Claims (5)
- 底面と側面とを有するケースを備えたバックライト装置用ケースの製造方法であって、
一方面に微細な凹凸が形成された基体シートと、前記微細な凹凸上に形成され少なくとも光反射層からなる転写層とを有する加飾シートを、前記転写層が前記底面に形成されるように金型内の所定の位置に配置する工程と、
前記配置された金型を型締めして溶融樹脂を射出して前記ケースを形成すると同時に、前記ケースの底面に転写層を密着させバックライト装置用ケースを成形する工程と、
前記金型の型開きすると同時又は型開きした後に、前記成形されたバックライト装置用ケースから前記基体シートを剥離する工程とを備えた、バックライト装置用ケースの製造方法。 - 前記光反射層が、樹脂中に白色顔料を混入させた白色反射層である請求項1記載のバックライト装置用ケースの製造方法。
- 前記光反射層が金属薄膜である請求項1記載のバックライト装置用ケースの製造方法。
- 前記光反射層が複数の層からなる請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載のバックライト装置用ケースの製造方法。
- 前記転写層は、前記光反射層の背面に形成される隠蔽層を含む、請求項1から請求項4のいずれかに記載のバックライト装置用ケースの製造方法。
