Claims (5)
- 冷媒流入側となる水平な下部ヘッダー管と、冷媒流出側となる水平な上部ヘッダー管と、前記両ヘッダー管の間に複数配置され、内部に設けた冷媒通路を前記両ヘッダー管の内部に連通させた垂直な偏平チューブとを備えた熱交換器において、
前記下部ヘッダー管に液状の冷媒を流入させる入口パイプは、前記複数の偏平チューブの中で前記上部ヘッダー管から冷媒を流出させる出口パイプから離れた位置にある1対の偏平チューブの間に配置されるとともに、前記下部ヘッダー管の軸線と直交する面内で前記入口パイプは水平よりも上の方向から前記下部ヘッダー管に接続されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記入口パイプは、それを挟む前記1対の偏平チューブの間を前記上部ヘッダー管近傍まで延びることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記入口パイプを挟む前記1対の偏平チューブの間に遮風板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記入口パイプを挟む前記1対の偏平チューブの間に、これら両偏平チューブと熱の授受を行う熱伝導板が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記上部ヘッダー管の両端に前記出口パイプが設けられ、前記入口パイプは、前記下部ヘッダー管の中央部に位置する1対の偏平チューブの間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
