Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to launch control of game balls in a combination type ball game machine and an addition type ball game machine among the ball game machines.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Among the ball game machines, in the combination type ball game machine and the addition type ball game machine, one game is produced by firing a predetermined number (usually 16) of game balls. Then, when a predetermined number of game balls are fired, the game balls are temporarily stopped to be fired, and the game result is displayed to the player for a certain period of time.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The time until the launched game ball enters the entrance is different for each game ball. Therefore, if it takes time for the Nth game ball to enter the entrance after the Nth gameball is shot out of the predetermined number (N) of gameballs, The game result was not obtained until the game ball entered, so the player had to wait for the ball to enter. The time during this period is normally assumed to be within 5 seconds, but this time was unexpectedly long for the player. In this case, further displaying the game result for a certain period of time has caused discomfort to the player.
[0004]
In addition, when a game ball is caught on the board, the game result may be determined with less than a predetermined number of game balls, which may be disadvantageous to the player.
Therefore, among the present inventions, the invention according to

[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
(Claim 1)
In view of the above-described problems, the invention according to
(B) If the display time is equal to or shorter than the predetermined shortest display time, the shortest display time,
(B) When the display time is equal to or longer than the predetermined longest display time,
(C) If the above display time exceeds the shortest display time and is less than the longest display time, the same display time

The “game result display device” refers to a device that displays a combination, a score, a combination or the like associated with the above game result.
“Entrance required time” refers to the time from the completion of the specified number of bullets to the completion of the specified number of balls. Here, this required time for entering the ball does not mean the time from the launch of the last game ball of the specified number of bullets to the ball entering. Since the time required for the game ball to enter the ball is not constant for each game ball, for example, the game ball that was last shot enters before the game ball that was previously bulleted. This is because it is possible.

Then, at the same time when the specified number of bullets is completed, the incoming monitoring means 21 starts monitoring the incoming ball. This monitoring is continued for a predetermined monitoring time. If there is no ball of the specified number of bullets during this monitoring time, a predetermined error display is performed.
[0015]
On the other hand, when there is a predetermined number of balls entered within this monitoring time, the time from the start of monitoring to the end of the entering is set as the required time for entering, and this is stored in the entering time storage means 31. .
Subsequently, the display

Then, after displaying the result for the above time, the
Based on the above, in principle, if it takes time to enter the ball, the display time will be shortened. If the ball does not take long time, the display time will be extended. It is possible to make the time until the start of as constant as possible. At the same time, by ensuring at least the shortest display time as the display time, the game result is reliably displayed to the player, and by providing the longest display time that is the upper limit of the display time, the display of the game result becomes too long. It becomes possible not to be.
[0018]
(Claim 2)
In addition to the features of the invention described in

(E) When the display time exceeds the shortest display time, 0
Is a delay time, and a value obtained by subtracting the delay time from the product of the bullet interval obtained from the bullet interval storage means 33 and the prescribed number of bullets is used as a corrected bullet time. ) When the sum of the past ball time acquired from the ball time storage means 32 and the corrected ball time is less than the predetermined lower limit time, a value obtained by subtracting the past ball time from the lower limit time. ,as well as,

Is set as a bullet time in the next game, and a value obtained by dividing the bullet time by the specified number of bullets is stored in the bullet interval storage means 33 as a bullet interval in the next game. It is formed.
[0019]
The “ball interval” is defined by the reciprocal of the above-described firing speed, that is, the time required to launch one game ball. That is, in the case of continuous bullets, the time from one bullet to the next one is equivalent to this bullet interval.
The “ball ball interval determining means” is a means for determining the ball interval in the next game, and can be realized as a part of the control program of the
[0020]
“Bullet interval storage means” is means for storing the interval between the ball and can be set, for example, on the
[0021]
“Past ball time” refers to the time required for a predetermined number of bullets in a predetermined number of past games. An arbitrary number can be set as the predetermined number of balls. As an example, if the number of game balls to be bulleted in one game is N and the upper limit of the number of bullets within a predetermined time is K (where N <K), the predetermined number of balls is (K−N).
The “delay time” is the display time, that is, the value obtained by subtracting the required time for entry from the monitoring time is less than or equal to the shortest display time, the value obtained by subtracting the former from the latter, and otherwise , Time defined as 0. That is, if it takes time to enter the ball and the display time is less than or equal to the shortest display time, the result is displayed for the shortest display time. In this case, the shortest display time and the display time are displayed. This means that the progress of the game is delayed by the difference. Therefore, when the display time exceeds the shortest display time, the progress of the game is not delayed, so the delay time is set to zero.
[0022]
The “corrected ball time” is defined as a value obtained by subtracting the delay time from the product of the ball interval and the prescribed number of balls in the game. That is, it is defined by the difference between the time required for the ball in the game (this is referred to as “bullet required time”) and the delay time. That is, the delay time generated in the game is intended to be recovered in the next game. Note that this bullet ball required time is indicated by the net time required for the bullet.
[0023]
The “lower limit time” refers to the predetermined time when an upper limit (that is, “K” described above) that allows a ball to be shot within the predetermined time is set. For example, if the upper limit of the number of bullets per minute is 100, the lower limit time for 100 bullets is 1 minute. That is, if it takes 1 minute or more to shoot 100 balls, the number of bullets per minute will not exceed 100 balls. In other words, in the present invention, the time required to shoot the upper limit of the number of bullets is set so as not to fall below this lower limit time.
[0024]
Next, actual game progress in the
From the start of the ball to the display of the game result is the same as the description of the
[0025]
Then, the ball
In either case, the bullet interval determination means 23 acquires the bullet interval in the game from the bullet interval storage means 33. Then, the bullet interval is multiplied by a specified number of bullets to obtain a bullet time, and the delay time is further reduced to obtain a corrected bullet time.
[0026]
Further, the bullet interval determination means 23 acquires the past bullet time from the bullet time storage means 32 and adds the corrected bullet time to this. If this value is less than the predetermined lower limit time, that is, the upper limit of the ball speed is exceeded, the value obtained by subtracting the previous ball time from the lower limit time is the ball time in the next game. To do.
On the other hand, when the sum of the past ball time and the corrected ball time is equal to or greater than the predetermined lower limit time, the upper limit of the ball speed is not exceeded, so the corrected ball time is determined as the ball time in the next game. To do.
[0027]
In either case, the bullet interval determination means 23 causes the bullet interval storage means 33 to store the value obtained by dividing the bullet time by the prescribed number of bullets as the bullet interval in the next game.
In the next game, the
As described above, if it takes time to enter the ball in the previous game, the next ball speed is increased, and if it does not take time in the previous game, the next ball speed is decreased. It becomes possible to do. At the same time, it is possible to prevent the bullet velocity from exceeding a predetermined upper limit.

[0040]
T indicates the ball time in the next game.
In the following description, it is assumed that 6 games or more have already been performed in the past.
(Game start and end)
First, in S100 of FIG. 2, it is determined whether or not the next game is to be performed. If not, the game ends. To play the next game, the process proceeds to S110.
[0041]
(Ball)
In S110, the
(Monitoring the entry)
In S120, the monitoring of the required time (C) for entering the ball by the entering monitoring means 21 is started. Then, the process proceeds to S121.
[0042]
In S121, it is determined whether the monitoring time of 5 seconds has elapsed. If it has elapsed, the process proceeds to S150, and a predetermined error display is displayed on the
In S122, the entry monitoring means 21 continues to monitor the entry required time (C). Then, the process proceeds to S123.
[0043]
In S123, it is determined whether or not the 16th ball has been entered at the
In S124, the entry monitoring means 21 determines the time required from S111 to this step as the entry required time (C), and stores it in the entry time storage means 31. Then, the process proceeds to S130.
[0044]
(Determination of display time)
From S130, the display
[0045]
In S131, it is determined whether the display time (E) is equal to or shorter than the shortest display time (D). If so, the process proceeds to S132, and if not, the process proceeds to S133.
(1) When the display time (E) is less than the shortest display time (D)
In this case, it means that the display time (E) is equal to or shorter than the shortest display time (D) because the required time for entering the ball (C) is too long. Therefore, in S132, the display
[0046]
(2) When the display time (E) exceeds the shortest display time (D)
In this case, it is further determined in S133 whether the display time (E) is longer than the longest display time (F). If so, the process proceeds to S134, and if not, the process proceeds to S135.
(A) When the display time (E) is longer than the longest display time (F)
In this case, it means that the display time (E) has become longer than the longest display time (F) because the required time for entering the ball (C) is too short. Therefore, in S134, the display
[0047]
(B) When the display time is less than the longest display time (F)
In this case, it is determined that the required time (C) for entering the ball is appropriate. That is, the display time (E) is
D <E <F
It will be in the relationship. Therefore, in S135, the game result is displayed on the game
[0048]
(Determination of next game time)
From S140 and S141, the ball interval determination means 23 determines the ball interval (V).
First, in the case of the above (1), in S140, the ball
[0049]
In the case of (2) above, the bullet interval determining means 23 sets the delay time (G) to 0 in S141. That is, in this case, since it did not take time to enter the game, it is considered that the game is not delayed.
In either case, the process proceeds to S160 in FIG.
In S160, the bullet
[0050]
In S161, the ball
[0051]
In S162, the ball interval determination means 23 calculates the sum of Y and T (that is, the ball time of 100 balls including 16 balls of the next game), and this value is the lower limit time of 60 seconds. Judge whether it is above. If it is 60 seconds or more, it means that the next bullet velocity does not exceed the upper limit. In this case, the value of the ball time (T) in the next game is left as it is, and the process proceeds to S170 (described later). On the other hand, if it is less than 60 seconds, it means that the next bullet velocity exceeds the upper limit. In this case, the process proceeds to S163.
[0052]
In S163, the ball
In S170, the parameter of the ball time in the past six games is exchanged. Here, the ball time (T1) of the previous game in the next game is the time (16V) actually required for the ball of the game. These values are stored in the bullet time storage means 32. Then, the process proceeds to S171.
[0053]
(Determination of ball spacing)
In S171, the ball interval determining means 23 divides the ball time (T) in the next game determined in S161 or S163 by 16 balls, and this value is taken as the ball interval (V) in the next game. To do. Next, this value is stored in the bullet interval storage means 33. In the next game, the
[0054]
In the above description, it is assumed that at least six games have been consumed in the past. However, at the start of the game, the data from T1 to T6 and the ball interval (V) are not present, so in order to avoid this, it is appropriate as the ball interval (V) from T1 to T6. Assume that initial values are set. Each time the number of games is repeated, the numerical data obtained in the actual game is replaced.
