Claims (2)
- Fe:0.8〜2.0%(質量%、以下同じ)、Si:0.2%以下(0%を含む、以下同じ)、Mn:0.1%以下(0%を含む、以下同じ)を含有し、残部Alおよび不純物からなり、マトリックス中に円相当直径0.2〜1.0μmの金属間化合物が4×106〜8×106個/cm2分散していることを特徴とする高強度Al−Fe合金箔。
- 請求項1に記載のAl−Fe合金箔を製造する方法であって、請求項1に記載の組成を有するAl−Fe合金鋳塊を460〜500℃で均質化処理し、熱間圧延および加工度40〜60%の冷間圧延を行った後、第1回目の中間焼鈍を施し、その後冷間圧延して第2回目の中間焼鈍を施し、さらに冷間圧延して製箔し、前記第1回目と第2回目の中間焼鈍を300〜400℃で行うことを特徴とする高強度Al−Fe合金箔の製造方法。
