Description

Claims (7)
- デリバリーカテーテルの端部におけるシースを後退および前進させるための制御機構であって、
前記シースの長軸に沿って後方および前方へ移動可能な第一部分を含み、前記長軸に沿った前方への前記第一部分の移動により前記シースが後退し、且つ後方への移動により前記シースが前進するように、前記第一部分がカテーテルシースと連動されており、
前記長軸の周りに回転可能とされた第二部分を含み、
前記第二部分は、前記シースと接続されており、
前記第二部分の回転により、その回転方向に応じてカテーテルシースが後退または前進されるような、前記第一部分の前記シースの長軸に沿った移動をもたらすように、前記第一部分及び第二部分の移動が、前記一方の部分に形成されたネジ山と前記他方の部分に設けられた係合手段により連動されており、
前記第一部分の移動によって、付随する前記第二部分の回転を伴うことなくシースが前進されるように、前記第一部分及び第二部分の移動が切り離され得るように構成され、
前記第二部分の自由な回転を妨げ、シースの前進を防止する手段を含み、この手段は前記ネジ山に形成された段部に前記係合手段がひっかかる構成である、制御機構。 - カテーテルシースに対して遠位側に位置するネジ山の端部を越えた第一部分の縦方向移動によって、前記第一部分及び第二部分の移動が切り離される、請求項1に記載の制御機構。
- 前記第一部分は細長のエレメントであり、前記第二部分は、前記細長のエレメント上にフィットするスリーブである、請求項1または2に記載の制御機構。
- 前記ネジ山が前記第一および第二部分のうちの一方に配置され、前記第一および第二部分のうちの他方は該ネジ山と係合する手段を有しており、この手段は、前記第一及び第二部分の移動に前記切り離しを可能にするために、係合状態から離脱可能である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の制御機構。
- 前記係合手段は、ネジ山内へ移動でき、且つ、ネジ山から外れる方向へ移動できる少なくとも1つの突起を含んでいる、請求項4に記載の制御機構。
- 突起を有しない前記部分は、前記第二部分の回転時に突起が乗り上げる傾斜部を有しており、前記傾斜部は、突起をネジ山との係合状態から離脱させるために、突起をネジ山から外れる方向に押し出す、請求項5に記載の制御機構。
- 前記傾斜部はネジ山の端部に配置されている、請求項6に記載の制御機構。
