社製)
シーカメントFF86/100(日本シーカ社製)
短繊維:ビニロン繊維(クラレ社製)
消泡剤:アデカネートB−211F(旭電化工業社製)
スラグ粉末(高炉スラグ):高炉スラグ粉末(住友金属社製)
石炭灰:フライアッシュ(九州電力社製)
水:上水
そして、次に示す試験方法で試験を行った。
本発明のセメントスラリーたる実施例8〜10と、これら実施例と比較するためのセメント組成物たる比較例1〜7とを生成すべく、回転数1100rpmのハンドミキサーを使用し、表1の配合で、水に混合粉体(セメント、高性能減水剤、短繊維、消泡剤、スラグ粉末、石炭灰)を投入し、3分間混練りした。次に、実施例8〜10及び比較例1〜7に係るセメント組成物を、図1、図2に示すプレート1の形状に成形できる弾性体型枠に、混練り物を流し込み、翌日まで養生した後、脱型した。成形及び養生は、20℃85%RH中で行った。そして、混練り時の練り性と、脱型時の充填性及び突起部の破損状況を目視で確認し、評価した。

Claims (5)
- 平面視寸法よりも小さく設定された厚み寸法が5cm以下である薄部を有するセメント二次製品の成形に用いられ、セメント、石炭灰、高炉スラグ、高性能減水剤、短繊維及び水を含有するセメントスラリーであって、
セメントスラリー100重量部に対して石炭灰と高炉スラグの合計重量が60重量部以上で、かつセメントスラリー100重量部に対して石炭灰35〜55重量部、高炉スラグ10〜25重量部、セメント10〜20重量部、及び石炭灰と高炉スラグとセメントの合計量100重量部に対して高性能減水剤0.1〜1.5重量部、比重1.0〜3.0の短繊維0.1〜1.0重量部を含有することを特徴とするセメントスラリー。 - 前記高炉スラグを、前記セメントスラリー100重量部に対して15〜25重量部としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載のセメントスラリー。
- 前記高性能減水剤が、ナフタレンスルフォン酸塩、メラミンスルフォン酸塩及びポリカルボン酸塩のうち1種類若しくは2種類以上よりなる請求項1又は2記載のセメントスラリー。
- 前記短繊維が、ビニロンよりなる請求項1、2又は3記載のセメントスラリー。
- セメントスラリー100重量部に対して石炭灰と高炉スラグの合計重量が60重量部以上で、かつセメントスラリー100重量部に対して石炭灰35〜55重量部、高炉スラグ10〜25重量部、セメント10〜20重量部、及び石炭灰と高炉スラグとセメントの合計量100重量部に対して高性能減水剤0.1〜1.5重量部、比重1.0〜3.0の短繊維0.1〜1.0重量部を含有するよう調整し、これを平面視寸法よりも小さく設定された厚み寸法が5cm以下である薄部を有するセメント二次製品の成形に用いることを特徴とする石炭灰の利用方法。
