Claims (6)
- 室(21)を形成するハウジング(19)と、回転軸(A)と、前記回転軸の回りに回転するように配置され、複数のボア(31)を形成して該ボアの中で軸方向に移動可能な複数のピストン(33)を有するシリンダバレル(29)と、前記回転軸(A)に垂直な横軸回りに傾動可能で、前記ピストンのそれぞれと連動する斜板(37)を有し、前記斜板(37)が前記回転軸(A)と垂直になるニュートラル位置から変位位置に変位されたとき、前記シリンダバレル(29)の回転に応答して前記ピストンを往復運動させるカム部材(39)とを備えた可変容量形アキシャルピストンユニット(11)に使用され、前記カム部材(39)をクレードル表面(41)に向って軸方向に、また、ニュートラル位置に向って傾動方向に前記付勢する斜板センタリング保持機構(55)において、
(a)それぞれが軸方向一端部にピボット位置(71、73)を形成し、該ピボット位置が前記回転軸(A)の一側で前記ハウジング(19)に対して固定され、また、軸方向他端部に、前記斜板(37)が前記ニュートラル位置にあるとき、前記回転軸(A)の他側で前記斜板(37)に係合する斜板係合部分(95、97)を形成する一対のアーム(67、69)と、
(b)前記一対のアーム(67、69)に連結され、これにより、前記一対のアームをはさみ式の運動で前記ピボット位置(71、73)の回りに回動可能とする連結手段(79)と、
(c)前記アーム(67、69)の斜板係合部分(95、97)を前記斜板に向って付勢し、これにより、前記カム部材(39)を傾動させるための入力なしで、前記斜板を両方の前記斜板係合部分(95、97)に係合して前記ニュートラル位置とする付勢手段(63、65)とを備えていることを特徴とする斜板センタリング保持機構。 - 前記クレードル表面(41)は、ベアリング手段を備え、前記カム部材(39)は、カム−クレードルタイプであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜板センタリング保持機構。
- 当該機構は、前記ハウジング(19)によって形成される室(21)の中に配置され、かつ、前記斜板(37)の横方向の一端部に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜板センタリング保持機構。
- 前記付勢手段(63、65)は、前記回転軸(A)に略垂直に向けられたばね受部材(57)を含み、前記一対のアームは、略同一であり、前記一対のアームの各斜板係合部分(95、97)は、前記斜板(37)が前記ニュートラル位置にあるとき、前記斜板(37)及び前記ばね受部材(57)の両方に係合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の斜板センタリング保持機構。
- 前記一対のアーム(67、69)の各斜板係合部分(95、97)は、前記斜板(37)が前記変位位置にあるとき、前記ばね受部材(57)との係合を維持することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の斜板センタリング保持機構。
- 前記ばね受部材(57)は、前記回転軸(A)に対して反対側に対称に配置される第1受部(59)と第2受部(61)とを形成し、前記付勢手段は、前記第1受部(59)及び第2受部(61)にそれぞれ着座する略同一の第1圧縮ばね(63)及び第2圧縮ばね(65)を含むことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の斜板センタリング保持機構。
