Description

Claims (19)
- 内側端部と外側端部とを有するパネル(1)を接続するためのコネクタ(9,11)であって、前記内側端部がパネルの主体(2)のエッジに位置されるように構成されることで、前記コネクタが前記エッジから外方に延在することを可能にし、前記コネクタが、部分的に取り囲まれたスペース(18,20)を画定する湾曲したプロフィル(13,15)を有し、そして、放射状内側面(19,25)と放射状外側面(21,27)とを有し、開口(22,24)が、一対のコネクタが相互に係合されるとき、同じ形状かつ同じサイズの別のコネクタ(9,11)を長手方向に受容するように前記コネクタの内側部分と外側部分との間に画定され、
一つのコネクタの前記放射状内側面(19,25)の少なくとも一部分が、前記他のコネクタの前記放射状外側面(21,27)の少なくとも一部分と係合することが可能であり、
前記他のコネクタの前記放射状内側面(19,25)の少なくとも一部分が、前記一つのコネクタの放射状外側面(21,27)の少なくとも一部分と係合することが可能であり、
前記コネクタの湾曲した構成は、内側端部(10,12)から楕円軌道に沿って伸びている第1部分と、その楕円軌道から内側に湾曲する外側端部(14,16)に向けてその第1部分から伸びている第2部分を含み、そのコネクタの歪曲したプロフィルが360°回転するように形成されており、
前記コネクタの構成は、一対の相互に係合したコネクタ(9,11)が、両コネクタの対向する放射状内側面(19,25)と放射状外側面(21,27)が結合して両コネクタを互いに留めあうまで所定の範囲で相対回転可能であることを特徴とするコネクタ。 - 前記コネクタが、コイルのような構成を有している、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記取り囲まれたスペース(18,20)が、ほぼ楕円形である、請求項2に記載のコネクタ。
- 前記コネクタ(9,11)の長手方向軸に対して垂直な方向の動きが、前記取り囲まれたスペースによって制限される、請求項1に記載のコネクタ。
- 少なくとも一つのエッジ、および、前記少なくとも一つのエッジの少なくとも一部分に沿って位置される請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタを有することを特徴とするパネル。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の前記コネクタが、それぞれのエッジの少なくとも一部分に沿って位置されている、一対のエッジを有する請求項5に記載のパネル。
- 前記エッジが、2つの互いにほぼ平行なエッジである、請求項6に記載のパネル。
- 前記コネクタが、前記パネルと一体的に形成されている、請求項5から7のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネルが、弾性的なフレキシブル材料で形成されている、請求項5から8のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネルが、金属シート材料で形成されている、請求項5から9のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネルが、冷間成形されている、請求項7から10のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネルが、冷間圧延されている、請求項11に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネルが、シートパイルである、請求項7から12のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記エッジ間の前記パネルの部分が、溝形断面として形成されている、請求項13に記載のパネル。
- 前記一つのコネクタの開口が、前記他のコネクタの開口に対して前記パネルの反対側の面に位置されている、請求項13または14に記載のパネル。
- 前記コネクタの長さがパネル全体の長さよりも小さい、請求項13から15のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネルが、横方向の圧縮あるいはねじれ荷重のもとで、一つ以上の長手方向軸まわりに変形されることが可能である、請求項13から16のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 前記パネルが、3mmから20mmの厚さのシートパイルである、請求項13から17のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 請求項13から18のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも二つの相互に係合するシートパイルからなり、上記シートパイルは、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のコネクタが形成されることを特徴とするシートパイルアセンブリ。
