Description
図3は第1の実施形態のポリマーSP碍子を示す断面図である。このポリマーSP碍子は、円柱状のFRPコア1と、FRPコア1の外周に設けられたゴム製の外被2と、FRPコア1の上下端にかしめられた把持金具3、4とから構成されている。ゴム製の外被2は、FRPコア1の外周面全体を覆う胴部5と、この胴部5から外側に突出する複数の笠6とを一体に備えたものである。

Claims (4)
- FRPコアと、FRPコアの外周に設けられた複数の笠を備えた外被と、FRPコアの上下端にかしめ固定した把持金具と、把持金具かしめ後の全長寸法誤差を補うために、上下何れか一方または双方の把持金具の内底部に載置された平板と、から構成されたポリマーSP碍子であって、
該平板は、FRPコアの片端面に把持金具をかしめ固定した後、該把持金具の下面からFRPコアの他端面までの全長を測定して得た測定全長と、標準長との誤差分を補う板厚を有する金属板であり、
該把持金具は、FRPコアを挿入する筒状部と、その端部から外側に突出するツバ部からなる鋳造品であり、
該筒状部の内底部に、FRPコアの端面が係合する段部が切削加工され、
該平板が、該段部とFRPコアの端面との間に挿入されていることを特徴とするポリマーSP碍子。 - FRPコアと、FRPコアの外周に設けられた複数の笠を備えた外被と、FRPコアの上下端にかしめ固定した把持金具とから構成されたポリマーSP碍子であって、
該把持金具が、FRPコアの上下端にかしめ固定する筒状部と、その端部に形成されたツバ部とを一体に鋳造した部品であって、該筒状部をかしめ固定する際に、把持金具のツバ外縁部を筒状部側に追従して変形させる応力集中部を、少なくとも下端側把持金具の該ツバ部に設け、
該応力集中部は、把持金具の外底面に形成された十字状の溝部からなり、
把持金具の筒状部をかしめた時に、該十字状の溝部に応力を集中させることにより、把持金具の外底面の安定性を確保する
ことを特徴とするポリマーSP碍子。 - 請求項2に記載のポリマーSP碍子において、把持金具の筒状部のツバ上の部分に、把持金具の全高の15%以上の長さの非かしめ部が設けられたことを特徴とするポリマーSP碍子。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のポリマーSP碍子において、少なくとも最上部と最下部の笠の笠径が、中間部の笠径よりも大きいことを特徴とするポリマーSP碍子。
