Description
患者体内の外科処置空間には、外科処置空間内で外科医が正しく外科処置を行うための照明が求められる。侵襲を最小限にした外科処置では、第2の入口を設けて、この第2入口を通して外科処置空間に照明を配置するようにしている。照明は、外科医が当該空間にアクセスするために使用する入口と同一の入口を通して挿入することもできる。また、照明を入口上方に配置してもよい。
Claims (20)
- 患者体内の空間にアクセスしこれを照らすための外科処置システムにおいて、
前記患者体内に配置可能で、長さに沿って作業チャネルを画定している内壁面を有している牽引子と
少なくとも1つの壁部材と、前記少なくとも1つの壁部材に沿う少なくとも1つの光伝達要素とを含んでいる照明要素と、を備えており、
前記少なくとも1つの壁部材は、前記内壁面に沿って配置可能で、且つ前記内壁面と摩擦係合可能であり、前記摩擦係合は、前記照明要素の前記牽引子に対する位置を保つのに十分であるシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つの光伝達要素は、前記少なくとも1つの壁部材に沿って伸張し且つその周りに間隔を空けて配置されている複数の光伝達要素を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの壁部材は、内壁部材と外壁部材を含んでおり、前記複数の光伝達要素は、前記内壁部材と前記外壁部材の間の通路内に配置されている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記複数の光伝達要素は光ファイバを備えている、請求項2に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの壁部材は、前記内壁面に沿うように曲げることができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記牽引子の前記内壁面は、前記作業チャネルを実質的に取り囲み、前記照明要素の前記少なくとも1つの壁部材は、前記内壁面の少なくとも約50パーセントに亘って伸張している、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの壁部材が前記内壁面と摩擦係合を維持している状態で、前記照明要素を前記内壁面に沿って軸方向に動かすことができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの壁部材が前記内壁面と摩擦係合を維持している状態で、前記照明要素を前記内壁面に沿って周方向に動かすことができる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの壁部材は、前記牽引子の前記内壁面に沿って配置可能な凸状に湾曲した面を含んでいる第1壁部材と、前記凸状に湾曲した壁面に対向して凹状に湾曲した壁面を含んでいる第2壁部材とを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2壁部材は、両側の側方エッジの間に伸張している、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2壁部材は、前記両側の側方エッジに沿って互いに連結されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2壁部材は、前記両側の側方エッジの間で、前記内壁面に沿ってその50パーセントを越えて伸張している、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1及び第2壁部材は、不透明材料で構成されている、請求項10に記載のシステム。
- 前記凹状に湾曲した壁面は、前記作業チャネルに平行な通路を形成している、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記牽引子は管である、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 外科処置用照明器具において、
一対の壁部材と、前記一対の壁部材の間の少なくとも1つの光伝達要素とを含んでいる照明要素を備えており、
前記一対の壁部材は、前記照明要素の凹状に湾曲した内壁面と、これに対向する凸状に湾曲した外壁面を形成しており、
前記壁部材は、前記照明要素が配置されている通路に沿うように曲げることができ、
前記壁部材が曲げられて前記通路内に挿入されると、当該壁部材は当該通路の内壁面に対して摩擦係合する、器具。 - 前記一対の壁部材は両側の側方エッジの間に伸張している、請求項16に記載の器具。
- 前記一対の壁部材は、前記両側の側方エッジの間に半円形状を形成している、請求項17に記載の器具。
- 前記少なくとも1つの光伝達要素は、前記一対の壁部材に沿って伸張し、且つその間にに間隔を空けて配置された複数の光伝達要素を含んでいる、請求項16に記載の器具。
- 前記複数の光伝達要素は、前記一対の壁部材の間の通路に配置されている、請求項19に記載の器具。
