Description
特許文献1には、有機化合物を改質剤を用いて合成ガスを製造する方法において、該改質反応を低音プラズマ下で行う合成ガスの製造方法が記載されている。
特許文献6には、バイオセンサー用センサチップが記載されている。
パルス電位差を印加し、プラス電極へ供給した液体へ、マイナス電極からの電子線を照射する。
パルス電位差を印加し、プラス電極に供給された液体のマイナス電極への上昇流と、マイナス電極から照射される電子線とを衝突させる事により上昇液体の化学結合を解離する。
超音波装置を備え、装置へ可変の微振動を印加することを可能とする。
保温材によってシールドされ、任意の温度に調整することが可能とする。
静電ポテンシャルや静磁ポテンシャルを装置へ印加する事を可能とし、前記ポテンシャルは時間依存することもできる。
図13において、例えば気相−液相反応装置(気相反応装置であってもよい。)100において、上述のようにプラズマ反応生成物をAFMチップ上に生成し、これをロボット96からなる搬送手段で取り出し、プラズマ生成物検体生成手段(装置)97に搬送する。プラズマ生成物検体生成手段97は、プラズマ反応生成物を堆積するAFMチップ2を複数載置するカセット台98およびその回転操作装置99を備える。図の場合、これらの装置がペアで並置されている。
この状態でプラズマ生成物検体と生体との間で生体反応を生じさせて生体培養、すなわち検体培養を行い、培養生成物を生起させる。
Claims (6)
- 容器に少なくとも窒素あるいはアルゴンを含む雰囲気ガスを封入し、該容器内に配設されたマイナス電極とプラス電極との間にギャップを形成して電位差を印加し、プラス電極に接続した有機溶媒を電位差あるいは電磁力によってマイナス電極へ引き寄せ、その間にマイナス電極から照射される電子線と衝突させて有機溶媒の化学結合を解離し、かつ雰囲気ガスの化学結合を解離し、解離した液体分子と気体分子とをプラズマ重合させてプラズマ重合反応生成物を生成し、プラズマ重合反応生成物そのままでもしくは他の物質を加えてプラズマ生成検体を生成し、このプラズマ生成検体を用いることによって生体から信号を検出することを特徴とする検体検査方法。
- 請求項1において、プラズマ作用によって有機溶媒に酸素あるいは窒素を固定させてプラズマ重合反応生成物を生成することを特徴とする検体検査方法。
- 請求項1において、生体からの信号は培養された培養生成物からの信号であることを特徴とする検体検査方法。
- 内部に少なくとも窒素あるいはアルゴン(Ar)を含む雰囲気ガスを擁して密封された容器と、該容器内に、金属プローブからなるマイナス電極と、かつ誘電性の液相もしくはゼリー相を呈する有機溶媒に接触するプラス電極とを配設し、マイナス電極と有機溶媒との間にギャップを形成し、前記マイナス電極から前記ギャップに電子線を放出し、かつ前記ギャップにプラズマを形成し、前記電子線を該有機溶媒と雰囲気ガスのガス分子に衝突させて有機溶媒と雰囲気ガスの化学結合を解析してプラズマ重合反応生成物を生成するプラズマ反応生成物生成装置を有し、プラズマ重合生成物そのままでもしくは他の物質を加えてプラズマ生成検体を生成するプラズマ生成検体生成装置を有し、このプラズマ生成検体を用いることによって生体から信号を検出する生体信号検出装置を有することを特徴とする検体検査装置。
- 請求項4において、前記生体信号検出装置が前記プラズマ生成物検体物に注入された生体からの信号を検出することを特徴とする検体検査装置。
- 請求項4に記載する検体検査装置に用いられた、前記マイナス金属電極で構成され、プラズマ作用によって生成されたプラズマ重合反応生成物を堆積するAFMチップ。
